My fiancé did a custom order for my engagement ring. The center diamond is crooked in the setting and loose. The diamonds on the side are super rough. Brought the ring in to get fixed. Took about 2 weeks and was called by then saying the ring is ready for pick up. Go to the store to pick it up and the ring is exactly how I left it. Diamond crooked and falling out. Terrible service. Will NEVER buy anything from Kay again. Very poorly made jewelry with a service department that clearly doesn’t pay attention to what they’re doing. If I could give 0 stars I would.

My husband and I shopped at Kay Jewelers in the Smith Haven mall and had Maria as our sales rep. She was a tremendous help and just lovely! She spent a lot of time with us and was very patient! If you plan on shopping at that location, we highly recommend you work with Maria.

Bought a custom engagement ring here and after taking 8 weeks to make it, picked it up and 3 weeks later my fiancé went to get the ring sized and was told “the ring purchase doesn’t exist in the system”. Went up to the store with all the receipts and bills I’ve been paying for the last few months since this process started to prove the purchase of the ring. STORE IS RAN VERY POORLY AND UNPROFESSIONAL. 100% do not recommend this jewelry store.

WOW gotta say I’ve seen some customer service in retail but at this store Bella was excellent. What a sweetheart and great sales person. She helped me pick out a ring for my fiancé and I felt so comfortable with her around. I looked in a few different jewelry places for a ring but Bella sold the deal for me. Loved the customer service she offered and would recommend anyone to shop here.

The assistant manager Emily should be the head manager of the store. After having so many issues with our engagement ring with different associates as well as other managers Emily was able to resolve all of our issues and got us back on track to enjoy our Engagement! Definitely will be going back to make more purchases through Emily. Kay is lucky to have such a great face representing them. We would have completely went somewhere else had she not been there.

Every time I go to Lake Grove KAY there is a new reason as to why they can’t help with an inspection or warranty service. Today I waited online for a half hour to find out neither one of my rings could be inspected. “They are not in your jewelry box at this location “. For 12 years I’ve been getting my rings inspected and never heard this excuse. Absolutely the worst customer service and experience. They make it impossible to keep up eight he warranty.

Emily was very kind. My Movado I bought from my local Kay Jewelers had an issue. The pin came out and my watch fell apart. I went to this Kay Jewelers and she took care of the problem immediately. Very friendly and understanding staff! Highly recommend you go and see her! Amazing service

This place is only getting 5 stars because of Katrina, Don't come here unless she is working, I was just here to pick up my wedding band and was ignored twice, like I was just here for a pickup give me 5 minutes and I'll leave, no I'll be right with you until after being passed over, but Katrina made it easy to pick a wedding band and made sure we were under budget

IT WAS THE best I wanted to spend $$3000 then got my wife the ring she wanted but under. The magner really was the best I had in any Kay jewelers I ever been in. Thank you to everyone that worked in the store.

Kat was so helpful. Polite. Explained everything. I have never had such great customer service anywhere. Compared to the service I received at another Kay store in Shirley NY. I’m feel better about my purchases and no longer feel like I was ripped off.

Emily and Corrine are amazing employees. Corinne helped with the first part of the process in getting my ring. Emily helped me with a repair needed and even after minor issue she still went above and beyond to resolve the issue. The only reason I do not give a 5 is because of the repair issue. Beyond that, all employees made shopping easy and fun.

Emily, Melissa & Corinne are all great employees there. Corinne goes above and beyond! I had SEVERAL issues with my original engagement ring. & they all helped me to get me a new ring that made me a very satisfied customer!

The assistant manager Bella at Lake Grove was extremely kind & helpful when I needed a stone fixed in my ring. She helped re set up my warranty that had expired for free of charge. Highly recommend!!!
