    DO NOT STAY HERE! IT'S ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH IT! The rooms are dated, dirty, and there were insects flying around. We started to leave when they couldn't provide us with a better room and we should've. We could barely even bathe in that nasty bathroom with a clogged drain. When I told them about the drain at check in they didn't care to help. When I called back today the guy didn't even care to help. It's extremely poor customer service. I guess they think they can treat people any kind of way just because it's near the water. Tampa has much nicer hotels. This may be the worst one I've ever stayed at. BELIEVE THE REVIEWS AND DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!! They need to shut this place down. It doesn't even belong near the beach. It's so disgusting.

    I stay in different areas to review and enjoy the places. This area is crowded and seems like people live in these condos and not so many visitors. (I'm not sure, don't quote me)didn't have any issues just saw lots of movement, the parking lot gets full and I was lucky to find one close to my room. They do have a cop that patrols the area. I did find one roach.. I am paranoid about them while I sleep. The interior is great and small but perfect for 1 person. Ac was great, the shower is hot and good. The bed was comfortable. The coffee maker is on point. Entrance is on right before the apartment community. Front desk young lady is awesome.

    But still waiting on a call from Laurie??? Finally get a call from Laurie. She is going to write up Angel, and she may lose her job? Because she actually took care of the issue.? This trip was the worst!! Roaches the little German ones. Air broken in June and it stayed 85° they claimed they recharged freon and changed filters.. left had dinner and it was still 85,° when we returned. Poor Angel had to deal with the issue and Laurie you pass the blame? Terrible management!! She offered to comp the room but at 85° no thank you. So she moved us to the only other available room. No we're moving everything out And down three fights of stairs and back up to the new room. First thing, I came in person to make sure we're getting a room with a view. No view and they're charging me for a view. Be careful with their wording. I wanted a view. Open my window in air conditioned and see the water. Nope! Apparently the only rooms with the actual views are king suites. ??? Okay so why didn't I get that?? We could have gotten an extra. Also they're swearing you have the best room, best rooms don't have broken ice makers. I don't do roaches Andi don't do 85° . It was cooler outside. And no ice to cool down. I ended up with the worst headache. Then all the moving , this place honestly felt like work, not a vacation. Management never called me back until we're already check out. Again worst experience ever. Second room was dirty and didn't have any baking sheet or fry pan. We made due with pots, plates, and foil. Ants everywhere. Everyone was miserable and we checked out two days early. Broken hearted I missed out on those days with my family. My mistake and my fault for believing I was getting what was promised. Never again will we ever stay here. With the tons and tons of places to go with the beach right there. This isn't is!!! And the management Laurie, never seen. And doesn't take responsibility. She in my opinion needs written up and to lose her job. What was she supposed to do Laurie!? You were MIA.

    It was nice, room was clean, and having a free shuttle to the beach and back was great! I only took away a star because the people behind the desk were stupid. My husband left his driver's license there when we checked in (ok our fault). And they just put it in a drawer. I mean, think, girl! Go through the room list and call us! Lazy idiot.

    I was a little hesitant about booking this place because the price seemed too good to be true. Honestly, I am glad I did. I arrived after a 7 hour drive and was greeted very kindly by Dianela. She was quick at the desk and very friendly. I received my room keys, was told how to get there and I went. When I got in my room, it smelled very strongly of someone smoking in there. I went back and told her. I told her that my room was fine, and I just did not want to be charged a fee for this. She immediately changed my room to another one with the same view. I did not ask for this. I just wanted them to know I was not the one making the room smell like that. My room was equipped with a full, stocked kitchen and full-size fridge, as well as a sitting area in front of the television, a large, comfortable clean bed. And a view off my balcony that was delightful. Breakfast was also on point. I would definitely recommend this place if you are in Tampa. It's definitely worth the visit!

    This stay was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had! I had just a drove from Miami and checked in late. It had been a long day so I threw my bags in the room and headed over to Bahamas breeze for dinner. I came back and was able to actually take a look at the room. The bathroom had dried pee all over the toilet seat. The fridge had rotten food and dead bugs in the fridge. At this point I told myself there’s no way I’m staying here I go to the front desk to speak to the receptionist. They were gone for the day and had a sign they would be back in the morning. I returned to my room and decided I would just go to sleep and figure it out in the morning. I open the bed sheets and find more dead bugs. I literally had no where else to go and had to sleep on top of the covers in multiple layers of clothes. Had no sleep all night thinking of something crawling on me. I return to the front desk the next morning and ask for a manger. The receptionist tells me there’s no manager available and gives me an email to contact them. I sent several emails with no response, the customer service and experience all around was something I’ve never experienced with a Hotel. I would definitely avoid this place at all costs!

