The C house does an excellent job of amplifying their space and making amazing use out of their small space. It’s cozy and cute offering several seating options…. including just chilling by the fireplace. A fireplace in Florida? Right! It’s silly, but works so well for this beautiful space. Our server Michael B. was such a treat. The highlight of our visit. He convinced us to eat dessert, complimented us, was super attentive, courteous, and had great energy. However, the biggest downfall was, sadly the food. Despite this being a really chill and fun neighborhood restaurant; the food is pretty mediocre and a bit overpriced for what they’re offering. I love the concept of the C house and I love the closeness it feels like it has to the community, but the food itself wasn’t my favorite. We were also given an extremely overripe avocado for their happy hour appetizer. If you aren’t looking too deep into your meal and just want to enjoy a beautiful outing in a beautiful place I would suggest the C house. I’m sure the cooks and the crew are working hard in the back; however the menu and space says one thing and the food showed another….for us personally.

Parking here is kind of limited but they did have valet for six dollars and it was well worth it. The food here was delicious and the cheesecake was one of the best I have ever had. The fish tacos have very generous portions within it, and is completely stuffed full. Everything was well flavored and very well cooked. There is indoor or outdoor seating and the outdoor seating is dog friendly.

Loved it. Host and server were both great. Chicken sandwich was excellent. Got a charcuterie to go, and we loved it. Didn't have the item I wanted as they have a brunch menu on Sundays, but I'll be back on another day for that!

The C House turned out to be a charming spot for a delightful dinner with a friend. We opted to park on a nearby street since the parking lot only offered valet service, which was a bit disappointing. Nevertheless, it didn't dampen our experience. The bartender played a key role in making the evening enjoyable, being both friendly and attentive. The decor had a cozy cabin vibe, complete with a fireplace, which I imagine adds a nice touch during colder days. The food itself was a highlight—flavorful and well-prepared. I'm definitely looking forward to returning to explore more of the menu. For this visit, I went with the Chicken Euphoria, and the name didn't disappoint. Biting into the sandwich left me with a genuine feeling of happiness.

C House was good but not what I was expecting! It somehow had an upscale vibe while also having a laid back farmhouse vibe. I think we may have come on a weird night service wise because they seemed short staffed to handle a large private party so we weren’t able to place an order quickly, it was difficult to get our server, drinks were slow (but good!), and they ran out of glass cups so we got plastic cups. However, the service was still GOOD, it honestly just seemed like a hectic day. The food was good, I appreciated the creativity on a few of the menu items. The crab dip had little to no crab, which was disappointing. The appetizers were really big portions so we were able to comfortably split with multiple people, and it would be enough to sub as an entree. I loved the charcuterie board.

Yesterday I went to the c house. It was terrible. The meal was outrageously priced for what we got. The charcuterie board looked like a pile slopped together. The burgers were supposed to be medium and they were very rare in the middle. The crustacean roll was so full of cole slaw and shrimp with very little lobster. The sauce was supposed to be butter, but it was mayo. The cocktail had no alcohol in it. Not only would I never go back, I wouldn’t even go there if I was in the hood. The concept was creative but, it’s poorly executed. Do not recommend.

Second time here! Which means the food is tasty to say the least. Bartender was amazing and attentive as we sat at the bar. The good was so delicious and beautiful to look at as well. The live music just added to the amazing ambiance. Love this quaint place💜

Nice trendy neighborhood eatery on North Florida Avenue in Tampa. Seating inside is limited. I would suggest reservations. All the tables inside were full when we were there. Outside seating has plenty of fans and is also pet friendly. We were comfortable outside even though the temperature was in the 90s. Parking is a bit tight and located right outsde the restaurant. A little on the pricey side but a nice place to kick back and relax with some friends. We had a charcuterie tray, hamburger, kids chicken meal, a mushroom stack, and chicken and rice dish. All was tasty although the chicken was dry.

What a delicious Sunday brunch! The food came out quickly and tasted very fresh. We were able to get a table with no reservation but definitely think you should have one for prime inside seating when the weather is hot. I had the biscuits & gravy which was delicious and my partner had the chicken waffles. We were very impressed with the quality and will be back for brunch again soon!

