I love living here! Beautiful property and whenever I need something fixed or have a question staff and maintenance is always so prompt. Big shout out to Richie the Service Director for being beyond helpful and super professional whenever something is needed! Keep up the great work.

This property is beautiful! I love all the amenities they have and the location is a bonus. Jasmine has went above and beyond my expectations with all her help. Looking for apartments in Florida is already stressful and Jasmine made my process a lot less stressful. She's the best and amazing at what she does!!

I love living here!! When I first came to tour Lantana, I met Kevin. He was so welcoming and kind! This property feels like a resort and I love the amenities. There are frequent events for the residents and Lantana goes above and beyond for them! Living here definitely feels like I’m always on vacation. I love it!

This property is amazing. The whole process of touring and being able to talk to someone about my move has been great! Jasmine is very knowledgeable of the property and was able to answer any question I threw at her. The anxiety of finding a place in Florida is already stressful enough and she went above and beyond to help me through it all. Lantana is definitely top on my list of properties for my move to Florida!

We are extremely tired of this apartment complex. We have been so patience and have had different responses that did not suffice. We had and have a knocking sound since August until November. The first knocking was horrible and they took around 2-3 weeks to make it less loud. They did not fixed it, and they told us to make a recording, the noise was random and last 5 seconds approximately. So, it was so hard to get a recording (I cannot upload the videos, even I shorter the length) and when we did they took other 2 months and a half to do something and the noise was fixed until December. However, we told them we wanted the rent to be less until they fixed it again. Nevertheless, they told my husband we had 2 options either move to another apartment that can have another problem (like A/C) because they are brand new apartments. So, you won't know the problem until we move there. The other options is to wait for the corporate office to get another video of the knocking that is clearer, which is ridiculous (The maintenance supervisor is super nice, but the manager or supervisor Jasmine is not helpful). After two weeks of that answer, although, the maintenance supervisor told us about the recording and with that we have to wait for them to fix it, which will take them who knows how long and they have to break walls and remove all the pipes. On the 25th of December, so Christmas we came back to our home and water was coming out (lukewarm water) from the heater tank. Our entrance furniture was soaked, our shoes, our vacuum, and several other stuff are soaked. We shut down the hot water and it stopped, but as you can see in the pictures it was horrible to live this on Christmas and there is no way to contact any person for this type of emergency. We do not know what are we going to do and what they are going to say, but be careful if you're thinking to move here. If you can put up with this type of stuff it has a great location to USF and the complex is new and nice. But be aware of this type of stuff and the answer they have.

My boyfriend and I were initially searching for new construction houses, but as the market is doing poorly we decided to wait. By some miracle we came across Lantana as we saw the advertisement while driving by. We both had the most welcoming experience thanks to Kevin at the front office. He made apartment hunting way less stressful and showcased everything Lantana had to offer. It was everything we were looking for in a home PLUS amenities! I’m so thankful to the staff as Jasmine from the front office was also a great help as Lantana was expecting to open. We’ve thankfully had no new construction issues with our apartment and I absolutely LOVE the fitness center Lantana has to offer. As we’ve frequently used the amenities, the service director-Richie- was very friendly and introduced himself and let us know that if there’s any maintenance issues regarding the amenities or our home, we can let him know. Hes been easy to reach, solves any issues in a timely manner, and is always making sure everything is upkept. We never had such an easy transition into a new place and in fact, never had maintenance so willing to help and easy to contact. I love living at Lantana it truly does feel like a mini getaway from all other aspects life brings. Shoutout to the staff at Lantana! They’re the best!

Jasmine has been nothing less than absolutely wonderful during this already hectic process! She helped me find the perfect apartment for me and my fur baby! She was so attentive and knowledgeable and never made me feel like I was bothering her with my millions of questions. After touring multiple buildings in the area, Lantana definitely stood out more, and Jasmine was the cherry on top!

Excellent location with great amenities! Aside from the beautiful floor plan I decided on, I love how spacious and up to date the fitness center is. Despite the hiccups that come with a brand new complex the staff is as helpful and considerate. Especially the representative Jasmine, she’s a joy to deal with.

I enjoy living in Lantana, it gives me comfort and a healthy environment for my children. I recommend it 100%
