We were stormed by bugs while trying to eat. At least 20+ flying all over our food. One hit me in the eye. Only got a couple bites before finding dead ones on my steak. YUCK GROSS! That happened after the hostess sit us down at a table with tons of food underneath on the floor which I complained about and she brought us to a different table which also needed to be wiped down. I added pictures for y'all to see the proof. We were literally swarmed by these things. We will never eat here again. Tried to get more pictures of the millions of bugs but the manager saw me taking pics and swiftly removed the plates from our table.

Elijah, our waiter was so awesome and his customer service was up to par. He definitely represented LongHorn Steak house. The food was delicious and so was the strawberry margaritas. We had the Outlaw Ribeye, Baby back ribs half racks, Flo's filet 9oz, added shrimp. And many more!

It had been a while I hadn't been to a Longhorn. I used to get their burgers which were very good. This time we took advantage of a gift card and ordered the Ribeye and ribeeye strip. The ribeye was very tender and flavorful. Service was good and hope to be back for my red meat fix.

The bartender served us. She was so sweet! I feel bad that restaurants everywhere are struggling with being shorthand lately. Fortunately, our dinner was not affected by the fact that four people called in, and a manager had to step in and cook! The shrimp appetizer was DEEEEEELICIOUS!!! For someone who can’t eat much spicy (sad because I love it) it was perfect! Cherry peppers and pepperoncini gave it the perfect bite, with no heart burn for me!!! They were crunchy and tasty. The wings were also delicious. Glad I tried it all!!!

My family and I have literally ate here about twenty times this year, so far. The dining area and bar are kept clean. The dining area is not huge, but well-decorated, and cozy. It’s not quiet, but never too loud, either. There are several tables with integrated seating that can accommodate larger parties of 6 or so. For parties larger than that, there’s an area between the stationary tables and bench seats that can accommodate many tables placed together. Speaking of the tables and chairs, they must be comfortable because we have spent long amounts of time there without sore butts. The staff is always amazing in every way, and we now know several by name :) The food selection isn’t huge, but what they offer is consistently done well and reasonably priced. Happy hour on a small selection of draught beers is cheap. The bathrooms could use a more-regular cleaning, nothing disastrous, there’s just frequently paper towels on the floor from very lazy people.

Had a good lunch there today March 23, 2023. We had Rebecca as a waitress and she was a gem. Rebecca is customer oriented and fast ,she is a good face for the company. They are lucky to have her as an employee. I had Parmesan crusted chicken and my husband had a lunch steak. We both loved our entrées.

Such a fantastic night, we came here on date night away from the kids and we are so glad we did. Jessie the manager was such a sweet human, she blessed us and made our night so special, and I think we got the best waiter in history, Elijah. On his A game, didn’t miss a beat! Such a friendly awesome person, his smile never left his face! Longhorns is so lucky to have this outstanding manager & waiter to represent them. I am so thankful we decided to spend our evening here. And the food was delicious!

I ordered a To go order, they didn't have any "to go" spots open but had the option to explain where you were parked and they'd bring your good out, 15 minutes go by and no food, so I call to see about the food and get told at that point I either have to come in or wait for a spot, but had the option to explain and have them bring it out still instead of telling you, that you had to go in. The food, is not kept under a warmer and just sits in the bag getting cold. Lastly, it's like the appetizers I ordered were cut in half and served that way instead of its own each individual one. You Definitely get way more eating in than I did getting it to go.

No matter what state you're in, if they've got a Longhorn Steakhouse, you know you're getting a good meal. We're from PA and down here visiting family, so the first night we came here for dinner. Our waiter was great, outgoing and funny. Our meals were all perfect and just what we wanted. Love you guys!

My husband and I use to go to this Longhorn every Thursday night for our weekly date night. We hadn’t been back for some time. Today we decided to return. Iimmediately I went to the bathroom to wash my hands and freshen up. The horror! Cleanliness is non existent. I was thunderstruck! Mold, dirt and fecal matter as well as overall untidiness and rubbish all over the floors. Clearly they do not check the restrooms on a schedule. Got to the table and the lack of cleanliness was now more apparent than I ever noticed. The more I looked around the more I realized just how unkept the facility is. How did I never notice before? I suppose we never realized it as we usually would eat after 7:30, not in the afternoon with the sun coming through the windows. I had soup and mashed potatoes as well as the 4 cheese mushrooms. It was good, but my suspicions kept me from finishing. My husband had a t bone steak, with shrimp, house salad and macaroni, he is retired military so his attitude was more chill. He is used to eating MRE’s in the dessert of a combat zone. Ironically my job requires lots of eating out and hotels, hence I am sort of an amateur qc professional. Long story short we would be hard pressed to return to this establishment. Not sure who is at the helm of this restaurant but there is no cleanliness, neatness or order. We will need to seek another facility in Riverview I will be reaching out to corporate, this is unacceptable that a meal with such a premium price is served in such a dirty and neglected facility. This is a problem that I would surmise comes from the top and the junior folks will be blamed for. ***zoom in on photos. The dust and mold are not a few days old, but caked and baked on from months of no maintenance.

4 of us went 1/8/21...server was friendly but after he took our drink & appitizer order, service went down hill. He took a very long time to return to take our dinner order...we watched him greet new customers and have a lengthy conversation with the booth behind us. When he finally came back to us there was no apology for long wait. He placed order and when ready 3 of the 4 came out. That server didn't question why she was delivering only 3 to a table of 4 and we had to prompt her that 1 was missing. When the last one arrived, it was the wrong steak. We got our original server over and he actually argued that that was what was ordered! He finally agreed to get the correct steak....which came out almost raw and the baked potato wasn't even hot enough to melt butter. Again, we spoke with our original server and he agreed that it was wrong and would take it off the bill. The manager never came over to speak with us. When we left, the server said "Hope to see you soon".... The restaurant was not busy enough to excuse delays or mistakes and the fact the two dishes had to be corrected should have sent a manager to our table immediately. Not returning "soon"

Good food, good service, good experience. I ordered a side salad with raspberry vinaigrette and added glazed pecans. I also had a cup of the shrimp & lobster chowder. The booths have extra high backs. Recommend.