    This was the most disgusting hotel I've seen and the staff was rude and unprofessional. There were bugs in the first room they put me in, it smelled like smoke, and surfaces were dirty. The second room was also dirty and the AC was broken. The third room was dirty and the light was broken in the bathroom and it was in the sink! I asked for a refund and they charged me anyway plus kept the deposit and charged me a cleaning fee! Unreal! I booked the reservation online and the photos look nothing like the actual rooms. I called them to dispute the charges and they refused to refund them! This is fraudulent behavior and the worst managed hotel I've ever been to. Do not stay here! I went to another hotel nearby and they gave me a beautiful hotel room for the same price and redeemed my Thanksgiving trip home. Chase Suite Hotel is utter trash!

    Suites at Chase hotel was more than I could ask for definitely the amenities made at home whatever I go back to Tampa that is definitely where I lay my head the complimentary breakfasts is something to look forward to in the morning. Definitely had a great stay and look for to walk it out on the docks in the morning 🌅🌄 and definitely had that Tampa Bay vibe

    I loved my 2 night stay here and wish I could have stayed longer. All of the staff are so friendly and efficient. The room was very clean. Full kitchen makes meals a breeze with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, plates, bowls, cups, utensils. There is a nice sitting area by the water where you can spot dolphins and boats. The swimming pool was warm even in February and very clean. Convenient to restaurants, bars, beach on the bay, grocery store just a couple miles. Walk to Bahama Breeze right next door. Breakfast is the usual hotel type breakfast and is take out. The staff who serve breakfast are so sweet that it feels like 5 star! Always quiet. Nice porch or balcony, some overlook the water. Grill and picnic area. Pet friendly! Quick hop skip and jump to downtown Tampa and just about 40 minutes to put your toes in the sand at Clearwater Beach straight down gulf to bay blvd. This will be my new getaway stay when visiting Tampa!😍

    The room was very accommodating it had a full kitchen and was very spacious! Downside the floor was rooting and the furniture was dirty. The shower curtain was dirty as well! The bed kept lifting up off the floor and I’m not a heavy person lol . Nice view though and the rate was decent

    Hotel suites have a full kitchen, bathroom with shower/tub, sofa, queen bed. Room was clean and kitchen is provided with basic cooking and eating implements. Room was clean with appropriate bathroom amenities to include soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, assortment of towels and hairdryer. Given all of the above the place is rather “tired” and needs some refreshing and added character. Hairdryer should be attached to the wall but it was sitting in a drawer. Even the big sign out front is faded. I ended up here when my flight got canceled. It was quite late but Jake and Dianela were pleasant and helpful during the check-in process. Jake in particular made sure I knew food was available at the Bahama Breeze directly next door and that there was a gate through the fence so I didn’t need to walk around. They explained the available amenities and provided a map.

    After looking at the reviews, our family was hesitant on staying here. However, we decided to go for it and we are so glad we did! The staff is so friendly, made us feel like family! Shout out to Susan and Jake! The room was very spacious! We stayed in the queen suites and king suites! I will recommend to get a room away from the bay view, yes it’s beautiful but it seemed that the room near the water was a lot warmer and stuffy. The food was amazing! Each day they had different options which was great for a long period stay and not eating the same thing over and over. Over all we had an amazing stay and will be back for our next visit to Tampa. ☺️

    Great location but hotel is run down and online pics don’t reflect that. Went for the 4th of July with my mom and daughter. Quickly realized that it was not what I saw online. Spider in the bed the first night. Roach under my suitcase on the last. Upstairs bathroom light fixture wasn’t working and was falling off the wall. Appliances were the old beige and normal old fashioned burners on stove. Only ice maker is in main office and was often empty and everybody was just dipping ice out of the same bin. Breakfast was good. Pool got closed because a step broke while we were there. Not a short walk to beach. More like 25 min walk. Did have a small deck on the property but no walking path to beach. Couch had holes in material.

    The hotel staff was very friendly! Jake is so friendly and helpful! We really enjoyed staying here, had a good breakfast and left our car parked while we were on a cruise . We paid extra for the “CRUISE AND SNOOZE” package, because it included parking and shuttle service. Everything went well until we got off our cruise. We had been told by the shuttle driver, to call the hotel and he would pick us up for the return trip to the hotel (he even told us where to wait for him). When I called the hotel , she said they don’t provide the shuttle after the cruise!! What gives? I never heard of this anywhere!! Surely the hotel knows you need to get your car from their parking lot!! We ended up paying an extra $50 to a different shuttle service to get back! If you’re going on a cruise , don’t stay here!! We felt cheated and mislead since nobody ever mentioned the shuttle would not pick us up! A one way shuttle is unheard of!!

