This place is a joke! We paid for our 4 year old and 8 year old to jump over 40 bucks. The facility had more than 2 attractions closed, had no drinks to purchase and no food. We were told to go next door, buy drinks and bring them in. All the workers stood in a circle talking, completely not paying attention to anything other than their conversation! Won't be coming back here! Rather drive further away to a nicer facility and pay the same price. 1st and last time!

We went on a Monday morning around 11am and though there seemed to be a lot of cars parked, there wasn’t much kids inside. The place is huge and toddlers under 2 jump for free with the purchase of an adult which is $24.95 for 90 minutes and we needed socks so we had to purchase them and we pretty much had the whole space to ourselves! They have a warrior course, basketball court, dodgeball, free open space, and a foam jumping place. It’s really big and they have plenty of private areas for birthday parties. Staff was nice and we didn’t have any issues. There was also plenty of seating for the parents who weren’t jumping to watch and very comfortable. I enjoyed it a lot and glad we came on a weekday morning cause it was pretty empty. I highly recommend!

First time here with the kids and they really enjoyed themselves. They enjoyed challenging each other and themselves. This place would also make a great date night for those couples that are competitive, athletic, or just looking for something different to do. Wknds can get busy with kid parties, so keep that in mind. Dont forget to check Groupon for discounted prices.

Where to begin… my daughters party was on Sunday here. Immediately upon arrival we’re told their kitchen is closed so we’re unable to order extra food for our party which resulted in us spending an additional $60 on pizza to be delivered. Who renovates a kitchen in the summer time when all the kids are out of school? It’s like they’re trying to give a bad experience. Then were told we’ll get 2 pizzas for 15 kids! Their website says 1 large pizza per 5 jumpers, simple math says we’re short here. The desk wasted 30 minutes of our party’s jump time because they’re so disorganized, the girl literally walked away while helping us and never returned. We were told all the waivers filled out online are no good so they had to be redone. No water unless you wanted to pay $2, that’s a joke when we spend over $500 for the party. The room had nothing it was supposed to for decorations. Pizza was served on the thinnest of styrofoam plates, the party person offered to cut the slices smaller to “spread them out”. No thanks, our kids deserve an actual slice. We weren’t given drink options. Now onto the actual jumping… what’s the point of a waiver when they’re allowed to do nothing. A whistle was blown every minute it seemed. No sitting, only 1 person per square, if you fall you must immediately get up. My husband was admonished for bouncing a square for our 16 month old toddler!!! Not an actual adult in sight to run this mess of a place. Just teenagers with attitudes or a power trip. The bathrooms were dirty, no soap, no locks on doors, one employee even left without washing her hands. Then to have the nerve to ask for a $100 tip?! My only tip for you is to shut down, retrain your staff and maybe try again because this place was a joke for all the money spent.

It felt like being in gas station bathroom for hours... You just can't take enough showers after being inside it. There's bars and strip clubs cleaner than this place. $160 for just a few kids, after you buy the mandatory T-shirt and socks! I ordered a pizza that they burned 30 min. after they had forgotten it. I took it upstairs to the wrong area which is for parties and really isn't labeled that well. This is the same upstairs area where someone dropped food on me from above earlier. The facility is pretty big and there is a lot to do inside but you just can't shake the feeling that you're in a prison and both you and the other inmates are going for an hour of physical activity. It's loud and frantic but that's not the facility's fault. Everything else is though.. so final verdict hang out in a DMV before this place, or when's the last time you seen a proctologist?

Had my child’s birthday party here. It should be understood that children get thirsty while jumping. They asked for a cup of water. They were directed to a water fountain. We are still in a pandemic. Water fountains should be avoided. We also paid about $400 for the party so I don’t understand why parents aren’t given a picture of water so drinks of water can be given to the birthday party guests. In addition, the party host did not wear gloves while serving the children their pizza. I had to ask the hostess to wear gloves while serving the children. Employees here need to be educated on the importance of good hygiene while going through a pandemic!!!

