First off I want to say that The Lodge is everything I wanted in a apartment and more! The apartments are clean, luxurious, and spacious. I was looking for all of those qualities in my new home and they nailed it. The best quality of them all though is the professionalism of Valerie Green & the rest of the The Lodge staff! When looking for information on my new home I had some mild inconveniences and worries but after Ms. Green reaching out to me I felt really confident that this place will be perfect for us and decided to make it our home! She handled everything for me and made my situation better then perfect. I can tell already I’m going to love my time here.

Very positive experience as I come up on my one year anniversary of my move in date. Very clean apartments both inside and outside. No loud bass music at all hours of the night and if there is any issues (of which there has only been 2), the courtesy officers are very responsive and friendly. The staff are so nice and accommodating. They attempt to make this place feel like a community and have events, food trucks, etc (of which I haven’t attended because I am kinda shy). Compared to other places I have lived, this is luxury. Pricing is very reasonable for what you get and I believe it is worth it.

Great place to live and even friendlier staff that helped take care of my every need. Special thanks to Valerie for always being polite and helpful when needed. Shame I had to move away because of work. Definitely a 5/5

I have had a really happy experience with the staff at Lodge. The maintenance staff Vic and Josh are extremely professional, knowledgeable, ready, and always go above and beyond! The office staff is always very friendly, helpful, and treat everyone with respect! I love that these teams work well with each other to provide the best service each and every day. Ashley has always been very kind and bubbly! Whenever I need assistance, upon having last minute requests, or need anything, she is always willing to figure it out no matter the time or day. I have always seen the property kept clean, the halls and stairs debris free, and the buildings are always well lit.

Living here almost a year and have enjoyed it. A nice, quiet, and relaxed place to live. The Lodge has created an amazing aesthetic community to enjoy outdoors, pool area, clubhouse, and the gym. Management has been present with our needs and communicates effectively for updates, notices, and events. Maintenance crew is amazing! Josh is always prompt, respectful and courteous when he visits to assist our needs! He also takes the time to explain the issues at face. Josh and Viktor always checks in to make sure everything is functioning correctly for the building.

Absolutely love The Lodge! Has been a great experience since Leasing Day. Beautifully kept and maintained. Great communication all around from the staff to residents. So thank you! Shout to Josh from Maintenance for making the experience truly luxurious & officially like home. 🙌🏾 And honestly the others on that team as well. Oh & Ashley from the Leasing Office for being soooo welcoming and helpful! Always has solutions on hand. Like every single time 🙌🏾✨ Can’t necessarily say that about all of the office staff for now (don’t want to cause anyone to be disciplined), but for the main people above keep me hopeful!

I am not the type to leave reviews. I want to start by saying that Valeria is a great asset. She’s amazing! Her energy is positive and giving. I felt welcomed immediately. Valeria went over everything with me and provided me with a great tour of the property. She is knowledgeable and inviting. If you’re looking to rent here, ask for Valeria. Thank you for helping me.

We love this complex! Definitely one of the nicest ones in this area! Everytime we’ve had an issue, they are quick to fix it. They are so nice, so attentive, and the apartments are up to date clean and spacious. If you see reviews where people say they aren’t being nice or that they’re short, it’s probably because the person leaving the review was being rude and short first because we have never had an issue with them, those workers try their hardest to make you happy! They greet you with a smile and they listen to what you need. Thank you for being so on top of it!!