    Great location and nice suites. Jake at the front desk was a gem! Super sweet! The 5 star for service is for Jake! I gave the room an overall 4 stars because The kitchen was great and clean but lacked cookware. I purposely booked this suite because of the location and the kitchen. A tiny pot and a frying Pan was all that was there. Because I'm a chef I managed and was able to complete the task at hand.

    I stayed here in December 2022 for a night on vacation. The rooms were clean and very unique. I had booked two king beds, and they were in a house-style format with a bedroom on the ground floor and a bedroom on an upper floor. The full kitchen was very useful as well. The service here really made the trip worthwhile. My family and I were fortunate enough to meet Jake at the front desk. He was incredibly helpful and friendly, providing recommendations for dinner and other accommodations in the hotel. His service definitely made this trip a five-star visit. Looking forward to staying here again :)

    We had A suite condo, it was lot bigger then we thought it was going to be, it was perfect! Very clean and well maintained place! The pool was very clean and it was relaxing! The deck that leads to the water was pretty cool too it had amazing views! The staff was very accommodating and friendly. 😊

    Price is right. Second time room was never cleaned. This time we had to make bed, Clean bathroom, replace TP, paper towels, soaps. Broken doorknob. No dishwasher detergent or dish washing items. Only benefit was Marijuana bud left on floor.

    What an amazing experience! Jake at the front desk was exceptional! He was professional, sweet, and funny. Check-in was quick and simple. The rooms are a bit older but you’ll have everything you need. The views of the bay are beautiful and there are an array of restaurants nearby. Great location nestled behind Bahama Breeze made for a quiet and restful weekend. Also, the pool was skimmed every morning while we were there during breakfast so it’s ready when you’re done eating. I’ll definitely be back!

    I have had an overall pleasant experience staying here. Jake is seriously the best!! The workers are friendly. I felt very welcomed. If you need anything, they are always there to help you, no matter what time it is! I would highly recommend staying here at this hotel. It is great for families as well. Thank you guys for everything! 5 stars for my stay. I would give more if I could.

    Worst hotel ever!!!! If you like roaches and ants this is the place for you. Every time I would bring food to the Kitchen it would be covered with ants and roaches , I put up with it till I started feeling roaches in my bed and waking up with them under my sheets. On the first floor the toilet rocked like you were on a roller coaster and the sink wouldn’t drain. I told the office about all my concerns and they laughed in my face. I checked out early because I couldn’t take the loss of food anymore or sleeping with roaches and they still charged me for the entire stay. I wouldn’t give it one star if it was up to me. DONT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!

    Jake, Jake, Jake, Jake, Jake!!!! We love Jake! He was the absolute most helpful, outgoing, amazing, nicest, personable, cheerful person we have encountered. EVERYONE needs a Jake at their place of business! Jake is the face of customer service, at its finest! Now, for the hotel… it was comfortable, clean, had a nice view, and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

    Chase Suite Hotel far exceeded my expectations! Julio and Ramon provided transit that was fast and professional, available not just to and from the airport, but also local venues and restaurants. Jake greeted me at the desk with enthusiasm. He chose a room for me with easy access and a partial view of the bay, and went above and beyond in helping me bring my luggage in. Inside, the room was very spacious and well appointed. There was a full kitchen and bath both with granite countertops, a comfortable sitting area with a couch, large convertable desk, and eating area. The bed was just right. There were no cleanliness issues, and checkout was made easy, again with assistance from a warm friendly staff. I'd definitely visit again and recommend to my fingers and family!

    The only thing going for this hotel is the space in the loft suites. The staff were not friendly and were very forced to policies that didn’t help the customer like early check in or cancellation. We stayed for a wedding with a lot of rooms booked throughout the hotel. All of our rooms were not very clean and had bugs in them. We got back late the night of the wedding and there was no parking even though we had a parking pass, we had to park somewhere else and walk over to the hotel. The overnight front desk girl was so rude about this situation and offered no help, even went as far as yelling at the bride in her gown. The manager the next day was zero help, an apology was all we were looking for and she couldn’t even offer that. Definitely not worth the price. There are better hotels close by. Please believe the bad reviews, there is no way the good ones are legitimate.

    This place was amazing. From the moment my wife and I walked in, we were pleasantly greeted by Susan. She helped with our check-in as did Sean. We had a CC issue with paying and they both helped to get it resolved. Thanks to the them and the GM (Leo), we were able to start out vacation on a high note. The housekeeping staff were always accommodating to any needs we had with extra towels, kichen supplies and blankets ( it was a cold few days ). The night crew ( Daniella & Jake ) were helpful and friendly. We would also like to thank Lori ( asst GM ) for her help with some issues we had as well. The free breakfast buffet was a plus. A delicious selection of food. Raul made us a tray to go after we arrived late on the first morning. The rooms were cozy and clean. We enjoyed sitting by the pool, even with the cold weather, and the water was warm and always clean. We will definitely stay here again the next time I visit my son. My sincerest thanks to everyone !     Me and my boyfriend enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff are all very nice and welcoming. Any question or request we had the hotel staff made us feel secure. Raymond the shuttle driver is a sweet man and the front desk workers are very helpful. I will definitely stay here again if I come back to Tampa. The room was comfortable and clean, great for cooking your own meals. Even though the hotel is a little far the shuttle rides are very accommodating.

