An old Spanish women cashier, white hair, ponytail, was rude as hell. She literally showed her nasty attitude and ugly hated face when she saw our cart that full filled with small tools and such, demanding us to get an other cart to separate all tools, no problem we got another cart as what she wanted. We asked if we can do anything for her to make it easier as we saw she was moving stuff to another cart, ' No. Just trying to fix the MESS.' What a professional staff with a good heart. I truly wish you had a better life which u don't have to check out bunch of tools at your work everyday.

I'm very careful with Sarasota depot restaurant, they always pass extra products, complete boxes instead of just one unit, employees are trained to add something more that the customer is not taking! this is the fourth time this has happened to me, the depot restaurant in Sarasota is very complicated and has trained staff to rob you, including a gray haired lady and a fat man who always stay at the cashier

I was there today and quite clueless about what to expect from this store. Ms Rhonda who works at the membership area was wonderful. She was patient and extremely helpful in answering all of my questions. I’ve never shopped here so I can’t rate their products but Ms Rhonda is a GEM. 5 stars for spectacular customer service. Thank you! Ps: I appreciated that all the employees I saw wore their masks especially as rules have gotten very lenient in many stores, I wore mine too. :-)

They usually have great sales. Check out cashiers are always super nice and helpful. Lots of staff to help you find what you need.

Great shopping experience. I'm an Instacart Shopper. I had to shop a small amount for a customer. I've never shopped there before. It's mainly a Costco for restaurateurs. I believe you need an account there, to shop. But it's very well stocked. The employees were helpful and friendly. A fun experience!!!

Everytime we go this lady take 30 ya 20 min to ring up and tell us move this so I can scane . She said that your job to mover stuff in cart when we wring up? What kind service u guys provided? Your price is high but it's convenient to come and buy... Bit we literally disrespecting from your employee.. Never hi hello ..always like they don't want server any one service Why is like that..? We spend money not taking money so think about it I hope owner not like this staff

Horrible location. I lost my card was told i have to resign up. Ok sure. Was told they will not take a copy of my license said must be orignal and current. Since covid. DBPR sends your license in email. So tell me where i can get a hard copy. Was accused of not being a buisness But any one can go to instacart and get a order from your company. I went to russos right down the street and spent my $300 there. How do i get off your mailing list also if we are not a legite buisness please stop sending your sales flyer to my non exsistent restaurant. GFS and my Distributor for this phony restaurant. You can tell me to email I have and got no response.

Every worker is so friendly and are ready to help but the manager is a woman and is rude and has a bad attitude with the clients and co workers my last experience was 2 days ago and she was so rude. They should fire her and change the manager.

The place is excellent in prices and organization, but its cashiers are lousy, what a bad service, they are not friendly at all and one with white hair who is there is rude, they should serve the customer better.

Very nice receiving office. Took me a day early but I wouldn’t always count on that.. Not really any overnight parking unless you back into docks. Very clean restroom 👍🏻 up to the janitor.

Good place for whole selling but there’s a old blond hair lady cashier has no manner how behave with the customers. Her behavior is very rude. Management should take care of that.

This is the place restaurants shop for food and supplies. They have a decent selection of produce, meats, cheeses, and seafood. Their dry goods selection is pretty good, too. They have lots of sales, so it is worth checking out their flier and in store sale tags. If you are getting refrigerated foods, dress like you are about to go into a snow storm because you will literally be walking in a giant freezer. I can't stay in there long without going out and taking a break to warm up. Even with a coat and pants on. They have a small selection of commercial appliances like freezers, refrigerators, grills, and mixers. They have a decent selection of cooking utensils and food storage. They have a large selection of disposable food service items like cups and to-go containers, too. Check it out. It's fun to see where restaurants shop.

The best place to buy everything you need for your restaurant. Especial thanks to the manager Angie, that always help me with anything I may need there. Great place with great people !

I have been to the store in sarasota twice in the last week...incredible store..great prices..overwhelming number of selections......the staff is not there to hold your hand..no one is cooking up samples for you to try...it is large quantity, high quality, great price..no frills...i'll be back

every week, every day that I go shopping at the Depot restaurant in Sarasota, I have had negative experiences when cashing out products! this man always attends on sundays, always sells products with wrong codes or too many products! In the last two weeks, if I hadn't shopped with him, I would have lost over $100. I ask the directors to keep this guy out of the Sarasota store. besides being disrespectful, you disrespected my wife! he got nervous and threw one of the boxes that was in the shopping cart on the floor! next time I'll call the police and file a report!

Easy delivery. App was at 12pm in at 8:15 out 8:45. They do go by appointments but you can come early.
