Passed this store hundreds of times on commercial Blvd. Finally stopped in, boy I wasn't disappointed! Ordered a hero, and it was great. Do your self a favor and visit!

This is somewhat lengthy but PLEASE read before ordering from them. My nephew passed away, but I was unable to be with my sister and extended family. I wanted to assist them with meals by ordering ham with some sides so they would know my family and I were thinking of them. I ordered it in the timeframe this store recommended, and I was paying $25 for it to be delivered. They took my card number and said they would call the family the day it was to be delivered and would run my card the same day. Around 3:00 on the delivery day, my sister let me know she still had not been contacted. I called and the person who answered didn't know anything about it and said she was "just filling in for the day" but she would try to find it. I called back to give her the name of who I spoke with and she said she found the order but they didn't have anyone to deliver it!?! She wanted to know if someone could pick it up! We hated to ask the family to do this, but what choice did we have? It was embarrassing since it was a reflection on us but we were MORTIFIED to find out instead of running our card they had the FAMILY pay when they picked it up!?!?! Are you kidding me?!? Talk about "dropping the ball"!!! We were assured they could deliver it so what happened?? And why did they take our card number if they weren't going to run it? I'm concerned I even gave it to them now. UNACCEPTABLE!!!

My Husband went to the store today to pickup my Ham and was told he could not see it before buying. When he got home it was very fatty, looked like it was old Ham did not look fresh. If your policy is to not allow the Customer to see what they are purchasing then, customers you will lose if theirs look like mine. I've bought Hams from Honeybaked for 50+ years never been disappointed until this year. Put up one of those silly plexi glass protective screens and allow the customer to see what they are purchasing. Extremely disappointed!

I have purchased honey baked ham 3x before, for a holiday dinner. This Christmas I did the same, I picked up the 22nd, and the day of Christmas I noticed my Turkey said the eat by date was the 23rd of December. I purchased it for Christmas dinner, the 25th. I'm very irritated that I got a turkey that wasn't even going to be good for the day I intended to eat it. The store said it would still be fine after the 12/23 date, but anything else that would have an expired date, I wouldnt eat, why would I start now with my Christmas dinner? Won't go back. Super disappointed & disgusted.

The ham was excellent! Great smokey flavor. I just made bean soup with the leftover ham and bone. Delicious !

We get a ham every Thanksgiving! The staff is amazing and kind, the store is clean and tidy. We love our neighborhood Honeybaked Ham Store!!

It always smells so amazing in there. And the staff is always so friendly. We normally get a ham from here every Christmas, and it's always amazing. Today out of the blue, I just decided to go get a ham for dinner. They showed me the hams and let me pick which one I wanted. Talk about customer service!

We bought a boneless Honey Baked ham for Thanksgiving, paid $110. Warmed it by the package directions. I was so excited to eat this ham. It was horrible. I could have bought a ham from the grocery store for under $30, and it would have been better. Was extremely disappointed. No one really ate it. 😒

This is our first time at Spring Hill location. We placed an online order a week in advance but we were told by staff that they are out of order at the time of arrival. We did not get any notification only to email to pick up an order at designated time. It would be better for the store to reserve the order for people who have ordered/paid/planned to pick up instead of selling to walk in customers. We were offered the whole turkey to replace our order at no extra charge. We accepted it. Just be mindful that online order does not guarantee that your food will be there.

Ordered a platter for holidays. Paid$100 for a sandwich platter of meats/ cheese/toppings for 10. Got 12 rolls, 10 sliced pieces of tomato on a piece of lettuce, 8 slices of cheese and no condiments. The ham and turkey were really good but definitely no worth the cost. You could've gone to publix for a third of that and gotten everything. Very disappointed.

Sandwiches are pretty good here. Not a whole lot of menu to choose from and and the store seems very empty. But I did notice that they offer first timers a free sandwich if you sign up online. They will email you a free sandwich bar code. Looking at the email it has an expiration date but doesn't appear to really expire. The code is also universal and the same for everyone. Me and my wife go about once a month.

Every Easter, our daughter wants an amazing Ham. Great place for lunch as well.

Great customer service. Friendly, helpful. Clean store. Even though the computer system for honey baked ham is down in the entire state, they checked us out quickly. I cannot recommend them enough. All stores should be like this one.

Very disappointed this year. Reserved large ham. On my day & time to pick up it was several pounds smaller. After eating ham, was truly not up to Honey Baked standards.... our ham was extremely fatty, not as good flavor, not much sugar crunchy stuff (and who does not love that part of HB Ham).... Just not what my family expected or has had for years (family tradition). Praying next year better...

Their classic ham sandwich is the best. I also get their boneless half ham for Thanksgiving. They .are it easy by reserving it a head of time. Check out their lunch menu.

The staff was unaware of the Thanksgiving specials on their own website. There was so much smoke inside the store (which smelled like melted plastic) that I was nauseous for the remainder of the day. Despite these annoyances, the team members did their best to accommodate and recommend items for our feast on Wednesday.

Great sandwiches, fresh and delicious along with very friendly service.
