They don't know how to work the system when i was trying to return with receipt via phone number. I went to a different Burlington and resoled it for me. The lines move very slowly.

Very clean and I bought some really nice Christmas decor and for my bedroom I needed decor for my wallshelves I bought majority from Burlington. They pretty much did not have very much inventory in the store. There was nothing that I was looking for available.

One of the Biggest Burlington's in the area... Always worth the trip but be aware that it will be on the busy side. Checking out is usually a good wait!

Ashley the person who was at the door, she I ruin my night with her bad attitude soon I walk in I said hello she said we close at 10 pm and make bad face to me without even responding to me she is the most unhappy woman I’ve see ever and gives users the worst attitude.

I selected several items that I thought might work for me; however, all of the fitting rooms were closed. The staff couldn't give an explanation as to why. I am in the process of replacing my entire wardrobe after a significant weight loss and would have really liked taking advantage of the prices.

Shop there a few times good deals some of the clothes are more older clothes for the older women as for younger women not so much may have gowns for prom if you look hard enough

I love Burlington, the price is right for my budget, I feel free to shop without feeling like I'm being followed around. But I think a lot of other people feel the same way based on those long lines they have.

Burlington is a great go to store for that last minute item you might need if it's an outfit perfume or any kind of gift or home decor

This was the third Burlington store I visited in two days. Sadly, the selection was only slightly better here than it was at the others. The store is huge - and I expect that in other times it would be loaded with affordable clothes. Sadly, it's not another time and the store's selection was inadequate. Don't get me wrong, there is a lot of stuff here - but it is all the cast offs that no one is interested in. There was almost nothing for professional wear with about 6 sports coats total. We spent some time in the women's section trying to find my wife some things. It was also thin. Ultimately we could not find anything to buy. I'll return another time, but in the short term it doesn't have anything for us.

Checking out was a long process. There was a long line with only 2 cashiers that were unmotivated, and you could see them taking their sweet time to ring people up. Meanwhile they 3 security people standing in front of the door doing nothing but talking amongst themselves.

Good clothing options affordable price friendly staff , shoes ,clothes , athletic gear and clothing, Christmas decor, children's toys, men and women apparel, and more for a reasonable price. I've been going to Burlington's for as long as I can. Remember you can get a very good deal on winter coats, jackets and sweaters which is coming in handy this season I love Burlington's. I've never had an issue here. I Stop by every so often

Hard to find! GPS puts you in the middle of the street! But its ok, go to the backside of the mall! This store is MUCH nicer than the one in Brandon. HUGE location and employees on the floor stocking and cleaning up. I enjoyed this location so much I came twice in one week! Toy section needs help though, same broken things sitting in the same place we saw it last visit. The restrooms were clean but not great. The door locks are backwards, many stalls without toilet paper, and we could only get one sink to turn on.

The lady that greeted me she was quite rude I guess she was what are they call it I can't remember but she was very rude to me the whole time I was in the store I guess she treated me like the dirt beneath her feet. Inventory controller or I can't think of the word but she was very very rude to me the entire time I was there and that was on the date you posted. I don't think I'll shop there anymore

I usually need more than one visit to find clothing, otherwise I buy most of my home stuff from them because they have pretty good deals at times.

Maybe it is the location. The staff has always friendly. However the staff is always minimal. The store's stock is always bare and scarce. The store's is generally unkempt. The Brandon, FL store is so much more of a better shopping experience.

They have changed the store from the way it was and that's good as change is expected but when you can't find what you want and there isn't a single person in sight to help you then it's a problem. Their stock is limited so if your are someone like me who just want to go in get what you came and get out good luck with that. I went to look for a shirt with a tie they don't have any and I couldn't even find a good one without a tie. The suite are all separate and the pants don't match with any of the jackets and I couldn't find an associate anywhere in the store to helpeven after walking out the entire store
