My
experience
with
Tampa
Lakes
was
nothing
short
of
amazing.
I
am
not
sure
if
the
review
about
"short
staff"
was
a
disgruntled
employee
but
I
never
found
that
to
be
an
issue.
In
fact
I
always
found
there
was
more
than
one
person
always
available
to
meet
my
needs.
They
have
the
nurse,
the
CNA,
the
unit
manager,
an
assistant
director
of
nursing,
a
director
of
nursing,
a
risk
manager,
a
night
time
nurse
supervisor,
a
weekend
nurse
supervisor,
and
an
administrative
manager
on
duty--
I
mean
it,
there
was
always
someone
to
help!
But
more
importantly,
the
REHAB
TEAM!
LIFE
CHANGING!
I
watched
them
not
only
encourage
my
loved
one
but
many
other
loved
ones.
Enrique
is
a
God
send
as
well
as
many
of
the
others
on
the
team,
all
caring
and
all
dedicated
to
getting
your
Mom
or
Dad
better
&
back
home!
Tampa
Lakes
has
a
rehab
team
worth
celebrating.
We
enjoyed
every
minute
of
our
stay
at
Tampa
Lakes,
starting
with
the
great
tour
we
received
prior
to
even
coming,
friendly
smiles
and
encouraging
words
for
this
hard
time.
Make
sure
you
stop
in
and
meet
the
front
desk
receptionist,
Pam,
she
is
top
notch!
I
have
never
seen
a
woman
multi
task
with
such
calmness
and
still
has
time
to
remain
kind
to
visitor
and
residents
who
stop
by
her
desk.
Lastly,
the
one
who
really
made
a
difference
in
our
stay
was
the
Director
of
nursing,
Toni.
I
would
see
her
around
the
building
later
in
the
evenings,
taking
the
time
to
stop
and
talk
with
families
and
residents.
She
cared
enough
to
ask
if
we
had
any
concerns,
and
took
the
time
to
explain
things
to
my
family
when
we
weren't
quite
sure
of
what
to
expect
as
we
came
closer
to
discharge.
She
put
our
mind
at
ease
and
explained
everything
with
patience
and
grace.
We
are
so
grateful
for
the
great
care,
rehab,
and
kindness
we
received
from
what
we
now
consider
our
"family"
at
Tampa
Lakes!
