I love my new piercing!! The piercer Eddy was amazing! He helped me from the day I went in to ask about the piercing and jewelry. He was so patient and answered all my questions thoroughly. The day of the appointment he was very kind and walked me through the whole process. Even though I have had other piercings in the past but by other piercers he didn’t rush through the experience he still explained everything and made sure I knew that everything he was using was clean and sterile. Throughout the whole process he checked in on me and treated me like his best friend which made me super comfortable. He even made sure I was comfortable before starting which was really important. After everything was done I felt just a slight dizzy because I hadn’t eaten anything prior and sometimes get dizzy spells when I get up since I was laying down so he gave me some water and let me just take a minute to catch myself until I felt good to go. I have been to high end and low end shops/piercers in the past but this place was definitely the best by far because not only are the prices fair but the piercer and the staff are also amazing. The girl at the check in was also very sweet and friendly. I honestly felt like I was treated with so much care and the quality of service is just as great as going to a high end piercer but without the long wait. Eddy is a gem! 💎 I will be going back for future piercings and I definitely recommend anyone that wants a new piercing to go to Eddy 🩷💎

I showed up without an appointment. I waited longer than anticipated, but overall the experience was amazing. The people were extremely nice and they made sure everything was sterile before they pierced my ears. I appreciated the entire process. I also was glad they pierced my cartilage with a needle and don’t use the piercing guns. I would definitely go back if I were to get another piercing the prices are worth it.

Eddy is the best piercer! This was by far the best piercing experience I’ve ever had. Eddy was supportive throughout the whole process and explained everything that he was doing. I got a conch and a flat helix piercing, and Eddy made it quick and relatively pain-free. Love this place will definitely go back.

I got my nose pierced here by Eddie and my experience was absolutely wonderful. They walked me through every step of what was happening, explaining to me how to tell for the future whether or not the instruments being used on me for piercing were sterile, and the employees were overall just really nice and thorough with telling me about everything. There were also lots of jewelry options which was great.

My experience was a 10/10. Sergio is the best piercer I’ve ever been to and I will be coming back next month for more piercings. The young man at the front desk was super sweet and very informative about the benefits of the jewelry metals they offered. Sergio talked me through the process and even showed me each and every step he takes for preparing and piercing the client. The environment is a 10/10 and the team is super welcoming and so kind. Overall an amazing experience.

Went to get my first ever face piercing and the piercer, Sonia, was really nice and well educated on placement (as my septum was a bit crooked). She knew how to pierce it straight and did it really fast. Everything was sterile and explained to me perfectly. I felt safe and trusted that this experience would be good. Also, the people in the front were very kind and helpful. Will be going back soon for more piercings!

I never write reviews. But I can’t explain how much I love going to Tribu. It all started with the Stamford location but I’m starting to lean more to the Norwalk one! Anyone who wants to get their ears done or anything else for that matter, PLEASE ask for Eddy. You will not be disappointed. I love this place! Eddy is an angel and so is Sarah. My first time going into Tribu was to support my partner who got a terrible nose piercing at a basement tattoo shop in Stamford, which was painful and crooked and had to be taken out. Their experience at Tribu could not have been more opposite in all the best ways. Eddy took their time, gently explaining and requesting consent. My partner's nose piercing looks perfect for their face, so even and proportional to their features. I had heard that Eddy was also fantastic at constellation ears, which has been a dream of mine for a few years. I went in to celebrate my birthday and walked away with three beautiful jewels in my ear and plans for a few more. Eddy was a collaborative artist in this with me, taking my likes into account but also bringing years of experience to the table and steering me away from things that might overpower my ear. Sarah was our check in and consent form person both times and made us feel excited and cared for at the same time. Eddy is awesome! He pierced my 3rd lobes. Then I went back a few weeks later and got a mid helix on my left ear. It was quick and pretty painless. He has great bedside manners and explains everything as he is going. Probably will be back to get another mid helix on my right ear once the left heals. Thanks Eddy! 😊

Walked in this afternoon to get a double nostril piercing and was truly blown away. The store is bright, wide open, clean and welcoming. The staff are attentive, professional, genuine, and warm. Eddie, the piercer, was incredible. He explained the whole process to me very clearly and had a very relaxed air about him so that I felt completely comfortable asking to make changes to the placement markings a few times - it really felt like we were on his journey together and not like he was anxious to get it done with and move on. I feel very confident that my piercings were done properly and will heal well, and I also feel confident that I would be welcomed and helped were I to need to contact one of the locations for help with the piercings at any point. I know exactly where I’m going and who I’m seeing when my either of my children are ready to get their ears pierced. I strongly recommend checking them out.

Eddy is the best! Brought my 10yo in for a lobe piercing and Eddy went above and beyond. He explained the entire process, including how to tell if piercing equipment came out of the autoclave clean. He went out of his way to make her feel safe and comfortable, even lending her a stuffy to hold. He was also kind enough to allow her bestie to come in and watch the process. My only regret is not having a bigger tip for him. Tribu and Eddy are professional, clean, friendly and accommodating. Will definitely return.

Went this Sunday with my sister in law and we had an amazing experience! From the moment you walk into the place it is so spacious and clean! Eddy greeted us and made us feel so comfortable. He did both our piercings, he was very informative, so nice & patient. Definitely recommend Tribu for all your piercing needs!

Today I had my second daughter’s ears pierced with Tribu- this time in Sono- and had a great experience. The employees were polite and the piercist worked with me on piercing my daughters ears in a manner that met both of our goals. The environment is clean, the appointment was timely, and they explain everything you could possible need explained, including how to tell if sanitary equipment is being used. I have one more who is a hold out and not ready yet to get her ears pierced but when she is ready, I will absolutely take her to Tribu.

I’m so glad I found this place - it checks all the boxes of a legit piercing spot that knows what they’re doing. They use hollow needles to pierce, have plenty of implant-grade titanium earring options and carry sterile saline for aftercare. Eddy pierced my very eager 4-year-old and he did such an amazing job of making her first piercing fun and (nearly)) painless. Loved him! Also, the prices are extremely reasonable and the store was spotless. I’ll be coming back!

My friends and I had the most amazing piercing experience here. Our piercer was the sweetest, he walked us through the entire process and he was incredibly sanitary. He made us all feel very safe. My friend has extreme anxiety about needles and when she almost fainted he did an amazing job comforting her and helping her through it, I’m convinced if we had went anywhere else she wouldn’t have been able to get it done! The price and the atmosphere is fantastic, I HIGHLY recommend it. If I ever want any more piercings, this is the place i’m running to.

I got my belly pierced today and it was a great experience! Eddy was my piercer and he walked me through every step of the whole process and made sure I was very comfortable the whole time. Based on the reviews I read I went here for my daughters first ear piercing and was so impressed. Eddy did an amazing job making us all comfortable and walked her through the process start to finish. This place is super professional and very understanding. They use a piercing needle which is very more safe than a piercing gun and my piercer told me everything about how to tell if the products have been sanitized, how to actually put in your piercings correctly, and more. The amazing person at the front desk was also understanding. they told us which material is better for the body and didn’t once rush us to pick a diamond. This place is so amazing. I highly recommend!!
