Absolutely the best hands and personality in the business. She pays attention to her clients, and her range of soft to firmness with her hands is well practiced. Been a consistent customer for many years. Staff both up-front when greeted in, and the wonderful folks with magical hands that take the stress and aches away in back are in my opinion are superb. Vanessa does an amazing application on my facials each and every time. Leaving me feeling good about myself. Clayton is amazing in keeping me even with stretching and followed by amazing massage to relieve my muscles and stress. Would absolutely recommend them both for their services.

Kari was professional and very pleasant during my 90 minute massage. I felt amazing when I left! Highly recommend!!! Not a fan of the "up sell" speech of services and products by the front desk staff upon completion, but I do understand that's how the business runs. Staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable. I've been to Massage Envy twice now. I have a very tight back. My poor 120 lb wife can't get in there. I sometimes have my 13 year old son walk in my back with his heels. Usually I temper my expectations with a massage. Miranda, bless her heart, uses her elbows like a pro. That can't be easy tenderizing a dude's back for an hour and a half. Imagine the Rock delivering a People's elbow, but the scenic route. It's been a fantastic experience and I'm looking forward to continuing my membership. Do it, jabroni.

Do not RECCOMEND poor process for Cancelling Membership. My wife had a membership for well over a year. about 4 months ago she tried to cancel the service to save money. She was then told you need to talk to a person and that someone will contact her. She got a text message asking her to call, she did and was told that he was out. That happened a few times. Nobody told her that you are required to fill out a docusign form in order to cancel the service. Four months later we are getting billed still. I drove to the store and spoke to Amanda who reluctantly sent out the docusign form so it could be filled out. I request a refund of all credits on the account. We are not getting a refund according to an email from Amanda. She did say we can use the nearly $400.00 in the store before Jan 16 2024. I never intend to do business here ever again. A membership that is nearly rammed down your throat in a sales pitch lasting upwards of 10 minutes, and can be done right there in the store. Come time that someone wants to cancel there membership and you need to talk to a special department who never seems to be there when you call back after getting a text message from them. As I expected I got a response from "this Franchised Location" I followed the linked filled out the form and got nothing back from them on this matter. I am now more disappointed (if that is even possible). My last option is to address this to BBB to see if anything can be done to recover the money that was taken from me.

Clayton is the best!!! He is very knowledgeable and has helped me with my pain more in the past few months than any other treatment I have tried. After my last massage I had a much needed good night of sleep with no pain.

I absolutely love everything about this place. The environment is calming and relaxing and the staff from the time you come in until you leave is GREAT! Clayton is so kind and makes you feel so comfortable which each session. He is very good at working the individual muscles and problem areas which always has me leave feeling so much better! My only complaint is the message techs need a longer break between sessions. I have come directly behind a massage. They work so hard and I can’t imagine how tiring a 90 minute massage is … they just need some rest time between.

I've been seeing Grant for several months. He is one of the best massage therapist I've been to. Very trauma-informed - explains what he is doing, draping and tucking of sheets in a very careful way. His massage techniques work well for my body - takes his time with the muscle, working it slowly until he can go deep without my muscles pushing him away.

Gabby did a fantastic job. She was very personable and made sure I was comfortable. I would recommend her to anyone.

Had my first 2 hr massage and it was great! Gabby was very personable and really worked on my knots & tight areas. On a lesser satisfaction point, it would be nice if the app worked and if you weren’t pressed to purchase an enhancement as soon as you walked in.

Erin is the bomb dot com! She got all the tension out of my back and shoulders and got my hips back in alignment, and gave great feedback and recommendations. You can't go wrong with an Erin massage :)

She’s been working on me for a few months and she’s extremely helpful with my fibromyalgia issues.

Crystal is the best! One of the best deep tissue massage. She gets in every tinny tension knots I have. I just wish I can book a 90min, instead of 60min with her because 50 minutes just instead enough. Too good!

I have been a happy client here for several years. Erin has been my massage therapist almost the entire time. Erin is wonderful. She makes me feel comfortable and knows what areas to target if I’m feeling stiff or sore somewhere. I always feel better after seeing her. In addition to Erin’s greatness, the other staff is friendly and helpful. I pamper myself with a facial from time to time. I need to take better care of my face and they are happy to help with suggestions for products to purchase to use at home. This location is always clean and inviting. Yes, the goal is for you to become a member, but as someone with several chronic conditions, it has become a welcomed part of my self-care routine.

I love my 2 favorite therapists at Terre Haute ME. Erin is very knowledgeable about health and wellness when it comes to massage and stretching! She is always very professional and tentative to the needs of the client. Top notch! Vanessa is AMAZING with skincare! She has helped my skin improve so much over the past year. She’s always pleasant, knowledgeable and excited about what she does! She guides me to the best fit for me and my skincare routine. I really recommend both of these ladies highly!
