I was doing some shopping in the plaza, and I saw the signs for this new business. I was hungry, so I decided why not check it out. I had the chicken kabob bowl, and it was so tasty. The ingredients were really fresh and so colorful. The flavors were so good! I received a lot of food and didn't think I would finish it, but I had no leftovers. The staff were friendly and the food was a nice change for me. Prices were reasonable. Tons of indoor seating. Very kept up and clean.

This was the most amazing authentic Mediterranean food I’ve had…Having traveled the Mediterranean extensively, this is hands-down just like being there! Our girls’ Birthday Club stopped here for lunch! It was so good, I forgot to take a pic of my Chicken Shawarma before I devoured it! (Had to borrow a pic from another person’s order.) Owned and operated by 2 brothers, Yousef and Samuel and their staff make all of the food fresh daily. Created just today, we got to taste test the new lemon -mint slushy! After sampling, my whole table ordered one to-go. The seasoned pita chips were served hot as a side for bowls or with hummus. Portions are very generous and the owners gave personal attention to make sure we had all of our side sauces. If you need amazing food for an event, or just lunch, this is the place!!!

This was a hit for the whole family. It's not fast food, it's fast fresh. The food explodes in your mouth with the perfect combination of textures and flavor. I ordered the beef shawarma bowl straight from the menu and had them put the spicy ( heat with flavor)on the side. We added a side of fresh hummus and warm pita bread and rounded the meal with their cinnamon pita delight. You won't leave hungry that's for sure and I look forward to a return visit really soon.

We love Hummus Bay!! The family behind it is awesome. They are so hospitable and generous. Our whole family can eat here: vegans, vegetarians, meat eaters, even toddlers. So lovely to have healthy options in the area. Highly recommend!!!

The food here is amazing, we loved everything. The food tasted like we ate in authentic Arabic Place. You really feel the quality and taste of everything I ordered the hummus with lamb, taboleh, shawerma, and a mix of everything. The staff here are really nice. The food came in less than 10 mins.

Omg the chicken wrap with tzatziki sauce, onions, tomatoes, pickles with the cucumber salad in it was SOOOOOOOOOOOO good. Be sure to try the green sauce with it! My date also enjoyed his chicken bowl! Also loved that it’s halal chicken! Tasted so healthy and fresh. Also try the baklava! Fuego Approved 🔥

Hummus bay is my new favorite spot! With chipotle-style ordering, it’s great to see and choose what you want. They have gluten free and vegan options! Falafel is delicious. Make sure you try the frozen mint slushy drink. It sounds crazy but the owner gave me some to try and now I crave it! The owners, who are two brothers from Palestine and they are really good people and really care about customers and the business they run. A+++!

We absolutely enjoyed our meal here the first time we tried Hummus Bay so we are back again in one week’s time. The food is fresh, the flavors authentic and a good price for something healthy and generous portions. We had the chicken shawarma bowl with yellow basmati rice. This came with four sides and each one was good: tabouleh, babaganoush, hummus , pickled cabbage, pickled turnips, onion. The sauces are also amazing specially the garlic sauce which is new to me. The falafels are fresh and very flavorful just by themselves. The place is very spacious and clean. So glad this is close to us because I could eat here everyday😀

AMAZING!!! From the friendly staff, super clean atmosphere, and delicious authentic food, this place is an absolute Gem!!! We drove over 30 minutes to try it and will be back. This place is so good! The chicken shwarma is fresh and the options are some of the best we have seen for a quick healthy bowl place. They also have really tasty mint tea.

Another great meal at Hummus Bay! You can't go wrong with your meal choice here. From Beef Shawarma to Roasted Cauliflower, there is something for everyone in your group. I recommend you get a side of the fried pita chips! So good!

This is our new go to restaurant whenever we need a delicious dinner! Everything we've had here is amazing - the build your own bowl with chicken shawarma and their homemade garlic sauce I could eat every day. The employees here is also wonderful - always so friendly and personable. Sam was genuinely kind and funny while also being so quick to help with anything we needed for our food. We love supporting this local business with its awesome food 😁

Food was delicious and very tasteful. Loved all the sides that came with the well seasoned beef and chicken shawarma. It really complimented all the flavors. The place is owned by local family and they were welcoming and very accommodating as soon as I walked in. Stopped by for lunch for work and was in and out in less than 10 mins. A good alternative to the burger and fries fast food establishments. The key with Hummus Bay is in what you pick to either build a sandwich or a rice bowl. You get four free options with your entrees and it will greatly impact the flavor of your meal. The hummus or the garlic butter really adds flavor and is needed to combat the dullness of the rice. Pickles are another necessity, with the tanginess cutting through the richness of the hummus. I really like their taziki sauce, that added a bunch of flavor as well. The good thing is you leave here light not full of greasy food.

OmG.. so good! Louis was fantastic and helped me through the process. This is like Subway x 10 .. the sauces are phenomenal!!!! The service was great; and All I can say after this is......I will be back! High fives to everyone!

In short, the hummus is unacceptable. I only came for the hummus figuring that if you put it in your name is must be quality and you know what you doing but it's not and you not. To start, it was creamy and smooth which is good start but than, you finished it with lemon juice from concentrate making it very sour with unpleasing aftertaste. Basic hummus should only have few ingredients and each of them very important, the final result should be creamy, smooth with balanced flavors of sesame and chickpea, the salt and sour flavors should only be there for balance, not to overwhelmed the tastebuds. I hope you figure it out since hummus deserve respect.
