I had a very nice 7 night stay there in 2016. - Very cool manager - Amazing and authentic food cooked by the managers girlfriend - Clean and spacy apartment with a view - nice pool (watch out: astonishingly many wasps) - remote and peaceful location We had some family with two kids arriving two days in our stay. Absolutely spoiled and noisy brats with a dragonlike grandmother not caring about the wellbeing of the other guests. Simone took care of this discomfort in a very sensitive way so we could enjoy our stay there and the poor kids could live out their immense compulsion to move in a close waterpark. Very professional!

Magnificent property with wonderful host. Highly recommend this property to anyone who wants a true Tuscan experience. Great location as a home base for day trips to Florence, Chianti and Rome (via fast train 1 hour). We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and can’t wait to go back!

Everything was very nice. Nice big rooms, well equipped kitchen, personal garden, the pool is also nice. What you will notice first is the silence. Only the sounds of nature.

Tuscan Paradise

Wow wow wow! This was our first time in Tuscany and I’m so glad we stayed at Simone’s place. We rented out the whole property for 5 days for 13 guests. The property itself is so much bigger and more beautiful than the pictures show. The view was amazing. The apartments are spacious. The property is maintained beautifully and secluded. The pool is big and beautiful. I have to give a huge shootout to Simone, he was so accommodating and Quick with answering any of our questions before and during our stay. Check-in/out was easy Simone met us at the property and showed us around. He give us good recommendations and was easy to find during our stay. We also had our micro wedding here, our wedding planner worked with Simone and everything went perfectly. This property was a beautiful backdrop to our outdoor wedding dinner. I would highly recommend this property especially if you rent out the entire property. We hope to go back again.

We zijn de laatste week van onze vakantie naar Podere Casarotta geweest, apartement Il Fienile. Het mooiste uitzicht en terras van alle verblijven in Italië. Heerlijk verkoelend zwembad met een douche, mooie ligging, rust, uitzicht en geen luidruchtigheis van kinderen. We hadden een perfecte grote bbq, zitjes, prieel, ligstoenen. Keuken zeer compleet uitgerust. Grote koel/vries combinatie, oven, electr. Kookplaat, snijmachine, koffie machine met cups etc. 2 ingangen waardoor je niet met je zware bagage de wenteltrap op hoefde. Leuke welkomstmand. Enige ding in de badkamer was dat er geen ophangsysteem voor de douche kop was. Dat verbaasde ons, douchekop vasthouden en in bad douchen. Maar na een verzoek om hier een oplossing voor te vinden, was er binnen 3 dagen een ophangsysteem met douche gordijn,top. Kleine verbeterpunten : horren voor ieder raam, wifi ook bij het zwembad. Super verblijf gehad hier.