BUYER BEWARE: Watch out when you go to this establishment. I took my 3 kids here for the afternoon on my son's birthday. We hadn't been there in over a year with no plans to return anytime soon as it's a far drive, but SOMEHOW my 3 kids were signed up for memberships. I only discovered it after checking my credit card statement and saw an $85 charge exactly 1 month after my son's bday. Why would I sign them up for memberships as I wouldn't pay $85 a month for a membership we only frequent once a year? I called and spoke with manager and he sent me to a website for cancellation as there was nothing he could do in office. I've disputed with credit card, but MAKE SURE they don't slide in membership paperwork along with their waver that must be signed. I don't know if I signed anything, but manager said that I must have signed their contract. I don't have record, and he isn't able to produce contract. I had NO communication for a membership, NO paperwork, NO email, NOTHING other than a charge on my credit card. SLIMEY SLIMEY BUSINESS PRACTICES.

I haven't been here in awhile with my son. We're here tonight on a Friday night. And I have to say this place really went down hill. Too many big kids running wild, cussing and acting obnoxious. I had to keep watching my son to make sure he didn't get her cause of the older boys in here acting the way they are. And to top it off no staff members at all saying anything to them. Barely any around at all And the ones that I do see are all gathered together talking or playing around themselves. For the price of $35 dollar to bring my son....it's definitely not worth it at all. Place is horrible. Don't waste your time or money!!!!!! Sad because this place use to be a great place. We have had my sons bday here and all. Won't be returning!!!

The place is just okay. It’s not clean, especially the restrooms. Everyone only wears socks, even in the restrooms so I just imagine urine being spread everywhere. The staff is very young and unprofessional. The admissions line usually take a very long time to get through. They play music that is not appropriate for kids, and the atmosphere is pretty trashy. Lack of management shows and bullying is apparent. If you have young children, watch them closely here. Food is garbage and overpriced, but that’s the norm nowadays.

I’m so disappointed and upset with this location, I took my daughter and her friend on 5/31, the person in front offered me extra 10$ fees charge and I can bring them anytime for that specific month, he didn’t say anything about the whole year . He lied to me as a customer and charged me a recurring monthly fees without explaining what it’s really is. I saw 62$ recurring memberships on my bank account today. I called them and Chris explained actually what’s the membership is about. Please train your staff to be honest to their customers especially a busy parent like me. I will never go back there, and I will tell all the mothers out there not to go there too.

Held a birthday party here. This place was easily the worst venue we've seen for getting help hosting a party. No host came and introduced themselves when we checked in. We figured everything out on our own. Carried our things inside and realized only later that carts were available to use after being told by another parent hosting their own party, being helped by their own host. Ours was MIA. In the party room I handled passing out the food, the cake, and the drinks. At one point someone came by to ask if everything was going well while I was in the middle of doing everything. I was so busy hosting I don't even remember what I said. We ended up leaving 20 dollars for the people that cleaned up the tables but that was in no way a tip for hosting. Because on that front we didn't get what we paid for--there was no host. Avoid avoid avoid. Take your money elsewhere. Urban Air maybe.

Not sure what else to do as nobody will call me back. Do not waste your money the WORST Birthday experience every. NO AC, NO WOMENS BATHROOMS. My host was know where to be found 20 mins into my party starting upstairs. I brought all my own items upstairs, paid for extra food and was EXTREMELY under cooked. Don't waste your time I promise pay the extra and go else where you will have more fun and a way better experience.

Completely disorganized. From initial contact through the party, complete mess. They should also waive the fee for bringing in your own food as they were out of EVERYTHING except fries and then it took 20 minutes to get them. I'd also think on such a busy day they'd have more spotters. Clearly mismanaged.

This location needs to reconsider who they are hiring for a kid friendly atmosphere. You have two employees who think they work for a police/Sheriffs department they way they are trying to govern the platforms. I sat in the same area for about 1 1/2 before I was bothered by the guy in the orange shirt about a Powerade drink. 1) I wasn’t drinking the drink it was by me. 2) There were about 3 other employees that worked this same area and did not bother the parents whose just sitting on the sideline watching their kids play. Thanks to the jumping police I will not be bringing my child to this location again. There’s other jumping places we’ve been to and don’t have to deal with this foolishness.

