I
really
don’t
like
to
leave
bad
reviews
but
I
have
tried
to
get
this
resolved
and
this
company
just
does
not
care.
I
was
sold
a
watch
with
the
wrong
dial.
I
have
attached
pics
of
what
I
received
and
what
the
watch
is
supposed
to
be.
I
bought
a
Breitling
Navitimer
806
AOPA
which
serial
number
dates
back
to
a
1959
model.
The
watch
I
received
has
a
dial
that
was
introduced
4
years
later.
Jessica
handed
the
phone
to
a
person
who
claims
their
name
was
Chad.
He
declined
my
full
refund
as
he
thinks
these
dials
were
interchangeable.
I
disagreed
and
send
him
proof
difference
official
sources
such
as
3
Breitling
Historians,
Boutique
approved
links
to
official
websites
as
well
as
the
Boutique
confirming
my
claim.
I
called
7
times
asking
to
please
talk
to
the
owner
to
plead
my
case
but
never
received
a
call
back.
Since
they
will
not
tell
me
which
store
should
take
ownership
of
this
issue
and
I
bought
the
watch
out
of
state.
I
am
leaving
this
review
on
all
related
stores
to
the
Collectors
Coins
Jewelry
Watches.
Again,
I
have
emails,
texts,
invoice,
phone
history
records
and
more
to
prove
my
claim.
If
the
owner
never
received
my
many
messages
and
emails
please
get
with
Jessica,
Chad
and
Mike.
Your
website
talks
about
earning
a
reputation
as
experts
appraisers
but
yet
you
sold
me
a
Franken
and
will
not
admit
to
your
mistake.
Originality
is
everything
toma
collector
and
it
is
sad
you
have
people
working
for
you
who
will
not
stand
behind
your
own
company
motto
treating
people
integrity
and
respect
which
are
neither
things
I
experienced.