Was too warm to sit outside but the inside seating was fabulous. Very fun vibe and the food tasted amazing. Significant other, who is a fairly picky eater, thoroughly enjoyed the "Chicken Euphoria" and I loved the Fish Tacos!

(1/14/21 visit) Went for brunch. Got the steak and eggs entree. The food was good. Nothing over the top. The service was great. They were very attentive and polite. The drinks are great. I got a coffee martini. Parking lot is small and very limited. I got lucky and grabbed a spot as someone was leaving.

Went on a lunch date to The C House and it was so delicious. I wish I would have known about this place sooner because I definitely will be coming back soon. All of the food was incredible. The service was quick and pleasant. I definitely can’t wait to go back and try their brunch menu soon!—- Also, their sangria is the best I’ve ever had!!

The C House is a great spot for unique foods and drinks. Their "build your own board" is great for charcuterie and cheese lovers! The entrees come in large portions and are quite delicious. They have several drinks and offer some new takes on classic cocktails. Lastly, the cheesecake is phenomenal and comes in a generous (giant) slice!

Once we arrived from our parking spot 17 blocks away, we were famished and ready to try this damn cheesecake I keep hearing about already! You know I don't really eat anything but dessert but I grabbed the C House crab cakes to go. My boy, is going through some things and so he ordered the charcuterie plate. Maybe a mimosa too. He's doing better now though. So, the cheesecake had this sauce, I'd never heard of but it was straight balls, kid. The crab cakes were on point. The service was next level and the vibe was so dope. It's that new and gentrified vibe. Hell, even my buddy's ham and cheese chunks on a thick wooden cutting board for $25 was pretty good.

This used to be one of our favorite places to eat in the neighborhood. The customer service has declined a significant amount and the portion sizes have decreased and quality food has gone down. Let me share with you the size of the buffalo cauliflower versus now. We used to get this all the time as a staple for our house and/or date nights. 2019 versus to 05/20/2023 of portion sizes. We are so sad and wish management would open their eyes! They used to be 11 dollars, and now 13 dollars. You now pay more for 5 pieces of cauliflower vs the old portion. We all know heads of cauliflower aren't that costly. Also, this is supposed to be shareable app. If you want to order to go, BEWARE, the size is even smaller! This is laughable....come on C house.

Every single meal I’ve had here has been superb. Tonight I got the skirt steak medium rare with mushroom risotto topped with chimichurri. Then I topped it off with the lemon cheesecake covered in a blueberry sauce. The wording is fancier than what I recall. Every time I am in the Tampa area for work, this is a go to for me. The charcuterie boards are what got me hooked coming here so absolutely 100% get one to start. You can always take the cheese home, who doesn’t love left over cheese?!

First time visiting and it was a very nice experience! We had a reservation and they were ready for us at the reservation time, so no unnecessary wait. The service was pretty good. The drinks were fantastic and big fan of the board. Tried pickled peaches for the first time and now I am obsessed! 😍 The grape mustard was 🤯 The chicken sandwich was good but the burger was overcooked. I asked for medium and got well done. I did not send it back out of personal choice because I hate wasted food and it is something that can be remedy with feedback. This was going to be a 4 star review but a single person there made all the difference. Allie was just clocking as we were getting close to the end of our meal and happened to walk by our table. She complimented my hat and the brewery it is from. She struck a conversation with us and took the time to make sure we were satisfied with our experience. Just felt absolutely comfortable, organic and genuine. Folks like Allie really just make the absolute difference between a pretty good to an excellent experience! Overall, I will definitely be back!

We enjoyed the buffalo cauliflower bites immensely. My husband also enjoyed the Gnocci, though it was pretty small. I ordered a lobster roll for the first time. It was OK, but not very flavorful. I also customized to have the pumpkin polenta. It was missing salt and flavor. The waitress was very helpful, noticed my dislike and offered to adjust.

This place....... What more can I say other than I friggin love you man. The food here was just down right amazing. I had to ask our server if Jesus himself was back there running the kitchen because it's very rare to go somewhere, and nothing be a miss. Even the damn water was amazing. 12 out of 10 in my books and highly highly recommend giving this place a try. Just becareful. You may fall in love too.

We had a great time and enjoyed our time at The C House. We enjoyed trying their different cocktails. They were busy as usual and our waitress was bogged down with the very large Birthday party going on beside us. However, she was attentive and took care of us.

