I'm
writing
this
because
of
the
disrespectful
and
insulting
customer
service
my
party
received.
As
a
Registered
Dietitian
(RD)
and
Head
of
the
L.I
Restaurant
Association,
I
know
bad
customer
service
when
I
see
it.
I
made
a
reservation
prior
to
my
visit,
and
even
called
the
day
of
to
confirm.
I
arrived
and
there
was
no
reservation
under
my
name.
Mistakes
happen,
and
my
party
and
I
were
finally
seated.
My
party
ordered
a
few
meat
boards
and
a
bunch
of
tapas
to
share
along
with
a
few
bottles
of
wine.
The
diversity
of
the
menu
food
was
very
good!
However,
I
did
not
realize
nor
anticipate
that
my
stay
at
the
establishment
was
being
TIMED.
Our
waitress
rudely
interjected
at
my
party's
table
and
stated,
"By
the
way,
you
have
15..I
mean
17
minutes
left
before
you
have
to
leave".
I
asked
her
why
and
she
stated,
"Reservations
are
only
an
hour
and
a
half
long".
I
wish
I
was
made
aware
of
this
policy
before
I
made
the
reservation.
It
was
not
noted
anywhere
on
the
Restaurant's
website,
nor
when
I
entered.
A
few
minutes
later,
another
person
(presumably
the
restaurant
owner
or
Maitre'd)
yelled
at
us
and
said,
"Your
time
is
up,
you
need
to
leave.
Here's
a
box".
Personally,
I
was
very
insulted
by
the
staff.
I
strongly
feel
that
this
could
have
been
handled
a
different
way.
I
basically
was
kicked
out
of
the
restaurant,
along
with
my
party.
It
was
probably
the
most
embarrassing
act
of
a
restaurant
and
hospitality
establishment
I've
ever
seen.
I'm
not
returning
to
the
establishment
again,
and
suggest
that
other's
avoid
it
as
well.
