Where
to
begin…
my
daughters
party
was
on
Sunday
here.
Immediately
upon
arrival
we’re
told
their
kitchen
is
closed
so
we’re
unable
to
order
extra
food
for
our
party
which
resulted
in
us
spending
an
additional
$60
on
pizza
to
be
delivered.
Who
renovates
a
kitchen
in
the
summer
time
when
all
the
kids
are
out
of
school?
It’s
like
they’re
trying
to
give
a
bad
experience.
Then
were
told
we’ll
get
2
pizzas
for
15
kids!
Their
website
says
1
large
pizza
per
5
jumpers,
simple
math
says
we’re
short
here.
The
desk
wasted
30
minutes
of
our
party’s
jump
time
because
they’re
so
disorganized,
the
girl
literally
walked
away
while
helping
us
and
never
returned.
We
were
told
all
the
waivers
filled
out
online
are
no
good
so
they
had
to
be
redone.
No
water
unless
you
wanted
to
pay
$2,
that’s
a
joke
when
we
spend
over
$500
for
the
party.
The
room
had
nothing
it
was
supposed
to
for
decorations.
Pizza
was
served
on
the
thinnest
of
styrofoam
plates,
the
party
person
offered
to
cut
the
slices
smaller
to
“spread
them
out”.
No
thanks,
our
kids
deserve
an
actual
slice.
We
weren’t
given
drink
options.
Now
onto
the
actual
jumping…
what’s
the
point
of
a
waiver
when
they’re
allowed
to
do
nothing.
A
whistle
was
blown
every
minute
it
seemed.
No
sitting,
only
1
person
per
square,
if
you
fall
you
must
immediately
get
up.
My
husband
was
admonished
for
bouncing
a
square
for
our
16
month
old
toddler!!!
Not
an
actual
adult
in
sight
to
run
this
mess
of
a
place.
Just
teenagers
with
attitudes
or
a
power
trip.
The
bathrooms
were
dirty,
no
soap,
no
locks
on
doors,
one
employee
even
left
without
washing
her
hands.
Then
to
have
the
nerve
to
ask
for
a
$100
tip?!
My
only
tip
for
you
is
to
shut
down,
retrain
your
staff
and
maybe
try
again
because
this
place
was
a
joke
for
all
the
money
spent.
