I walked in 8/8/23 and found out Books A Million does not sell movies anymore. I was disappointed I was told I’m gonna have to shop on Amazon now from an employee. Looks like I will never go back. Luckily for me, Barnes & Noble still sells movies they will get my business.

Not much of a manga selection and I don’t recommend coming during hot weather bc it’s hot in there. Also a heads up, feel up your “Amuse” stuffed animals, some of them may have holes in them.

I was there for about 2 hours !! They have a Little bit of everything in the book store They buy books also - will Try it out next time which is a good idea to Get some credit for more books . They also have a small coffee shop and seating area . Employees are attentive because two different employees came around to ask me if I needed help . Definitely great customer service and fast check out

I was quite pleased with this store. They have up to date books and magazines. The area was marked well with children section, fiction, games, etc. Store was clean and easy to move around. The sales clerk greeted us on arrival and offered assistance. They buy back used in good shape books and resell them at an affordable price. I find spending $30 on a new book is too much for my purse strings especially when I can purchase an E book cheaper. Some of the new books had 30 and 50 percent discounts as well. The only negative I have is getting in and out of the parking lot is limited in the direction you can go. It is located at a very busy intersection. I definitely will be coming back.

The staff was very helpful. I was looking for a use Bible for my younger son. Was not able to find the kJV but found a study bible as a start.

Great store. I could spend all day in it. If they don't have what you are looking for, they will order it and have it shipped to your home.

I love the selection of gifts and items they have other than just books. If your like me make sure your not in a huge hurry bc you will WAnt to look at everything.. Can't Wait to see what the store remodel has to bring us..

Went to the one in Bradenton...and OMG..I am so in love with it..it so big..I could not believe it..I did not want to leave..

Was looking forward to sitting with coffee while family shopped but coffee machine was broken. Store was nice and has an excellent amount of magazines which I have enjoyed reading more than books through out my life. Children’s section was huge and many pre read books are a good deal here. I think they have a book buy back service which makes sense today (too hard and heavy collecting old books) especially if you like moving around- too heavy to move. Just visit here if you need anything specific! Good store. Wish the coffee was in service!

They're always most helpful at my Books-a-Million as they were today. With good direction, I quickly found the section I needed and purchased 2 books as a result. Can't ask for more than that!

If you are a book lover, you've GOT to go to this store. They have a great inventory that provides a breadth of subjects that are often short-changed by the other chains. If I had young kids, I'd be going there for their comparatively huge selection. Their discount section alone, is worth a look.

Great store helpful staff good prices and great discounts when you purchase the annual membership. It really does pay for itself. Lots of other items besides books. Artwork from Star Wars to the Office.

What a great place to shop for a special gift for anyone! Many surprises found throughout the store. They actually have more than books. They even have vinyl records!!! Check it out you won't be disappointed!

Great selection. Got what I wanted and found it by myself. No help needed, which is good, because there wasn't anybody around until checkout. The guy that rung me up was rude and in a hurry. Too bad. Still, not terrible.

Usually customer service is great but when I resigned up last night, they forgot to give me the $5 gift card (not a big deal) but a manager was called and she had an attitude like no other. For the record, I was just curious & wondering if they could fix it, if not, that’s fine too. But don’t gaslight me & tell me I must’ve left it behind and have an attitude. Common decency really isn’t that difficult.

Love to keep my buying books and such at physical stores giving people jobs and buildings occupied.

Called and ordered a book my son needed for a school report. The order was taken was told it would take 3 to 5 days about the same if paid more for shipping. 8 days and it was lost .called customer service he didn't care nor offered a solution. SAD

The store is clean and easy to find what you are looking for. We went looking for my 4th grader, lots of variety to choose from. They buy books and sell pre-owned. We were able to save money purchasing a preowned book.

Adorable plushies and the cafe inside was amazingly delicious. Such kind people work there that're so easy to talk with. Wish they had more of certain books in stock but it can't really be helped.