Terrible experience at this location. Friday night, place is maybe 50% full. Everything was good until my 4 yrs old nephew decides to play on one of the sections with the basketball. A kid around 14-15 comes and asks my nephew for the ball and then demands to play on the single section where my 4 years old nephew was playing. There other empty sections RIGHT next to where my nephew was playing. The kid refuses to give the ball back to my nephew. I ask one of the workers to intervene and was told that my 4 years old nephew had to BE MINDFUL that others wanted to play, which id completely understand if the place wasn’t half empty. The managers attitude was despicable, and instead of considering telling the teenager to move to the other section where there is more space he says there’s nothing he can do. so my 4 years old has to be mindful of others but a teenager cannot CHOOSE to use another section and want the ONLY one that is taken ? After only 30 minutes of playing we left because I feared my nephew would go play somewhere else and another kid would come and want his space. How do I tell him that whenever anyone else wants something he just has to give up for NO REASON ? The workers were completely not helpful, and the “manager” is an excuse of one. My nephew told me the people were mean and he does not want to come back. Thank you for ruining his night.

I was super nervous reading all the other comments after I had already booked a party for both of my sons last weekend. But I had nothing but a great experience for the most part. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with my hostess for my party. She took our cake and presents and sat them on our own cart that they take up to the party room when it's party time. My family who was with us that was not jumping were able to be near us and places for them to sit and watch the whole time which was awesome! When party time came, they announced my sons birthdays and we headed upstairs. They didn't have the ability to provide pizza from their concession so they ordered in from pizza hut. I was supposed to have two cheese pizzas but they had 3 pizzas for us. Was supposed to be two sodas unlimited but again their machines are not working at this time so they provided Gatorade and water. There were two girls there the whole time with us for whatever we needed. They hung up my decorations and had everything set up that I had brought for the party before we got upstairs. Completely unexpected but very nice I didn't have to worry about doing this! Overall a great experience. Cons: the one customer service girl was cussing at the customer service desk in front of all the kids I had with us. Not all the team members were on the same page as to what is expected in different areas for the guests when jumping. Minor issues that can be resolved with a little bit more training and customer service expectations for the employees.

Good afternoon I am writing to express my disappointment of the tule change at your Fort Myers location. My son has been coming there for 9 years. Recently the rule change that you have to be 16 or be accompanied by a 16 yr old. Due to a out break of a fight that ended up on the news. I feel this is unfair for the elite members like my son who attend every weekend. Now he and all of his friends parents are cancelling their memberships. I feel that the troubled kids fighting should be banned not punish the good kids. You know as well as I know the kids have to have sticker to jump so if their banned they fighters won’t be allowed in. Park rules should also state no sticker no entry that as well keeps the bad kids out. I pulled all police reports and there were maybe 6 over a span of 7 years. Please don’t punish the good kids by taking away a place we have loved for years. In turn this will also lose lots of revenue for skyzone as you probably have seen the cancellations of memberships coming in already. Thanks for your time

I typically don't post reviews often, especially bad ones at that. We've been to Sky Zone plenty of times in the past before COVID. My boy's love it!! However, this place has gone down hill. From the cleanliness, employees carrying on conversations to acting like they don't see customers in line, no food or drinks, attractions shut down, and there's a few others that I can name, but I'm going to take that up with management. For the price you pay, customers should be entitled to a little bit more decency.

So Glad I decided to take my daughter and her cousins!!!! The girl at the counter that greeted us both times we've come is AWESOME!!! Her name starts with an "A" and she's from Wisconsin!!! So sorry, I'm bad with names. You Rock Girl!!!! So pretty as well!!! Loved the atmosphere. Very chill and the kids loved it each time. Gets them super tired 😂. The Obstacle Course however smelled heavily of piss. My only negative about the place. Maybe a little more cleaning throughout the day would be better. I saw the cleaning cart in the corner and wanted to start cleaning as the mother in me comes out everywhere I go. Other then that, Love it here!!!!!

