I love the staff; they listen to you and fix any problems you have. Secure underground parking, clean and very upscale. Quite-Quite-Quite... no screaming kids or families using the pool like its spring break. Pet friendly too. The wonderful office staff keep the community running well like a fine-tuned machine and the maintenance staff almost seem to anticipate my maintenance needs. They always show up promptly and are extremely efficient! Everyone here is courteous and friendly. I can say this is the only choice for upscale, over 55 apartment living in the Jupiter-Juno area. I looked at everything offered within 20 miles of this location and NOTHING compared to this. Don’t waste your time running around looking at other developments. The a/c was not working. Obi came and quickly analyzed the problem (capacitor), and replaced it. The man is a magician — he makes problems disappear.

Very clean and beautiful facility. The staff was fantastic. Very helpful and friendly.

My air conditioner broke early this morning I contacted the office and our maintenance guy Opi responded in an hour even though it was Sunday morning and replaced a broken part in around 5 minutes!!! I was very impressed with the prompt response especially being a Sunday.

Amazing services here at RiverWalk Pointe. Reported a leaky sink and within 15 minutes, help arrived and problem solved. I love this place I call home and the great management team.

Riverwalk Point has exceeded many of our expectations. Representative of the excellent staff here is Obi, who has demonstrated outstanding knowledge every time his services are needed. A specific example is replacing the dryer drum, which was accomplished within hours after the maintenance request was submitted. My air conditioning was not working and even though maintenance crew had left for the day they returned and repaired it within an hour. Good job!

Our experience at Riverwalk Pointe has been great. Chris, the manager does an awesome job of coordinating activities and helping residents with any of their needs. Obi and the maintenance staff do an excellent job of maintaining the facilities and answering any service needs in a timely fashion. The grounds are immaculate and all of the residents we have met are very friendly. The complex is very dog friendly with plenty of grass to walk them, there is also a big dog park about 3 miles away for off leash fun. I would highly recommend Riverwalk Pointe.

I’m approaching 5 years as a seasonal resident, and greatly enjoy every aspect of spending my winters at Riverwalk Pointe. The facilities and planned activities are excellent plus the residents are virtually all most enjoyable to have as friends and neighbors. I have lived in a number of both apartment and condominium complexes over many decades, and the combination of on-site management and maintenance staff at RWP is the best I’ve experienced throughout the entire time period.

Chris is an excellent salesperson. The community is beautiful. Unfortunately the residences do not accommodate easy dog walking.

Very nice walk by the river to look at the boats. Good for wheelchairs as long as you find a handicap space so there is an incline nearby instead of stairs.

Obe came and showed me how to properly turn on my drier. He is wonderful. Obe changed my air filter and refrigerator filter promptly and with his joyful expertise. Again I appreciate him

Lovely place to live. Wonderful amenities and a team of employees, Chris, Sharon, Obi and Eduardo, who go above and beyond daily to make life easy and enjoyable for the residents.

Riverwalk Pointe is a great place to live. The staff goes above and beyond and the property is in a great location. I would recommend living here to anyone!

I have been living at Riverwalk for four years plus and I love it here. One of the reasons I love it is because of Chris. She is efficient, creative and always willing to help me anytime I have a problem. I enjoy the activities that Chris creates and she makes sure the grounds are clean and pristine. The events she creates brings the residents together so we get to know each other. It is so pleasant to walk around the development as everyone is warm and friendly to each other because of her. She truly works her heart out and doesn't sit around. Special thanks to Chris as she loves my dog. Elaine and Dino Gottesman.
