This hotel is bad. The beds are extremely hard not very comfortable, ac did not work at all just kept blowing warm air. The restaurant service was lame and they change for breakfast,even though I paid extra for it when I booked the room. The wifi is very slow if you are lucky to get a signal.

Nothing amazing honestly. It’s average and functional. Rooms def need a serious renovation. Beds are awful and cleanliness is 6/10.

I try the buffet and wasn't good at all, and the waitresses need to be trained to be more attentive, considering we were just a few. My suggestion is to eat there on Sundays and Saturdays, perhaps you could find a better service these days.

If you need to visit Tepic must stay in Nekie Hotel. Nice staff and great food. You are a poolside to relaxing day.

Stayed at Room #14. The breakfast buffet was good! They just need to fix the doors on the restroom so it was close all the way. But they had beautiful Huichol Murals!

The breakfast included is not buffet but it's enough. Room service was fast and great taste.

ONE OF THE BEST HOTELS IN TEPIC.- I LOVE THIS HOTEL, the pool area, the lobby, the restaurant where they offer a delicious buffet every day. The bar with all kinds of well prepared cocktails. The rooms are being remodeled, because they already need it. The rooms could be better, but they are acceptable. Customer service is not very effective especially in the afternoon and evening. The right prices to what you receive. I highly recommend it.

Nice modern hotel with great customer service. Clean neat rooms that are well maintained. The breakfast buffet had a great variety. The only downside was the lack of the basics at breakfast, none of the tables had any condiments such as salt, pepper, catsup. They can be had on request.

First i just came back from Tepic, i stayed in this hotel for 2 days during a wedding of our friend, dont fall for their American Breakfast included, because in that breakfast they don't give you enough to eat and now the main part , i am attaching pictures of cocroaches i found in room, I even complained about it but no action was taken , and then out of my 2 night stay , only for first night my t.v cable was working, after that it was dark. Again complained and nothing happened. Since i was attending my friends wedding which was in same hotel, i couldnt put too much attention it but yeah i have a video also for that. Service was good but food and beverages , they are expensive. Advice to management, please work on service and cleaniness. I dont want to claim any refund or anything.

Excellent service, even before we stepped in bellboy was already waiting and helped us with our luggage, lady en front desk was warm and welcoming. What you see in the pictures is what you get, comfortable bed... Everything was excellent!! I definitely recommend it.

I’ve stayed in this hotel with my family 5 times in the last two years and love it everytime. Clean! Helpful staff! The breakfast buffet is so amazing. We will be returning..(of course).

It’s a nice looking hotel but the rooms are old and the beds are not the most comfortable. It could use a deeper cleaning. The food is pretty good. I found a few cucarachas in the room.