Please be very careful when you cancel your membership with sky zone Tampa. When I initially opened the account, I had told the guy behind the counter to cancel it because I only wanted to pay for one month of the membership so my little sister could jump all she wanted for that one month. I never realize the guy behind the counter didn’t cancel it and I was charged for five months without going there to use the membership. Once I noticed all the charges, I went in person to let them know that they basically stole $150. The person behind the counter, then told me that they are not allowed to cancel memberships there in the store that I need to email corporate and that corporate will be refunding me due to it being there error. I just finished emailing corporate for about a week and now they mention they will not be issuing me a refund. The best they can do is give me one free month of jumping. Please stay away from this place if you value your time and money.

Terrible. They forgot my kids birthday. Checked in and they never had a party room ready. Never called my kids name. I had to ask four times for the food and drink that came with the $400 party package. Our host was suppose to be some guy named Derek who I never even saw or met. Spoke with assistant manager who then left the building and did nothing. Spoke with the Lead Christeena who did nothing. Their service was absolutely horrible and they ruined a kids birthday. Do not go. Not suggested ever again.

We went last night for my mother’s birthday. She had called ahead to confirm we could come later and be able to jump since they close at 9pm we got there at 740pm and were told they no longer sell jump passes, only memberships. What they didn’t tell us was the membership was per month for three months before you can cancel it. Luckily we caught this before my mom paid for four memberships and even though we were willing to pay for the 1.5 hour pass and not use all of it, they said the system would not allow them to sell it. Whole experience just kinda sucked especially after she had called to verify and was told otherwise.

If you could find any other place besides here , I urge you to do so!!!! I booked my sons bday party and asked if we could decorate , was told yes , came to visit and was told that’s not the case we don’t have access to the room (which isn’t even a room) until 15 mins prior!!!!! I had a decorator I paid for an invite sent out with this address and the manager . JILL. Was sooo RUDE! She could care less that I had made accommodations for my friends and family to be here . She literally asked me “so are you canceling or not?” STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Not only do they not give you good info, but they don’t care if there is a mess up on their part.

Best Time Ever! I wouldn’t recommend going after 6/7 pm if you have children under the age of 8/9 years old as they get an older crowd at about that time.

  • 1/5 Nichole R. 7 months ago on Google
DONT TRUST ANYTHING THEY TELL YOU We went to the place yesterday, 10/22, the lady that checked us out told us about the elite pass: with that pass, she said we get 2 guest passes, unlimited jump time during the week, 2hrs on weekend, free socks and discounts on food/drinks. Today I went back with my daughter, the “manager” said that everything the previous lady told us is wrong. There is no guest passes and socks are not covered. The whole reason we got the pass, was because of the guest passes for our other daughter. My husband drove from Apollo beach to bring my daughter and I socks, so that we could jump. When my husband got there, paid the additional $10 fee for a “parent fee”, he asked for the band for me and she told him “oh you don’t need it, the orange shirts won’t care” My friend had a membership here for years, we came multiple times with her and my daughter would jump for free, because she would use her guest pass for her. This manager is claiming it was never a thing. We are cancelling our membership and will not be back.

  • 1/5 Kelly P. 8 months ago on Google
Be careful when purchasing memberships here. I got confirmation that mine was canceled, but then discovered that they had been charging me for six months after the fact. When I attempted to call to have it fixed, nobody ever called me back despite leaving several messages. It feels very scammy.

