I
was
very
disappointed
with
my
experience,
not
with
the
shop
itself,
but
with
the
disrespectful
employee.
When
I
entered
the
shop
and
asked
to
try
on
Hoka
shoes,
he
responded
in
a
disrespectful
manner,
saying,
'You
can't
try
them
if
you're
going
to
buy
online.'
He
then
aggressively
threw
the
box
in
my
face
and
returned
to
his
counter.
I
left
the
shop
feeling
upset
because
I
genuinely
wanted
to
make
a
purchase,
but
I'm
not
willing
to
pay
200€
for
shoes
if
I'm
unsure
about
the
fit.
My
question
is,
why
are
they
paying
your
salary
if
you're
not
doing
your
job
properly?
I'm
very
disappointed,
as
I
didn't
expect
this
behavior
from
a
shop
that's
supposed
to
be
a
“good
sports
shop”.
Later,
I
called
the
manager,
Christopher
Thomas.
I
introduced
myself
and
asked
if
I
was
speaking
to
the
manager.
He
was
even
more
disrespectful,
speaking
harshly
on
the
phone
and
said
to
write
a
review.
So
here
I
am,
saying,
'Avoid
this
shop
because
it
is
full
of
unprofessional
people'."
