DO NOT BOOK!!! We booked an apartment through airbnb and the hosts accepted our request. We traveled for 2,5 hours and when we arrived we had to wait for an hour before the host had time to help us. He informed us that they were full. We tried to explain that they confirmed the booking thru airbnb, but they kept saying they were full. When pushing back they took us around the back of the range to Bujtina Vosja and offered a room there. This was much worse and way cheaper, but offered at the same rate. If this happens to you, do not accept this awful deal. These guys and their neighbouring place are complete scammers with disregard for anything but their gain. If I could give 0 stars I would. Don’t spent anything here! just go somewhere else!!

Do not go here. The rudest and most self serving idiots I’ve ever encountered. They will accept your booking and wont let you stay. Do not give any money to them.

Lack of service, staff and communication. We ate dinner at the farm’s restaurant. The food was very expensive for the quality/quantity. We were charged double for something we ordered. The owner refused to make the discount and had also included one beer in the bill, which we had already paid. In the alpine house where we stayed, were missing pillows and sheets. We had to go and ask for them. In the price of accomodation it was included also horse riding but there was no one offering this service. The owner communication was bad and unethical. Refused any discount at all for not using the services included in the price. We were very dissapointed and felt like they stole our money. Don’t go there. The nature is beautiful, but unfortunately there is bad management of the farm, and people with bad intensions who work in a dishonest way.

I accidentally used the toilet of the Sancho Farm (it is directly down on a public path!). An employee came directly to us and ollte 5EUR. I said sry, I did not know that it was the Sancho Farm toilets. He did not let up, wanted further 5EUR,and was very unfriendly. I have not experienced anything else like this in Albania.

This place is a scam. They take your booking then are full when you arrive and intimidate to try stay in a terrible back room. Avoid. Total scam

Very beautiful place. Good food and many possibilities: Camping at the Vjosa, relaxing and swimming at the river. Horse riding, rafting. Sweet dogs, ponies and ducks around you in the restaurant. Driven by a nice family. Few tourists seem to find the place, hope it gets more known so that it will live on

Very friendly staff, quiet place. We spend a very nice weekend.
