This place is incredible. The staff were all knowledgeable and very compassionate. They were able to get me in the same day during my cat Dinah's issues. She is a much happier kitty and the vet office called and even checked on her. The office is immaculate and this is the only vet I would ever take my fur babies to. They saved Dinah and now her little brother Edgar has his big sister to show him the ways of the cat. Thank you to all the staff for being incredible and caring souls. <3

There isn’t enough words to express the gratitude I have for this clinic. We have an 8 year old retriever who has had a shoulder injury for years that left her nearly capable of walking. We had been established with two different vets throughout her life and felt like neither clinic truly cared. We felt hopeless and truly heartbroken for our dog. We felt like she was dying a painfully slow death (makes me cry thinking about it). Thankfully some of our family suggested this clinic, they got me in contact with Ryan and the next day Ryan had booked for an appointment. We met with Dr. Gerber, who was just so attentive, kind, extremely compassionate, super knowledgeable and spent QUALITY time with us! Our dog was so relaxed with him, no stress or anxiety and was happy to be in his presence. He gave us the right solutions to treat our dog and within a month her injury was gone. She is now walking MILES everyday, running, swimming, traveling and hiking with us without a single limp or discomfort. She is smiling and is in pure bliss! This clinic was an act of God for our dog and our lives. We will never use any other veterinary clinics and I highly advise this be the case for everyone! The staff is just as caring, nurturing, knowledgeable and compassionate. They love, and they love with all their hearts! Over five years, I have only had amazing experiences with the staff, technicians, and doctors at this practice. They are all enormously talented and extremely passionate about animal well-being. My senior dog loves each visit and they've done a great job keeping him healthy and comfortable in his later years. All around wonderful people.

The entire staff is very caring and compassionate. It's the first vet office that I have gone to that my pets get excited when we go in the reception area. They know the staff loves them. I have been going there for many years and it's so nice to have veterinarians that love my pets as much as I do. I totally trust them with my fur babies♥︎

I have been seeing Dr. Andre since my dog was a puppy almost 8 years ago. I cannot say enough good things both about her and the practice in general. They have worked with me tirelessly to do testing on one of my dogs who has PLN and they found the right dose of meds that have helped him greatly. They are always kind and patient and Dr. Andre always takes the time to make sure everything is taken care of. They have fantastic techs and I particularly love Gigi. Even though it’s a bit of a hike for me to get there at times, I don’t care because they are worth it!

I called Clark Rd Animal Clinic after calling my current vet when they opened at 8am to get my cat in right away for a broken tooth. My current vet wasn’t helpful and told me they couldn’t get us in but I could go to the Urgent Vet at 3pm. I hung up and decided to start looking for a new vet. The current vet called back a few min later and said they could work us in at 10 so I took the appt but knew I wanted another vet. After googling vets near me I found Clark Rd and they were very friendly from the first call and fit us in just a couple hours after my call even though they were closing at 12. Lori checked us in, Ryan was the tech and Dr Andre was who saw my cat. They were all very nice, helpful and understood my concern for my 15.5yr old cat and his injury. Also, the clinic is clean and had no smell which I can’t say is the case at my previous vet. I’d only been there a couple times and had planned to find another vet before needing another appt but this happened and I’m so glad I found Clark Rd Animal Clinic! Thank you for taking care of my Beau!

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. And the vet himself is knowledgeable, conscientious and great with my pet. They take payment right in exam room, which is helpful not to have drag animal/s to front. Also once came out to my car & collected there so I didn't traumatize cat by going back inside. Just started going to them this year and have been pleased with their professionalism (and prices!) as compared with previous one. Note: Office is closed on Wed.

I have been bringing my cat, Gavin, to Clark Road Animal Clinic since I moved down in 2016 and I will never go anywhere else. He is always welcomed with so much love by the entire team. Dr. Gerber is the most compassionate and understanding doctor I have ever worked with. He takes his time to fully explain all of my options and doesn't push the most expensive course of treatment like I've experienced in the past with other clinics. I fully trust that every decision is made with much thought and Gavin's best interest in mind. Lori at the front desk is truly a gem as well. I am so happy I have a team that loves my fur baby as much as I do!

