For the last 12 years, my cat used to be a patient of the Vet clinic of Palm Harbor . While going there , He was always labeled as a “temperamental cat” or “mean cat”. which I wasn’t happy about it. Labeling people or pets usually make me very upset. My cat is sweet to me , he has a personality, he is funny sometimes and he loves my family. Because my cat was “special”, They always wanted to sedate him during appointments and charge me more money . I kept on going because it was convenient and I considered them like my kid’s pediatrician. I kept hating when every time I went, the first thing they told me was … “well you know he has his temper” . 6 months ago, my cat got sick , and they finally told me “ well you can give him this pill to relax him before his follow up appointment“ , and finally by miracle he did great during his follow up appointment . So, in conclusion, it took them 11 years to relax my cat with a single cheap pill before his appointments, instead of reminding me that he was sassy - spicy or mean , and it was hard to check him out. On top of that, front desk has been rude lately . The last two times I was there, staff at the front desk had an attitude. And, I don’t go there for free , I paid my bill in full and It hasn’t been cheap . Well, my “I am done” moment was last week, when I call to schedule an appointment , and Staff being rude again told me that there were no open appointments on “week days” for the next 3 weeks. Ok people , I asked this staff to give me an app any hour during the week because I have few days off. Yes, I didn’t call three months ahead, but who does. I am not sure. They simply told me “Nothing was available”- “We are busy” !!! . I am guessing they probably didn’t like me because I have the “mean” cat. Sadly, I was done on that day . 20 min later , I found an appointment at another facility. Staff was sweet and has better reviews. So, sorry Labeling is not a good practice. Everyone is unique and my cat is precious.

This is the BEST vet office. The clinic has stayed open later than their usual hours before when we really needed them back in 2016. They helped us through a difficult time with one of our cats needing surgery. Since then, they have always found a way to get me into their office when I call at the last minute and I'm so thankful for that when my husband and I both work full-time. They are extremely nice, caring, helpful, and want the best for my cats. As with every vet office, sometimes I have to wait a little longer than I'd like to, but I'm okay with it since I trust the vet and know that they are doing everything they can. Also, there are other vet clinics out there that are cheaper, but you get what you pay for!! This is the best vet office in Palm Harbor! We moved a little further out about 2 years ago, but I still make the commute because I do not trust any other clinic with our cats!

My Harley came in barely able to walk and hadn't eaten anything in two days, I was scared to say the least. The staff and Dr was amazing, fully explained my options and what they thought was going on based on the info we had at that point. One UTI and Three days later my main man was back to himself, thanks for everything you and your team did!

We have used several veterinarians in the area, and there are many. We are very happy with the Vet Clinic. Everyone is polite and they treat the dogs with care. Nobody likes going to the vet, but it's nice knowing you have a good one if you need them.

These guys are just making money off of you!!! They ask you to make an appointment so you can order heardwotm pills for your adult dog! But why?! we got a prescription earlier when our dog was an adult already! but in order to be able to buy pills again, they said we must go to them first! Our dog is healthy, full of energy and has no any problems, the weight is the same as it was! we just need your approval to buy pills again! we are not ready to give you money for anything and waste our time, especially if our dog feels stress coming to vet! It is too much guys!!!

I just had to put my sweetest boy of 18 years down a couple of weeks ago. It was the worst but all of the staff made my dearest Sammy's end of life so peaceful. They cared for him every minute. I want to thank Dr. Turk, Dr. Garcia, Sarah, and Alex. They were so kind, compassionate, and loving towards Sammy. This Vet Office is the best around. You will find that every person that works there is amazing! I am so blessed to have found this place. They will take excellent care of your animal. When they say they care, they really do!

Will only ever bring my babe here. I know he is in the best care. Drive 30+ min. to see Dr. Hathaway. We love her so much! ♥️ Jack and I are forever grateful!

I have been a client at the Vet Climci for about 20 . The vets are kind and the staff always seem to be there when you need them. I was there today to possibly say goodbye to may little doggie. They were gentle and helpful and in the end my little boy came home with me.