    Room would have been great had the in house phone worked and tv not to mention the shower. Found out about tv and phone that nite maintenance was there couldn't fix phone but managed to get tv going. As for shower believe me it didn't get found till getting up in am right before we were to check out. Desk staff was sharp said nothing she could do and. We had to talk with manager who would not be in until 2 she gave his card and said call when he is here ( we were checking out on am) ( needless to say didn't talk to him until about 3 in afternoon when we arrived home. He was abrupt and short. Said nothing he could do. And we should have told them at the time which was when we checked out right after finding no shower. Needless to say you would think Chase being the corporation they are would be sure everything was right b4 renting to people. Told he wouldn'do anything. Upon checking our acct next day we were given a $25.00 credit for all the trouble. Really and no phone call or apology! Will we return highly doubtful!! And its a shame. I must say the afternoon desk man was top notch when we checked in, As were the social hour staff. The am culinary staff could be improved and the way they broke down and got rid.of left overs as well as the sanitation of mats on counters and appliances. Not even wiped down and just thrown in cupboard. The toasters were turned over and shook on floor.

    We are having a great experience at this hotel. We have stayed for a week now! And have been treated so well and kindly. The free complimentary breakfast is always so fresh and good 👍 bedding is so comforting. 10/10 come here they have great deals for longer stayers

    Nice place. Great location. Free breakfast in the morning. Very clean. Nice Caribbean themed restaurant next door. Used a hotel app to book so was very reasonable. Not sure how much it usually is.

    Suite was spacious, Angel was friendly and made checking in a breeze. Overall we enjoyed our stay but will not be returning. My entire family ended up sick, and I feel it was due to the baby roaches we kept seeing and the filthy air vents. The air vents are completely black like they haven’t been changed in years. My family and I were experiencing sneezing, muscle aches, runny nose, fatigue, etc Now that we’ve left, our symptoms are going away. I do not recommend for anyone who may experience sick building syndrome.

    Came here with my family expecting to have a nice stay in a nice place. When we walked in, our room had an unpleasant smell. After more looking around we discovered lots and lots of dust built up, especially on one of the ceiling fans straight over one of the beds. After even more looking and lifting up the sheets we had found masses of BED BUGS on our mattress and quickly packed up everything and got the heck out of there!! It was disgusting and we were super grossed out. We headed to the main office to check out and get our refund as we had paid for 4 nights. They refunded the 3 nights we hadn’t stayed yet, but refuse to refund the night we got there. We checked in at 9:30 and checked out by 10:30. Only 1 hour we were there. After they did further “investigation” to see if we could get that first night refunded, they told us they found nothing. If nothing was found, explain the pictures and videos we got of their room and the mattress with COLONIES OF BED BUGS, grouped up!!! Ridiculous!!! Don’t stay here! They are not clean!

    After reading the other reviews I was hesitant about staying here. But, I can't think of one negative thing to say about our stay here. This is an older property but our room was clean. Pool area looked clean even though we didnt use it. There is security on site so felt safe. I would stay here again.

    Very comfortable bed. Very accommodating. I like that they provide more hospitality than most. The only reason I did not give five stars is that the room with toilet and shower had an urine stench. Walls in the bathroom could use a painting. I would stay again.

    Great spot. It says it has pot and pans. My room didn't have so I to buy my own. The utensils for the pots and pan was melted. They leave what the other customers used. The dish was 1/4 of the bottle. Half a toilet paper no extra. The workers Ana, Ramon were wonderful. The staff here is nice. I wish they check the rooms and make sure everything is stocked the way it supposed to be..

    Our stay was ok. The complimentary breakfast was a plus and the food was not bad at all. They could have had more non pork options to accommodate everyone but it’s free so no complaints. It was def spacious and served it’s purpose. The pool was great and the kids enjoyed it a lot. The appliances are very outdated. One morning we asked for our room to be cleaned and I was informed at 3PM it still wasn’t done because they did not have any clean king size linen. I was confused how there is nothing clean available by that time of the day but whatever.

    Rooms were great, bed was comfortable. Love the layout of the room and having a "mini suite " with a kitchen and living space in addition to the bedroom and bathroom. Location is perfect as it is on the water. The only disappointment was that housekeeping started knocking on our door at 8:30am the day of check out when check out is at 11am and they ended up coming to the door 3 times before check out to see if we were ready to leave.
