I went here blind based off of the good reviews and the fact that the owner actually answered and replied to the reviews of his store. I have to say it was an amazing experience, walking in right off of the street for the first time I was greeted like a long time customer and friend. Michael repaired my wife's engagement ring without hesitation and even gave it a good cleaning and polish without me even asking. I was very impressed by the staff, the store and the service. I dropped off several pieces of jewelry to be repaired at 6th Avenue Jewelers. All repairs were excellent especially my 30 y.o. diamond engagement ring. It is beautiful and looks as new as the day I accepted it.

So grateful for the professionalism and expertise of this local jeweler! They have a way of making everyone feel comfortable. My husband loved his experience there and the customized ring we have made by melding three rings together is so special. They are very prompt and very helpful. They went the extra mile when they repaired my earrings. Put new stronger posts on my earrings since they said the other earring would lose its post as well. I’m very pleased and brought my other jewelry to get fixed by them. They also have very pretty selections of new jewelry.

I came in VERY last minute today to get my Invicta watch and wedding ring & band cleaned. Jordan recommended the rhodium plating (which I knew it needed) and I was VERY pleasantly surprised that they did it all in house ans was able to get it done SAME DAY with not a lot of time to spare. Other places I went to wanted to mail it out with a 5-7 business day turn around. Jordan did an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING JOB!! My ring looked the BEST it has EVER looked after a professional cleaning!!🥰 Literally like it was brand new! I have decided to continue to come to them for my cleanings which are free! The owner was very nice and helpful. We looked at several different rings. And I found one that I really liked and she size it with me, and then cleaned one of my rings, and we discussed my pink sapphire and diamond ring maintenance and putting beads on the band so it would help it to stop spinning on my finger I was recommended by an associate who bought his wife’s wedding band and diamond ring in the store, and they are exactly what he said I would recommend them to everyone

So... I have had two pieces that were repaired here and I am beyond happy! My husbands ring first had his stone replaced. I expected it to be 2-3 weeks and it was literally done in days! I returned for my wedding ring to have a resize and stones replaced and they have made it amazingly fitting just for me. The customer service is beyond on point. You are getting quality without the arm and a leg rate. But they are fair, you pay for quality. Moving forward they will be our only stop for repairs/purchases! (*Coming from a customer who is overly annoying lol they handled me well which speaks volumes to their customer service)
