I
never
write
bad
reviews,
but
I
am
Super
bummed
and
wanted
other
parents
to
be
able
to
make
an
informed
decision
on
what
happens
if
their
child
is
labeled
‘
difficult’
We
will
no
longer
be
attending
this
office
after
2
years.
Today
I
made
an
appointment
online
for
230
after
my
child’s
nap
at
school.
Only
to
receive
a
call
my
child
would
not
be
able
to
have
this
appointment
because
‘
he
was
difficult
to
brush
his
teeth
and
nervous’
so
he
required
a
2
pm
appointment
or
earlier.
Mind
you
my
child
was
4
at
his
last
visit.
Never
screamed
or
cried.
Just
was
timid
of
a
stranger
putting
tools
in
his
mouth.
They
handled
it
well
at
visit
(
I
thought)
I
state
that
I
would
not
like
to
take
my
child
out
of
school
to
save
30
min
or
disrupt
his
nap
(
as
a
parent
you
know
that
can
result
in
more
fear
and
grumpiness).
Or
for
him
to
miss
a
day
at
school.
So
they
said
they
would
check
with
manager.
They
call
back
saying
they’ll
allow
it
this
one
time
and
go
from
there?
No
pressure
at
all
to
him
or
his
parents
that
it
better
go
well
or
we
can
only
come
at
a
time
they
deemed
‘
quiet’
or
it
seemed
more
like
slower
business
for
them.
Requiring
for
us
to
miss
work
and
school
and
or
find
child
care
for
our
infant
son.
Vs
the
conscience
of
after
school.
Just
sad
because
I
was
so
proud
of
my
child
for
being
brave
and
trying
to
form
a
healthy
relationship
with
the
dentist
only
to
be
labeled
as
difficult
and
allowed
certain
time
slots.
Will
be
going
to
another
dentist
who
assured
that
never
happens
there.