TLDR - It’s fun for kids, but be careful when paying at the park, they typically try to overcharge. Purchase tickets online in advance if you do end up going. We first came to this park, for the Little Leapers program. The concept and cost of the program itself is great. On their website it states that “Little Leapers is a special rate for the 6-and-unders. One accompanying adult may jump for free per paid child.” During our first few visits we did just that. As a family of 4, 2 kids and 2 adults, we paid for 2 tickets and jumped with our kids. It was nice. But the last several visits have been a pain at the register. Its like we have to explain what little leapers is every time. We mention we are doing the little leapers program, and despite that they attempt to charge us for 4 full price tickets. Not even 2 little leapers and then 2 adult tickets. Other times they’ve told us that the free adult, is only for adults with a 2 year old so they try and charge us for 2 adult tickets as well as the little leapers. Then I have to pull up the program details on their website, to get it resolved. Giving them the benefit of the doubt this could just be a training issue, rather than them trying to take advantage of unsuspecting customers. But the experience of the park is a bit tainted by this process. Despite all this the park can be fun. Just buy your tickets in advance.

90 minutes. 28 bucks-ish. Decent price point. A lot of unique areas to explore. Snack bar could use better attention. Very clean.

I was at Sky Zone in Brandon a few days ago with a birthday party. A fight broke out on the basketball court which resulted in one of the boys getting a bloody nose. The boy who sustained a bloody nose was removed from the premises but the other boy that threw the first punch was allowed to stay. I watched the boy who was allowed to stay walk around giving fist pumps to the staff and puffing his chest out. Both boys should have been removed not just one.

  • 1/5 Lele L. 9 months ago on Google
They was rude and all the people that work that was playing and fighting with all the other people their. No was supervising children and it was like 3 fights that happened with other kids because no one was playing any attention. Food service was horrible. They left my two pizza one the counter and didn’t come get me or bring it to my table where I had my number sitting at. My kids and I had said something to them about our pizza being cold and the girl and boy that was back there got an attitude and said you should have been got yur pizza but how didn’t I know my pizza was ready no one told me or brought it to my table. Very unhappy with my experience. Kids was too.

It's a nightmare to cancel their membership, after two forms, an email and text I'm still getting charged. Next stop is better business bureau, you can sing up there but can't cancel there. So dessapointed.

This facility is much smaller than most I have been to but they still try to make it fun. The jump areas are spacious so you can easily see your kid. Sadly, the massage chairs are busted. I love those things.

Where to even start with this place? Let’s keep it short and straight forward. If I could give this place a 0 star I would. From the moment we were at the front desk to interacting with the staff throughout the location it was a terrible experience. They were rude and the place just did not look clean at all. The concession section looked dirty and Tun down. We went to take the kiddos and see how we liked it to throw a birthday party for my son. However after todays experience I don’t think we will be going through with it. We may just go to a different trampoline park to celebrate.

Depending on the day you go, it's a fun time. I would only say that I expect more cleanliness on busy nights. The first time we went there, the shoe compartments had food and spilled drinks on them(night time). On my second visit, everything was better (we went during the day side). Also, I would like to see someone making more round around the place and catching those teenagers that can't keep their hands of their partners, a few times on my first visit I had to step away from a corner where they were doing unapropriate stuff around little children. Other than those few pointers, the place isn't bad.

This place should steal the slogan from Toys-R-Us, because this is truly where a kid can be a kid. My son had such a great time and made friends instantly with anyone who wanted to jump! The equipment is in good shape and everything is padded to make it as safe as it can be for a trampoline park. We will certainly be back!!!

Not sure what changed in the past year. It use to be an affordable and fun place to go. $50 to jump with my toddler for an hour. Employees were unenthusiastic. Bathroom was dirty and had no toilet paper. 2 stars because the kid had a good time.

Came on a Friday night for "Glow Night/Jump After Dark" with our 4 kids. They had a great time and Eric H, the young man that helped us at the front desk was extremely pleasant and helpful. Sky Zone needs to have more employees like him. The only reason why they didn't get 5 stars was that we had to exchange the kids socks or pay for specific SkyZone sock (they had Urban Air Socks)

Extremely crowded. No traffic control. Very limited seating for eating or sitting. Five small tables by the Cafe area. Hot on the inside of building.Wet floor in the same space as an attraction were children have to run up a wall. Just not a good experience.