First time visit and it was amazing. The perfect mix of Fun place and Great Food. We normally like the bar sitting areas for craft drinks and good vibes but at C House, AJ made this a great food experience as well. He was attentive, knew the menu well, and made us feel at home. But the whole team behind the bar was great. A new home away from home.

The food here is delicious! The cheese board delicious and the wings are delicious! Totally recommend coming here! The prices are reasonable! The service is good and the waitress make sure you understand what you’re ordering! A very good place for brunch! I also love the atmosphere and decorations! They have many option for their drinks and don’t forget to save your stomach for their desserts! The only downside is parking spaces are VERY LIMITED and looking for parking is HORRIBLE!

This place was such a nice vibe very very chill. The sangria both white and red were absolutely delishhhh. The food was really really good I got the gnocchi and oh my gosh… they best and biggest gnocchi I’ve ever had. The chicken was super juicy, sauce was so good a lot of flavor! I will definitely be coming back.

I was amazed at the flavors I experienced here. I got a chicken sandwich, ceasar salad, and the brownie cheesecake. I love how they paired pickles, chicken, and honey on that sandwich. My friend got a cheeseburger that looked delicious. Even the burger bun is amazing. Also, what a beautiful venue! Would love to see it larger because I am sure it gets packed on the weekends. I'll definitely be back. The price is almost a deal with the elevated flavors you get.

I loved this place. The decor was very cute and the crawfish Benedict was probably one of the best Benedict’s I’ve ever had. My fiancé had the chicken and waffles and said it was okay, tough waffle I guess. Overall great flavors and service. They also have discounted mimosas on Sundays.

Dear lord the cheesecake absolutely has to be experienced, make room! I know it's hard to get parking or a table here at night or the weekends, lunch during the week including Fridays is easy to do. Everything they do is A plus, burgers were outstanding, charcuterie is also very delicious. Can't recommend this place enough.

Food was just okay, not outstanding for the price. Service was also just mid, was quite difficult to flag down the waitress. The most infuriating part was getting towed. It was not clear that you had to pay $6 for the valet and the lot across the street was not safe (there were tow signs but it did not specify which businesses the lot was for). The valet watched both me and another party walk over and did not warn us so we both ended up towed and having to pay $300. Will not return.

Loved this place! I shared a 3 cheese charcuterie board with a friend and the cheeses were delicious. The grapes tasted like cotton candy. I got macaroni and cheese as my lunch entree and it was to die for. The atmosphere is fantastic and the service was superb

really pretty and cozy venue, the vibes were perfect for brunch! we sat inside for brunch after making a reservation the night before (super easy process) and split a three selection charcuterie board, which was overall really good but as a party of seven it was a little small for us, so we probably should’ve got the five selection. it was a really good charcuterie board however, we ordered the chorizo, manchego, and drunken goat cheese, and it was excellent, my favorite was definitely the goat cheese paired with the olives and nuts. i ordered the chefs featured burger, which came with burrata, pancetta, arugula, and tomato, and honestly it was good but not my favorite burger, but overall really high quality, just not my personal preference. the fries were delicious, and probably my favorite part of my entree. i also ordered a chocolate cupcake with vanilla icing, and that was pretty good, but I tried some of my friend’s salted caramel cheesecake, and that was absolutely amazing. overall really nice place !

This is one of my favorite restaurants! The food was absolutely amazing which is why I’m giving 5 stars. The short rib was sooooo tender and juicy! The Lamb chops were cooked to the perfect temp. The arugula, sun dried tomatoes and feta seems so basic but honestly a phenomenal combination! The drinks were okay, although I prefer Bulleit bourbon for my OF. Mac and cheese needed at least a pinch of salt. Service could’ve been a bit better. We had the sweetest gentle giant (forgot his name) but just wish he was a bit more attentive. Overall, great atmosphere and great food!

First time, and I went on a recommendation and decided to have the Chicken Euphoria. It was a delicious balance between the crunchy honey Cole slaw and crispy mouth watering fried chicken. It is, without a doubt, one of the best pieces of hand breaded fried chicken that I have had in a long time, crunchy but not dry. All around the service was good, but they were struggling trying to serve the food on cutting boards as it was sliding around. I actually felt sorry for them. I imagine it's part of the restaurants style to serve on cutting boards, but after watching the servers, they need plates.

