It is my second year here in Brusello. I can tell from my experience that the service(wifi, heating, sometimes hot water), especially wifi doesn’t work properly. Sometimes there’s no wifi at all for straight 5 days. I can suggest directly other residences unless you don’t want you deposit to lose forever. I dont know any single friend of mine got their deposit money fully. They always find something in your room(usage of heating, etc). It is not a bot review. Also, other reviews which are 5 stars are mostly from the owners of the rooms in the residence.

Lousy administration. If you have any maintenance/repair problem, forget it. They don't care at all.

The place and facilities are nice. They are comfortable. HOWEVER, like the previous reviews have mentioned, when an issue arises, repairs and maintenance take a long time to be done. And the expenses have been increasing quite a lot. It feels like... they try to put a price tag on every single thing. Such as changing a light bulb in your own room. You gotta pay for the bulb, and the person's services for changing it. With monthly rents that are relatively high, these maintenances should be already included.

If I could, I would give them a zero. A residence where they won't resolve any issues, and when you leave, they'll send you a €1,300 energy consumption bill to eat up your deposit. Stay away, don't be fooled by the positive reviews from friends of friends.

The residence is very modern & energy efficient. The kotcoaches are very helpful & the building is equipped with all amenities to make student time a great time. There is also an Aldi in the building! ⭐️
