Really disappointed with Royal watches theni a very bad experience. I bought a watch here for rs.475. It doesn't even worked properly for even a day. I asked for replacement they refused. I gave that new watch for service. Their service is not faster. I got that new watch with several scratches in the next day. I expect the Royal watches owner to accept the critic and give better service for other customers.