Such a cool place. The parking isn't the greatest as there aren't many spots. There is a sign that says valet, but no one is there. The food was delicious and there were so many choices. I enjoyed everything I tried. The staff was friendly and attentive. I will go back.

The espresso martini is yum also the jalapeño margarita. The charcuterie board was to die for! The jams and honey they provide with it so delicious, I cleared the entire bowl. My partner had the chicken euphoria which was yummy they use this brioche croissant bread so bomb. The only thing that wasn’t a win for me was the jerk chicken pasta. It was nothing jerk style at all you can say it’s a chicken pesto basil pasta. It was 6/10 but everything else was great. I enjoyed my drinks and meal

The food it was very good! We sat outside but it was too hot! So if you are going for lunch choose inside, that's our recommendation! They also have live music on certain days, it's a good option to enjoy music with cocktails and food. The server was very friendly!

Yummy! Super cute location with tons of outdoor seating & outdoor bar. We ate lunch & tried the California chicken club & the honey drizzled fried chicken sandwich. Both were so good that we ate the whole sandwich! Will definitely be back to try more...

So I did a take out order for lunch because I was at work. I ordered the chicken Fabio. The chicken was seasoned to perfection and it was delicious. With everything that comes in the bowl I think it was missing a sauce. I had rice which was not cooked all the way and spinach. I felt a nice vinegar would have paired with the dish perfectly. Over all eating everything separate was good. I would have preferred a sauce. The hostess was nice.

I've never had a bad experience at The C House. Recently I've met friends for drinks, dinner, and I've come to sit at the bar and work with a cocktail and charcuterie board. The food is always delicious and you can tell that the ingredients are high quality. The service is always very nice and they've gone out of their way to give us a positive experience. I don't recall our bartenders name from our most recent trip but our server the other night was Blake and he was so much fun to talk to and he made sure we had a great dining experience.

This was my first time to the C house and I 100% will be back !!! Kate was an amazing bartender and the drinks she made were some of the best I ever had, the ahi and charcuterie were 11/10 my new favorite dinner spot 🩷🩷

  • 4/5 Alyssa Y. 2 years ago on Google
Okay let’s be honest, the “C” gets stretched quite a bit… “classic cut” fries? It is a cute concept and the charcuterie boards and cheesecake are definitely the star of the show. I thought everything in between was just okay.

I simply loved this place!! The drinks and food were amazing. I love the outdoor part of the restaurant, where you can eat, drink and still get the best of the weather. Do not leave this place without trying their cheesecake with berry compote. It has been a while that I ate a cheesecake that good. I loved the staff as well, very nice and helpful. House C is a keeper!

This was my first time, and the food was great. I personally had the cabernet-braised short rib with pumpkin polenta and it was awesome. I also sampled some of the other things people at my table ordered, and everything was good. Great cheesecake. Friendly service. The only knock against the atmosphere was there were a few flies buzzing around inside, but this can happen anywhere. Also, the parking lot is small, so you should carpool if going with a group.

Keep in mind that some menu items are only available on certain days of the week. Specifically, the cinnamon roll being available only on Sundays. We sat inside and I recommend bringing a jacket if you are sensitive to a cold environment. Depending on where you sit you may be directly under a vent and it is pretty abrasive. Food was decent and I would go back again. When we went, their deep fryer was out of order and the menu items were limited. Our server did what she could to accommodate us given the factors outside of her control. Overall, this was a good experience but next time I will be sitting outside.

Went here for a brunch to celebrate a friend's birthday! Everything came quickly except the check lol. A great place for upscale food, the live music was okay, steel drums were good and not too loud where you couldn't here the conversation. Clover Club was fantastic! The parking lot is only valet now which was kind of annoying but if you get there early it's easy to find street parking.

I went with a friend and her grandson. It was our first time visiting The C House. Our waiter, Michael, was the best. He checked on us throughout our meal to make sure everything was okay. The manager also asked if we were pleased with our meal. Everyone was super friendly and attentive. I had the chicken club on a bed on lettuce with a side of fries. Everything was as expected. For desert, we had the cheesecake. It was more than enough for two people. We even had some to take home. I would recommend this place.
