    Hands down the worst West Marine store in the country. Second time I ordered something shipped to store and they tried selling me a used or demo product. Wasted my time and put project back another week.

    Staff is so helpful. I’m not a sportswoman but I have been successful in getting several items of excellent quality. Staff go out of there way to assist me. Good old fashion service.

    I purchased a marine electronics GPS unit at this location. Carl was very helpful explaining how to use the item including some details about the settings that were very helpful to me. This kind of customer service is very valuable and appreciated.

    The staff is always super helpful. If they don't have the product, they always suggest where else I can look. They also have a rewards program you should sign up for if you own a boat or purchase with them regularly.
