I have gone here for over 10 years. Great office & staff. I called to see when my last colonoscopy was. Olga called me back & left a message w/ info. I called her back to thank her for following up on my request. Medicine today is not like it used to be and I wanted them to know that I really appreciate what she did. Thank you.

Had a wonderful experience with Dr. Katz and staff. When the medication for my prep was not covered by insurance they provided me samples for free. There was difficulty initating the IV because I am a hard stick. They were kind and patient and helpful. The colonoscopy was the easiest part and I received my results instantly. Highly recommend!

I’ve been seeing one of their docs for over 7yrs now and each time there’s always a pleasant atmosphere at their office. One other thing they having going for themselves is that, this is a two story building and all of it is a part of the whole care that is offered for GI issues. Stay away from DDC if you want to be respected in any sort. Dr. Zapatier is an awful doctor with an awful bedside manner. I had two appointments with two different doctors here because I desperately needed to be seen. Forgot to cancel the second appointment that was later this August, Dr. Zapatier made it known that he saw my other appointment with Dr.Katz. I informed him I had forgotten to cancel that appointment, his response, well he is more popular than me so I'm not surprised you tried to get into him with a side eye and snideness in his voice. He also told me how much he hates his children and people who talk about their children. Made another comment to me about well at least it doesn't look like cancer... But I'm not saying it's not. Who says things like this to a patient. He was an hour late to my appointment, funny how that works. Anymore if a patient is 5 min late to an appointment you get charged or cancelled on. These doctors like to play God. This guy is no expectation. He also tried to put me on zofran 3+ times a day which I've been told by EVERY doc that's given it to me that it can slow your heart arrhythmia and you need to be careful with it not take it more than 3 times a day. Instead he decides to load me up with zofran and shove me out the door. I had tests scheduled after this appointment and was pretty upset with how he acted in the appointment. I thought about it for a few days then called the office manager Christy who ultimately defended him and his awful bedside manner and said that this was normal for him he just behaves this way. Since I still had the other appointment with Dr. Katz I asked if it was possible to switch to him because my PC had already spoken to him a few weeks ago asking him for a surgeon for me. Christy took it upon herself to ask for a switch and called me back to tell me that Dr.Katz wasn't interested in taking my case because if I didn't like Dr. Zapatier I definitely wouldn't like him. What kind of practice is this? Turning a patient away because I expressed concern over a doctor's attitude. Now I'm back to square one with zero help, so much for doctors abiding by their oath. I waited 2 months to get in to this joker who shouldn't even be a doctor. This place is disgusting, the people here are disgusting, arrogant, misleading, you name it. Save yourself the headache and stay away from Digestive Disease Consultants. I hope karma rolls this place hard for as awful as they are. They don't believe in helping people. Must have paid people for all their "reviews" because it's certainly not a pleasant place.

Dr. Robert Shultz has been my doctor for over 15 years. He is very caring, listens to your concerns without rushing you. He is GREAT.. I would also like to give a special thanks to Shirley Fernandez in the Altamonte Springs billing office who took her valuable time to help me get my patient portal up and running.

Very happy with my appointment. Staff was efficient and helpful. As well as kind . Dr Schultz is a home run informative and patient. I am been a patient of Dr Schultz for 30 years. Great guy and staff as well.

This was great. So glad I chose to come here. Hanna and her team immediately put you at ease. Hanna is very caring and listens to what you have to say. She and the staff make things very clear and make certain you understand. No talking over your head.

I have been seeing Dr Shultz for over 20 years and he is the best. He is very thorough and will not give up on getting you better. He has helped me tremendously over the years. When you find a good doctor you stick with them for sure. He has an awesome staff as well.
