The sales people were rude. They barely looked through my clothes. I took in 3 totes of nice relatively new clothes and they only bought 15 things. They said it was “out of style” and it wasn’t “styles that would sell well for their store” but there were multiple shirts and pants that I saw in the store with holes and stains on them. They also were dressed in t shirts and workout shorts and didn’t look professional. When i called and asked if they were taking like a lot of donations they said yes “they are pretty much taking everything to build their inventory” and that’s a lie. If it’s not a crop top or lulu lemon they probably won’t take it.

Just took clothes here to sell, I had a few really nice items, two of them being Kate Spade bags and one Coach wallet. They took three times, one bag, a dress and the wallet. Offered me $24.37 and I said I would take the cash, then they came back and said they could only give me $20 for my three items because their system messed up, even though I signed for the $24. I know it’s only $4 difference but really, that’s shady. Would have shopped here cause they have some nice looking items, but not after that experience.

I genuinely love this store. The clothes are very classy, the workers are absolutely amazing!!! Bobbi, Kevin, Miranda, Halle and Monet are absolute ANGELS!!!! All of the staff are always very welcoming and friendly. They are also very helpful. The sales are always great. The store smells awesome. I really enjoy going to uptown on my shopping trips. Uptown Cheapskate in Cartersville NEVER disappoints. They have in style clothes and a nice selection of shoes. If you don’t feel comfortable wearing resale items, they have a large selection of items that they buy in that are brand new with the tags still attached!! They have loads of designer bags and name brand shoes. The store is very organized and thoughtfully put together. They have a large selection of men’s clothing as well.

I will never consign at this location again. I brought my clothes in lavender scented trash bags. My clothes are always washed and clean. I don't expect to get rich from consigning clothes, so I'm not looking for a big payday. I am looking to be treated with respect wherever I go, especially when I give respect to the staff. I checked in on the tablet and was told it would be 20-30 minutes to go through my items. I said okay cool. I was looking around the store and found a really cute purse. As I was looking through the store, I saw two of the staff members barley touch the bag and start laughing. I was called over immediately. I was told they couldn't take my stuff because it smelled like peppers, and I needed to wash everything thing and bring it back. I was looked at as dirty and unclean. I explained that the items were in a scented bag, and I just came from an oil change appointment.They wouldn't even look through the items, so instead of making a scene, I left. I called and spoke to the manager about what happened. There was no real concern. No customer should have to feel this way. I have always put my items in scented trash bags when I take them to other locations. I have never been treated this way. The other locations are more friendly. Don't waste your time with these rude young people at this location.

Very nice place to shop and get name brand items for a fraction of the price of the big box retailers. Got a brand new pair of American Eagle shorts tags still on them for only $9.99 today and some stuff from Old Navy, Express and all under price point just bc someone else didn't any longer wants or needed them. I'm excited to go again soon

Whenever I shop here they are always pleasant and personable. They have a great selection of Women's clothes from free people to Nicole Miller. Also, a great selection of men's shoes with new school Jordan's or Timberland Boots. Definitely sign up for their rewards card, it's free. My bill went from $76 to $53 today. Thanks Cheapskate!

My Daughter likes coming here and so I visited and really like the things offered you cover a great age group! I purchased some Ga Bulldog items abd a few sweaters love the customer service it’s great

We were greeted and asked if we needed help. While my husband was trying on clothes another associate told us about the BOGO sale, which we took advantage of!! All in all a wonderful experience!!!

Took my teen daughter school shopping and she found a ton of clothes. All great quality and great prices. Clothes were separated by sizes and colors so very easy to find and navigate the store. Tons of selections to choose from! Wonderful customer service as well

Uptown Cheapskate Cartersville always has the best stuff! It’s a great place to thrift second hand clothing. :) The staff are super accommodating and very helpful. Another amazing thing about this location is the manikins, the employees do a great job of keeping them trendy and eye-catching!

My 15 year old daughter and I had a great experience here! I didn’t catch her name but the employee who was at check out was very helpful and so pleasant. She even got a jacket down from a mannequin for us even though they were busy!

Love this location! The store is clean, organized and easy to navigate. The sales associates are always more than happy to help you put an outfit together and have a good sense of fashion. Not only can you buy clothes here but you can also sell your gently warn items here as well. I recommend calling the store to see what they are taking before brining all of your items, as the desired items list changes frequently!

Very disappointed in the deceptive marketing for their “sale” this morning. It was fill a bag for $20. The text made it seem like it was all the clothes. There was a huge line at the door. However, when I got in the store it was only stamped items that were allowed for the fill a bag. No pants were stamped, it was all ugly raggedy old shirts and sweaters that were stamped. Everyone was unhappy about this.

First time shopping here everything was clean and organized very well. They had lots of options for a lot of sizes. Prices were very reasonable and all of the clothes were very good quality. It was a great experience.

Good clothes, not everything is vetted but they have a lot of stock, especially for women. Todd was helpful on my most recent visit with the running sales, and Monet was great over the phone in resolving some issues I had after the checkout process.

I love everything about this store. Every time I go there’s always a great selection; good quantity & quality! I walk in with pieces from my closet that I no longer wear and walk out with new pieces to replace them. Great overall experience!

Since I’ve found Uptown it’s rare to find me shopping anywhere else for clothes, shoes and accessories. I’ve been shopping at Uptown for about two years and recommend it to all of my friends. The staff is always helpful and kind. This is hands down the best place to go for trendy items for the lowest price.

Impressed with selection and cleanliness. Previous second hand clothing stores I have visited are typically unorganized and lots of clothes end up on the floor. They did a great job of keeping everything looking great. Will come back- even my husband was impressed.