Just driving through the area but my daughter and I had an awesome lunch at this Longhorn. Excellent service despite the fact that they were packed with folks on a Friday. We were shocked to see so many folks at that time of day but after a short wait we were seated and it was worth it.

Food and service were great

Great service, wait time was no longer than 15 minutes even though we were told 25-30 minutes. Everyone enjoyed their food to say the least. I would advise being cautious when ordering a burger. It was ordered well done and came out dry and overly seasoned. The crusted chicken Parmesan was also very salty as it was unbearable to finish. Overall the food was served hot and came out in a timely fashion. I would definitely come back but be a little cautious about what I order.

My family and I visited this location and the service we received was impeccable! Elijah was our server and he was a delight. He was very knowledgeable, attentative and hospitable. Hands down one of the best servers I’ve ever encountered. The food was absolutely delicious. It was a great evening. We will definitely be back often.

It has probably been a decade since I visited a Longhorn Steakhouse. Treated my father for Father's Day this year. The food and service was really good. The steak and chopped steaks were cooked perfectly and the baked potatoes were really good. I really liked the mushroom gravy on the chopped steak. Unfortunately I felt like the restaurant was too dark inside.

WOW very impressive!!! I highly recommend this location. My family and I really enjoyed dining in. Our host Kenya was very friendly and seated us within 30 minutes, our waiter Isaiah was great, very customer service oriented, helpful with the menu and had a great sense of humor. The food was delicious guys ( I’m So Serious) I order the crusted parmesan grilled shrimp over rice, sweet potato and fried Brussels sprouts. You must try it . The cooks did a nice job. Everything was hot, seasoned and delicious. GREAT JOB LONGHORN 👏🏾 my daughter loved her ribs as well.

We had a wonderful birthday dinner for our grandson with a dozen people. Everyone enjoyed their food, which was plentiful, and the servers were friendly and attentive. Our seating was comfortable, things were clean, and we were able to carry on conversations fairly easily. I definitely recommend this restaurant for a good meal and eating experience.

No waiting in line on a Sunday is unbelievable. The waitress was kind but wasn't checking back in a timely manner. The food was good, I had a salad. My cousin had ribs and potatoes with lemonade. The parking was at the door.

Excellent food and service. We got the 22 oz largest T-bone with asparagus and their amazing mc & cheese. Steak was juice and tender. As entrée we got white cheddar mushrooms and we loved it.

I will start by saying our server was absolutely amazing. She gave us great recommendations and since it was my birthday, she brought me a free fire grilled corn on the cob! The dish I got was the parmesan crusted chicken and it was absolutely amazing. 🤤 It was definitely worth the money.

My steak was great. Done as I requested. My wife's meal, on the other hand, the grilled chicken and the shrimp, were very salty. Even for me that I like over seasoning my food. We were unable to eat it. Sorry, maybe the cook forgot that he already seasoned the for and double seasoned it.

We were on our way to another restaurant for a late breakfast, but we were informed that it would be a long wait. We noticed this restaurant was open and decided on an early lunch instead. We were not expecting much and were just glad they were open. To our surprise, the food was extremely tasty. We especially enjoyed the stuffed mushrooms appetizer and would return just for that dish! My family had a good variety to choose from, and everything we ordered was cooked to perfection. The waiter was extremely friendly and informed us he had been with the company a long time and enjoyed working there. The only negative was that we waited a little too long for the food, considering it was pretty empty when we got there. We will definitely visit again and have officially added it to our family meal rotation.

Food was great. Definitely get the bum's rush if you order everything at once. Just a suggestion:. Order your drinks, then order your appetizer. Don't order your dinner and salad before your appetizer is at least halfway done. We asked our server to slow the food down and it didn't happen.

First time there and it was AMAZING. Our bartender/server was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. The food was prompt and cooked to perfection. (Had the filet and lobster tail). The restaurant and facilities were clean and not too noisy. Overall, the best experience I've had in a very long time at any restaurant 💜 will definitely be going back!

The BEST steakhouse I have ever been to. You can't go wrong with whatever you order here, the steaks are cooked to perfection. A 5 star dining experience!

Filty dirty silverware. My wife asked the server if she was new because she was not familiar with the menu and her response was "I have been here a year". I expected a fair amount of marbling in my ribeye but it was only 50% edible. Never saw the likes of a manager. F

My teenager and I have been to this restaurant twice on our monthly date night and absolutely love it. The first time our server was Nick. He was so kind, absolutely on point with our order and even gave my son suggestions on his order. Totally rocked it! Tonight Kristen A took our Longhorn experience to the next level. We were short on time and needed to eat quickly. Kristen didn't skip a beat!!! Serving us with such a wonderful and professional service. It literally felt like she knew what we wanted before we asked. Love her!!! Both times the food was DELICIOUS! Seriously no complaints!!! Can't wait till next month. Keep up the great work Longhorn team. You are AWESOME!!!

Wonderful establishment!

Floor was unswept. Soup, apps and salad all came out at the same time followed closely by meal. Food was good. Atmosphere ok. Will give them another chance.

A smaller restaurant. But cozy atmosphere. Close to a high traffic intersection but not in the middle of it. Will go again.
