🫤 So I've been waiting some time to write this review so I could give myself time to heal and be fair. I scheduled an appointment to see Dr. Weiss July of 2023. While I was waiting for the doctor I met with Marielle FNP instead. While Marielle was amazing & friendly, I wasn't sure why Dr. Weiss see me... People often mention surgery,

So I've been waiting some time to write this review so I could give myself time to heal and be fair. I scheduled an appointment to see Dr. Weiss July of 2023. While I was waiting for the doctor I met with Marielle FNP instead. While Marielle was amazing & friendly, I wasn't sure why Dr. Weiss see me. I explain my symptoms to Marielle (which weren't so much sinus related) and she goes into great detail and explains the in's & out's. She proceeds to tell me I would benefit from a balloon sinus inflation surgery to help breathe better etc. I got X-rays taken, I was explained how much I would benefit from the surgery. Someone came in to explain prices and scheduling. Unfortunately my insurance wouldn't cover the surgery. I was told even if my insurance did cover it, I would end up spending more. After hearing the prices I agreed and saw it was in my budget. They tried to schedule my surgery for the following Friday. I said no, that is too soon. I still wanted to go home and do some research. My surgery was done in August, I paid out of pocket. Dr. Waters was my surgeon, the day of surgery was the 1st and last time I ever saw her. After getting out of surgery I went home and was hit with one of the most excruciating pains I've ever felt. I was told just some mild pain since a balloon was used during surgery. I have a high pain tolerance but this was so bad I called the nurse and said something is wrong. I couldn't handle the burning sensation, I was told there is nothing I can do and to just push through it. When I went for my check up I was met with NFP Marielle again. While she is a delight I thought my check up should & would be with Dr. Waters since she performed my surgery. I didn't get the allergy test that is recommended after surgery since my insurance wouldn't cover it. I don't suffer from allergies thankfully, so we all agreed that I should be ok, but to call and come in if anything changes. The front desk staff & nurses are AMAZING, but I can't say the same for the practice, I believe someone used the word chop shop and honestly that is the best way to explain it. You are in and out, money is taken and sent on your merry way. I honestly feel worse than before the surgery, my nostrils won't flare when I'm trying to breathe. I read that some people require a 2nd surgery but I will not go back with CT ENT.

Great customer service and exceptional practice. I felt welcome and everyone treated me like they were here to serve me and take care of my health. The PAs and docs explained what they were doing and I appreciate great service. Definitely recommend them for your ENT needs.

In Dr Weiss' office I only had a short wait until I was taken into the exam room. Everyone I saw was very cordial and explained everything I asked about, making sure I understood all the topics we covered, conditions, options, when to take medications and making some lifestyle changes in eating choices. They even showed me the video of inside my nose and throat, explaining what was what and whether something was normal or not. I felt very well taken care of and have a follow up visit scheduled for 2 months from today. RA

Great Experience!!! I called to make an appointment and they were able to get me in the very next day. When I arrived, the front Desk as well as the medical assistant were very helpful, friendly and attentive. I was called in right at the scheduled time, I didn’t even wait long. Dr. Kathryn Giunta was amazing!! She took her time to go over my chart and explained procedures, she was very informative.. I am definitely going back and I would 100% recommend this practice!!

This place is Phenomenal! State of the Art equipment. I have been suffering with allergies and sinus congestion for over 50 years. The scan of my head showed very enlarged turbinates. Who knew? No clue what a turbinate was however I signed up right then to have it taken care of. Kim, PA and the staff were so attentive. I look forward to Finally being able to Breathe. I Highly recommend CT Sinus Center. Glad I paid attention to the FB ad.

Pros: Great technology. Dr Weiss gave me the relief I needed by diagnosing me with meniere's disease almost 10 years ago. Other ENTs failed me greatly. Cons: I recently called and spoke to the front desk to request an email address for the doctor. (I explained I wanted to run a scenario by him for a new treatment) She told her he didn't have one. I asked if there was another way to speak with him, perhaps they have an app or a website.. she told me no you're going to have to make an appointment. I asked, "so to speak with my doctor and ask him one question I need to make an appointment?" She said yes. And now I need to find a new ENT because that's ridiculous.

Overall a good experience. PA who helped me was wonderful and polite. Would’ve give 5 stars except that I waited over 25 minutes to be seen.