Very friendly, caring, professional! Vet and techs, exceptional. Felt that the cost was more than reasonable. Extremely pleased that we made this choice for our puppy, Higgins.

Dr. SMITH is very knowledgeable and thorough. He is compassionate and patient. We didn't have an appointment, but they "snuck us in" with our 18-year-old old cat that we thought had reached her limit and perhaps had to be euthanized. Quite the contrary. Dr. Smith was complimentary. Our cat still had a good life ahead of her. We were thrilled. There's more to just treating animals; the owners have a bond with their fur babies, and consideration of this means a lot.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. We have dogs ranging in ages from puppy to senior. Dr. Thom and Dr. Andre are the absolute best!!! We had to put down one of our senior dogs and the amount of compassion and understanding they exhibited was amazing. I have referred friends and family to this clinic and I have heard nothing but great things from them as well. Thank you so much for setting such a high standard of care for our furry family.

I have been in the animal health industry for almost 18 years and have visited thousands of veterinary clinics. The care, kindness and and patient focused mentality of Clark Road Animal Clinic is not only a sign of excellence, but also much appreciated! Ryan and Gabriel made our visit easy and they were both very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be visiting Clark Road animal clinic in the future!

They really care for your pet and you as the owner. My dog, Missy, has been a patient since i first got her at 6 weeks. Through our 10 years together we have been through a lot and Clark Road Animal Clinic has been there for it all. She gets so happy to go there and loves the technicians, doctors, reception... they are all fantastic people!

Love them and appreciate them. They always fit us in and the docs are attentive. You never feel rushed.

I can hardly believe anything less than an excellent review of this company and it's more like a family. I first hand can tell you it is a pleasure to visit and always feel safe and looked after. These people saw my Buddy to the end and as kind as can be while looking after me and my dog weekly. Thank you for doing what you do.

Simply wonderful! The staff, each and every one of them, was genuinely friendly and helpful! The knowledge was thorough through education and experience! They were extremely fair with pricing and were not product pushers at all! I recommend them 110%! I have 3 beagle mixes and hope to never have to take them elsewhere!

I have been to SEVERAL vets for my dogs skin issues. LIKE SEVERAL. I randomly decided to try somewhere different and I am SO blown away and HAPPY with where I landed. This vet office is different than the rest. Dr. Gerber and the staff was so friendly and loving towards my dog. I felt like Dr Gerber genuinely cared about my boy. I have been to so many vets that made me feel like I wasn’t doing enough or I was doing wrong. He took the time to explain and make sense of things I’ve been searching to know for YEARS! And the cost I was also blown away by! I didn’t go broke just to help my dog. How nice is that! Seriously, this is my new vet! They CARE.

We have a anxious German Shepard and his Vet recommended to give some anti anxiety meds after the first visit was impossible. He was so much better behaved and the vet was able to perform the procedure this time.

The most caring, kind, and patient crew around!! My Staffy, Kona, has aggresive behavior that I've been trying to correct. They were so patient with her. I also had to use their end of life services for my other dog. They explained every step, showed my fur baby the most respect, and were so kind and comforting. I will never go anywhere else! Thank you ALL!!

It was our first time at the clinic wanting to establish care for my six month old puppy (who is UTD on all vaccines). What I can only assume was a vet tech with a name badge Jessica came into the room and did not introduce herself or even acknowledge my puppy. She started in on how I failed to give my puppy boosters and when the puppy went up to her to say hi, she pushed her away. If you can't even be kind to my puppy, you will never be our vet clinic. Instead of listening to what I had to say, she already decided I hadn't done what I was supposed to for my dog. We will find a clinic who puts the animal, not paperwork first. Kindness matter.

A friend recommended them for our new puppy. They were amazing....from the front desk to the techs and the vets! They were great with people and animals. :) Definitely recommend them!
