Cannot say enough good about Our Father's Haven Bushnell Bed & Breakfast in a quiet and beautiful part of old Florida. The innkeepers provide a warm welcome day or night and showed us to our rooms and provided a tour of the facilities (dining area, game room, etc.). Our suite was very large with super high ceilings, immaculately clean and nicely furnished with rocking chairs on the screened porch outside the front door overlooking the horse pastures. For horse people, the place is perfect to stall in the super nice barn and to turn out into large grassy individual paddocks. From there you can ride out into surrounding forest trails. Breakfast was delicious and hearty to start our day. Still craving more of the homemade buttery cinnamin muffins. We stayed while doing a horse clinic at Darby Oaks Stables short 15 min drive away. Hope we can return soon. Thanks for a great experience! Highly recommend as this is a very unique and magnificent property!

Lovely and quiet place to hike, mountain bike or horseback ride. My girlfriends and I meet up her about once a year for a several day getaway. The home cooked and hot breakfast is amazing and as soon as we finish we head out on the trails. We relax in the rocking chairs when we get back and we have learned that a group pot luck is the easiest way to have our meals. This place is quiet and clean. I love my kids, but I am super happy it is an adult only quiet place.

I have been a visitor several times with my horseback riding girlfriends. My horse, Sami, was truly in heaven with open pastures and lots of tasty grass. Accomodations for our equine friends were stellar! The rooms are cozy, clean and spacious. The country breakfast is plentiful, delicious and prepared with love. Our hosts couldn’t have been more gracious and I recommend Our Father’s Haven to guests with or without their horses. Perfect place to reflect, look at the stars and be grateful.

Our Father's Haven is the perfect home away from home to get away to and relax. I have visited a few times with my horses. Gary and Joanne are always welcoming, kind, and accommodating. Both the accommodations for me and my horses are always perfectly clean and well stocked. They go above and beyond to be sure you have everything you need from extra towels, pillows, snacks, paper plates, utensils, and even provide a spray in the bathroom. Great attention to detail! Breakfast is always absolutely delicious and homemade. Great place to stay alone or with friends. Beautiful horse trails you can ride to right from the driveway. Best place I have ever stayed with my horses! This family takes pride in their home and business and it shows. Looking forward to my next visit!

From the moment you drive into the driveway you know instantly you are on vacation and can bring your guard down. Gary the host is extremely welcoming, the rooms are spacious and very clean. The house pasture are huge and the troughs are so clean we can drink the water from them. Then came the home cooked breakfast made by Gary's wife excellent omelets made your way, blueberry muffins to die for, vegetable and sausage caseroles, corn bread, muffins and blueberry pancakes you can't get enough of, all made from scratch! The trails were perfectly marked and maintained, what peace of mind when you know your way around. Our weekend was perfect thanks to Macintosh family!! This definitely will be a regular place for us in the future.

Get away with saddle sisters for 3 days. Have been going there for past 5 years. Best Best Best place there is and going back every year makes us feel like we are going home. Joann and Gary and such special people, the world needs more of them.

This is the most charming and by far friendliest Bed and Breakfast I have ever been to. They make you feel like family. Bring your horses and enjoy the trail rides just walking distance from the nature park.

This was the nicest, most peaceful campground I have been to. The hosts were exceptional, the horse accommodations were wonderful and the people accommodations were very comfortable and more then met my expectations. Then then breakfast each morning.... all I can say is WOW!!!

Friends and I just stayed for the second time and it was just as perfect as the first. The breakfast is amazing. Gary and Joann are the best, so welcoming. The stalls, barn and paddocks are great. It is so nice to ride out on to some really nice trails. It is our favorite place to stay and look forward to coming back next year.

My wife and I have visited Our Father’s Haven multiple times. I feel Our Father’s is the standard for a B&B. The atmosphere is highly relaxing and you truly feel at peace throughout your stay. The owners are very friendly and accommodating and in the same sense they understand one’s need to just relax. The breakfast is some of the best I have ever have, especially the bacon! I love waking up in the morning with that cup of tea or coffee, lounging on a rocker, and watching deer and the rest of nature. If you choose to go to Our Father’s Haven, I’m sure you will enjoy it as much as my wife and I do. Thank you for all you do Our Father’s Haven. - Sam and Ashlea

Amazing place to bring our horses and stay for a few nights. Gary, Joanne and Melissa are wonderful hosts and fabulous cooks! The breakfast is fantastic, the rooms are huge and spotless. The well maintained trails are right down the driveway into the forest. There’s so much to say about this place I could go on and on! So happy to spend my birthday weekend here!

I stayed at Our Father's Haven for two nights. The accommodations were great. The breakfasts both mornings were delicious. The atmosphere was very peaceful - loved the porch. Our horses were very calm and settled right in. We rode the loop and the blue trail, very few flies and lots of shade. I will definitely go back
