I cant get over the food at Jersey Mike's and if you are lucky enough to meet the owner at this franchise, he will make you feel more than welcome to be there. Its not everyday that you meet an owner who really cares about how you feel about his restaurant. I have over the years watched this owner care for his restaurant, the people that work there, and the come and go daily visiters. The way this store operates is a guide for others to follow 👍

I ordered two subs today, one for me, and one for my wife. I had 15 minutes lunch break to grab the subs, pre-ordering them with the mobile app. In the past, when I have ordered a certain sub, despite paying extra for cheese, they somehow always seem to forget it. This time in the notes section I wrote “please do not forget the cheese“. Lo and behold I get home to find that they once again forgot the cheese on my wife’s sub. I got an earful from her..I called the restaurant, and they said to get my refund for the item that I unfairly paid for, but didn’t receive, I would have to bring the sub back into the store. I unfortunately work and support a family of six, so I do not have the luxury of taking an extra 15 minutes to drive back down to the store so that their chronic mistake can be corrected. This is really terrible customer service, I don’t care about the money I care more about the principal. As someone that comes from upper management, I would like to point out that the current manager failed miserably at their customer service. You won’t be getting my business any longer. This is the problem with corporate chains- there’s no love and nobody cares. That being said, and in all fairness, the other sub I ordered was great and had no problems.

Went there to get lunch for my husband and his job and the service was quick (even though they were busy) and friendly. They even had a cute little bucket of toys for the kids to pick something out. I always like coming to this location. You can tell the owners care.

I ordered by phone from my car letting them know I had my new puppy with me and was unable to go in but that I wanted to sit outside to eat. Amanda assured me that was okay. She took my card to ring me up and brought my sandwich and drink to me. Everyone is always sweet and the food awesome. Amanda went beyond and I really appreciated it.

we ordered a sandwich - I added all the condiments - lettuce, tomatoes, s/P, V/O, etc etc. The only thing the sandwich had was meat, cheese and bacon that looked like it had been cooked last week. JM is generally great - but this location needs to close its doors.

Best customer service!!! I jokingly (but not really) asked for an obscene amount of pickles… they delivered! Staff was so friendly

This is the best jersey mikes in all of Florida, maybe even the entire US. I don’t know what they’re doing differently or if it’s just because the people that work there actually care but I’ve been to about 8 different locations and this one serves the best food. The subs here are SOOOOO good. Literally best subs ive ever had. Highly recommend

Every employee is always friendly and respectful. Food is fresh and delicious. I’ve never had a single problem with this location :)

I walked in right after a large baseball group was walking out they left the place a mess they threw trash on the ground inside and out in the parking lot. There had to have been about 10 people - 12 people. Before I had the chance to say anything to the group, Gracie, Owen and Cameron came out of no where with mops, brooms, spray bottles and with in a few mins the place was spotless! As always the food was great! They kepted us all smiling our whole meal!
