Everything for the runners and trekkers, plus some casual sports wear too. Very friendly and helpful staff. As it was my first visit they offered to analyse my steps to recommend the most adapted shoes.

I was very disappointed with my experience, not with the shop itself, but with the disrespectful employee. When I entered the shop and asked to try on Hoka shoes, he responded in a disrespectful manner, saying, 'You can't try them if you're going to buy online.' He then aggressively threw the box in my face and returned to his counter. I left the shop feeling upset because I genuinely wanted to make a purchase, but I'm not willing to pay 200€ for shoes if I'm unsure about the fit. My question is, why are they paying your salary if you're not doing your job properly? I'm very disappointed, as I didn't expect this behavior from a shop that's supposed to be a “good sports shop”. Later, I called the manager, Christopher Thomas. I introduced myself and asked if I was speaking to the manager. He was even more disrespectful, speaking harshly on the phone and said to write a review. So here I am, saying, 'Avoid this shop because it is full of unprofessional people'."

Also my go-to store for running shoes. I recommend Trakks to friends too. They are knowledgeable about the shoes and patient with you when trying many pairs. Even recommended a pair in the sale rather than the more expensive ones I had just tried. Normally five stars from me but the stock level was just a bit low this time - probably due to sale season. But they arranged for a pair to be transferred from another store. Also helpful for me that they speak English better than my French.

Booked a session in the running lab. Was advised a model that was not fitting to my feet and bought a pair of shoes that was two sizes bigger than what I need, just because the salesperson kept insisting. To top it all, the salesperson tried to flirt while I was on the treadmill. Felt uncomfortable with this unprofessional behavior.

Last week on Monday I went to Trakks store in Etterbeek, looking for running shoes. I am a beginner runner so I entered with very few knowledge about what shoes to choose. A very friendly employee, I think his name was Diego, helped me choose the right shoes for my level and gave me some very useful tips for my upcoming 10km. I would definitely recommend this store !

Badly adviced about the size and no return policy if you have tried the shoes. But how would you know if you don't? put in on your head ???? According to the staff, I had to try the shoes on the treadmill and that's it, "I am not the manager" ... I have to say this is the last time they see me. TO AVOID!
