My
husband
and
I
joined
PBSC
a
few
months
ago
and
have
never
looked
back.
We
had
tried
numerous
local
gyms
and
grew
increasingly
frustrated
with
the
crowded,
peak
hour
conditions,
the
lack
of
gym
etiquette
and
overall
social
meet-up/self-advertising
type
atmosphere
as
opposed
to
a
place
to
work
on
your
health
and
fitness.
In
our
experience,
we
find
PBSC:
clean
and
in
good
repair
most
of
the
time,
music
choice
is
current
and
seems
geared
to
their
clientele,
the
front
desk
staff
are
congenial
and
helpful,
the
trainers
are
well
informed
and
approachable,
their
equipment
is
varied
and
organized
well
and
the
membership
fee
is
affordable.
The
juice
bar
area
appears
clean
and
orderly,
and
there
is
always
variety.
We
particularly
appreciate
the
spa
area’s
amenities
and
utilize
the
plunge
pool,
steam
room
and
dry
sauna
daily.
Use
of
these
support
therapies
has
been
instrumental
in
recovery
from
injuries
for
both
of
us.
Most
recently,
I
have
been
training
one-on-one
with
a
personal
trainer
Ben,
who
has
been
fantastic
to
work
with.
He
is
knowledgeable,
pays
close
attention
to
form,
explains
movements
thoroughly,
and
makes
excellent
selections
for
exercises
that
take
into
account
my
several
injuries.
I
stay
safe
but
also
get
a
challenging
workout.
He
is
friendly
and
professional
and
I
highly
recommend
his
training
services.
The
recent
refresh
of
the
dry
sauna
area
and
deep
cleaning
of
the
cold
plunge
pool
are
much
appreciated,
as
are
the
suggestion
of
guests
to
use
a
towel
in
the
sauna
for
sanitation
purposes.
The
only
area
I
could
suggest
for
improvement
is
to
address
the
spa
area
music
which
recently
switched
to
having
long
strings
of
commercials
and
advertisements
in
a
space
that
is
meant
for
relaxation.
We
enjoy
our
time
spent
at
PBSC
and
have
recommended
it
to
a
number
of
our
friends
who
have
since
joined.
