Worst experience till date. In the name of botox(keratin treatment) nothing happened to my hair in fact more frizziness occurred. Wastage of 4500/-. Not so professional as they think they are.

Terrible experience.. I got keratin treatment from this place and had headache for 2 days straight and after 2 days my hair is drier and frizzier than ever not to forget the hairfall .I don't know how it has such high rating .I have done straightening and keratin treatment before from other salons and never had such a bad experience.Total waste of money .will never visit again .just having a huge place is not enough to run a gud business have quality products and don't damage people's hair

They don't deserve even a single star. They would list another price of their services in social media and when you visit them they would charge you 1k to 2k more than the mentioned price, fraudsters. Moreover they provide the worst service in hair treatment.

Today I had a haircut. Service is not according to the price charged. Bad experience. They left half part of the hair longer than the other.

Such a pathetic salon. All the staffs are highly unprofessional and they don't even know how to treat a customer. In this salon staffs are not at all interested in customers satisfaction. Service is horrible. They will only try to make u believe that ur hair is in bad condition and I don't know what product they use.

This salon is AWESOME! The salon is open, comfortable, stylish, affordable and updated. Not only the service is excellent but all the stylists and whole staff are genuinely kind and helpful. The male hair dresser who's magical hand is wonderful and amazing. He knows how to manage my fine hair perfectly! I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Again Thank You for ur lovely work. I just love it♥️♥️

Nice and quite place have been a regular for more than 2years . The place offers many services and the staff is well trained in the same.

I did my smoothening and colour here and the service was amazing better then many parlour in sibsagar. Got my hair done from jack. He was so polite and caring amazing work done by him.

My latest review Avoid unhygienic places and don't bring infection at home. Without housekeeping staff they run the business. Very very untidy, unhygienic way running a beauty salon. After repeated complaint owner is conveniently chargeing like branded salon and serving as roadside .... Everywhere hair, dirt, spit, horrible work station and washroom. People come for relaxation but the owner thinks, we come because we are bound. It can spread serious skin diseases. My old feedback I am revising my opinion here, reducing one star also. Why? Because of cleanliness. Housekeeping needs to be gear up. Ac is mandatory for waxing and facial session, if compromised it affects service quality. Work station should be clean and hygienic all the time, including wash basin, salon chairs. Next time I wish to see changes. Adding up again I'm so surprised we are loyal to your business, but owner is not ? Still same condition? Unclean!!!!! Respect your manpower also.how people can work like this? You charge adequately like any other brand. Wake up!

Housekeeping service zero, unhygienic. Only runs for good staffs . Owner should respect staffs and customers and focus on hygiene, cleaning.