I used to love this place and had been coming here since Dr. Bogart owned it. I wish Dr. Parks was still on the front line after Dr. McGoldrick completely stepped away. Their prices are more expensive than the animal ER next door.

I just moved up to the tarpon area and I couldn’t thank VCPH enough. They got both of my fur babies in on same day notice when they were sick. Both Dr. Garcia and Dr. Bollenba are wonderful. Vet Nurse Jacqueli was compassionate and knowledgeable! Thank you all!

Matt is very good with my dog. Today he did her mani/pedi and he said she did much better. Matt is so nice even though we had an appointment—he took us early.

Dr Garcia was very helpful and informative. He really seems to care. Everyone at the office is very caring. I highly recommend them.

We had used them for years and were very satisfied. Just found out they do not have Saturday hours that will not work. For me. I guess I will take my 3 dogs and find a vet that cares about dogs on Saturdays it is. That cares about dogs on Saturdays.

Took my dog into this vet office today, June 8, 2023. They were very professional, explained everything that was going on with my dog & if I had a question, it was answered. I would highly recommend this vet office to anyone. They also gave me a printed out sheet to take home that explained everything that was done.

Great vets office! They took my cat immediately in the back because she was stressed. Very professional service and communicated issues and fees upfront. Highly recommend.

We're out-of-towners staying at the Tarpon Springs KOA. We called and asked for an appointment as our Westie (Izzie) was having allergy issues and needed her shot. The Clinic scheduled us for the next day and we saw Dr. Bollenbeck who was AMAZING! We couldn't be happier with the level of care and true compassion we experienced. Not to mention the two follow-up calls we received to ask how Izzie was doing. Highly recommend!!!!!!!

We love Vet Clinic of Palm Harbor! They are always working hard for clients, they show our pets love, and have supported us through tough times with our pets.

Really awesome practice, they squeezed my pup in on a Saturday! The entire staff was super vigilant to my little dude and made him feel so comfortable. Awesome, polite, caring staff! They called to follow up with us, and their treatment for my doggo was just what he needed. Highly recommended!

I brought my 12 year old mini schnauzer in earlier this week to see Dr. Bollenback. She was so thorough and compassionate when taking a history and assessing my dog, and then giving me her findings. The vet tech, Alex? was also so sweet with my dog and very gentle. You don’t feel like a number here, your animal really gets quality care. I highly recommend.

We cannot say enough good things about The Vet Clinic of Palm Harbor. As new puppy owners, we needed a little extra guidance. They really came through. The doctors took their time explaining everything and answering our questions. They got us in right away and the doctor even called to follow up and make sure our little Shelby was doing well. So far we have seen Dr. Turk and Dr. Bollenback. The techs (Krystal) and front desk are also helpful and so nice. I wish humans got this good of care at doctor's offices! We are so glad we found this place!!!

I can't say enough about the staff and doctors at The Vet Clinic of Palm Harbor. We've been taking our dogs there for 4+ years and have worked with Dr. Hathaway, Dr. Garcia and Dr. Turk. All are so professional and truly compassionate about your pet. We recently had to put down our beloved Stella due to cancer. Dr. Hathaway and the vet tech were amazing. It was such stressful and emotional time for us but they were so caring and compassionate. They made our pup comfortable through the whole process. Thank you from the bottom of hearts.

My wife and I live in Florida for the winter. We needed a vet for our old dog, and we chose the Vet Clinic. We couldn't be more happy with our choice. Unfortunately, our Leo had to be put down. We were treated with kindness and compassion. They treated Leo like he was their best buddy. We had never been there before and we were treated like old friends. I highly recommend this vet clinic.

Amazing! So kind , caring and loving. My cat Summer had to be put down as she wasn’t eating anymore and they fit her in right away, sent sympathy cards, and so much more. They made me feel at peace and could relate to my feelings. I highly recommend this pet clinic! Thank you guys! Much appreciation!!!!

When it was time to let my little angel go, Dr. Garcia as well as the rest of the staff were so compassionate and caring. They understood how I felt and were with me the entire time. They talked to me, explained exactly what they were doing and were so gentle with my baby. I can't even begin to express my gratitude for their kindness and compassion. I will always bring my little angels here as they truly care about their patients.
