Watch out cause Vitalounge will steal your money! I have been going here since they opened. During the pandemic I decided to buy a package of 8 Spa IVs since you would get a discount on them. Even with the discount it was over a thousand dollars. I also have shots I purchase on my account as well. Yesterday afternoon I walked into the office to make appointments for my husband and I. The girl at the desk was very nice and reviewed both of our accounts and told me what we have available. We walked in this morning for our appointments and was told by Vanessa working the desk that what we had on our accounts had expired. Never have we ever been told that what we purchase and keep on our accounts would expire. Vanessa made it very clear that there was nothing she could do cause she said she is “just a nurse.” Not only have the stolen our money, but they have no customer service or support!

Great experience with a great staff!! I had never tried IV therapy before, and this will definitely not be my last time. The staff are super nice and good at what they do - so smooth with the IVs and really helpful with any questions. And the treatment itself… I came out of there feeling SO good. Highly recommend Vitalounge and this location.

It was my first time ever getting an IV and wow! I feel amazing and the service was fantastic. The two registered nurses that were there were very informative and friendly. They made sure I knew exactly what was going in my body. The nurses made me feel like I was at home and would check on me to make sure I was doing okay. Best experience ever. I loved it so much I got a membership. I plan to come more often.

I was a little hesitant of trying this out and being fluid overloaded lol. But it’s was an amazing experience!!!! At I feel so hydrated and freshened. Especially, after working 12 to 14 hours I tend to be so exhausted and dehydrated, but I definitely feel refreshed. Also all the nurses are so professional, friendly, and they go over everything which definitely so help in making a selection.

I had an incredible experience at this IV lounge! The service was top-notch, and the staff was exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly. Not only did I feel rejuvenated after my visit, but I was so impressed with the variety of services they offer. In fact, I was so impressed that I ended up purchasing a membership. The atmosphere is relaxing, the facility is clean, and the entire experience was worth every penny. Highly recommended!

My first session at Vitalounge was very good. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and checked on me often to make sure I was doing OK. Overall a great experience.

Going to Vitalounge has always been an awesome experience. The team there is always super attentive, kind, and trustworthy. I get scared of needles and almost fainted once, but they were super good about making sure I was comfortable and completely ok before I left the building. I highly recommend their services!
