I was beat yesterday and craving Jimmy John's. I called for delivery and of course am a few blocks outside the delivery area. Ryan went out of his way to have it delivered and even sent me a free sub for next time. I rarely see customer service so wonderful from complete strangers. Thank you for making my day and please keep being kind. People notice and we appreciate it so much!

There's good service and there's great service. Then there is SPECTACULAR Service. Spectacular is what I received today from owner Derek and staff at the Jimmy John's Jupiter Location. After a great month at Braman BMW Jupiter, we wanted to treat the entire staff to lunch. Ordered a food truck and it broke down on the way. Called Derek at Jimmy Johns and bam - magic happened. 55 Sandwiches delivered in less than an hour saving the day and hungry bellies. Thank you Derek and Team!

The manager decided he didn’t want to donate a sub/sandwich to a homeless person in need but instead of simply saying no, he tried to appear less cold hearted by saying “I’m not allowed to.” What kind of manager can’t make his own rules ? What kind of person can’t donate a simple item to a person in need? Take your money somewhere else, they’re overpriced for subpar sandwiches anyways 🤙🏼🤙🏼

Food was always average, but it was super fast. It seems not so fast anymore. Maybe they are having the same labor troubles as everyone else. That is not a reason to not go. Hopefully they will sort that out.

This JJ has to be the nicest around. The staff is so nice it’s unbelievable! Our go to place now! I’ll drive the extra distance for this location.

Subs so slow they don't exist if you ask me....Ordered 2 subs wanted to add one more called to ask about it and was told they would have to cancel my order. Is it that difficult to just add a sandwich as a new order and send it out?. well anyway I said forget about the additional sandwich. Well 1/2 hour later no sandwiches at all, none. check my phone and I do see they called but left no messages. call back and was told they canceled the whole order? I ask why and they couldn't give a straight answer. Whatever send out my order please, they agree and well 1/2 hour later still no sandwiches and I have everyone in my house asking where they are. As a side every other time was fairly ok (maybe regular instead of diet or having mayonnaise while asking for none) fine but this transaction sealed a one star review down for a fairly shaky 3.

Grabbed a sub from here as I work in the local hospital and was really hungry. Sandwich was really fresh. Veggies on point in addition to the 🥩. And they sliced my sandwich in half. (An issue I always have with other sandwich spots)Great service! Will be grabbing lunch more often here! Thank you

Gotta say I'm a bit disappointed. They were pleasant on the phone and at the counter, however the order was incomplete and incorrect. Also, I am disabled. I told the person on the phone I would need assistance when I got there and I was told, "no problem." I came in using a walker and asked for assistance and received none. None of your locations deliver to my residence, so in order to have your product, I had to pick-up. It was a hardship to get to the Jupiter location, the parking area was under construction and I truly needed assistance. No matter how much I want one of your menu items, I will do without. It would be better than feeling disappointed and marginalized. No one wants to have to ask for help, but to ask for it and be unheard and unassisted is just an awful feeling.

I ordered a Vito a few days ago and it was amazing without any modifications. Then, today, I ordered an Italian Night Club sandwich using the app and made some modifications to the way it comes as standard... the modifications made it messy and unsatisfying... or, perhaps... did they make it wrong? I wasn't sure, so I called the manager to ask: "Hey -- did you guys make this the way I ordered it, or did I make the wrong modifications?" The manager assured me that the way I ordered it can make for a messy sandwich, and he spent a few minutes making suggestions about some better combinations for sandwiches.
