Parc Les Etoiles, what a nice surprise! Beautiful setting, very quiet and relaxed atmosphere. Unbeatable value low‐price. A somewhat dated bungalow but everything was functioning as described and mentioned on the booking website. A little minor point was a humidity/plumbing stench throughout the bungalow - i did not report it to the reception. But I would recommend a stay

Very quiet place, perfect for a romantic escape weekend. Only few things... The beds were single beds and we knew it but either the sheets and the blankets were for single beds; the beds were not made, we had to do it; no bathroom towels; reception: very basic English, a big difficult to comunicate and not suggestions for restaurants/what to see out of the park!

Very nice and homely. Well maintained chalets with a nice children's park and swimming pool. The restaurant food is really tasty as well

I strongly not advise this place, there is nothing inside the park especially for children, no entertainment, incompetent staff, dirty cottage. beautiful view and equipped kitchen are the strong points for the rest we will definitely not return. Even really incompetent customer service. They gave me 2 times wrong information.

Great park! Great service and decent amount of facilities. The pool is a bit on the small side, especially when it is busy. But they do have a great area to explore and hike! The food tastes really good, nicely prepared and having the option to get it delivered at your doorstep is nice. Maybe a bit more inventory in the supermarket would be nice, but i really love the park.

Great place for stay. Chalet had everything that we needed. Plus, a small electric fireplace gave coziness and atmosphere as we've been there in wintertime. Easy to find, parking next to chalet. A lot of places around to visit. Staff helpful and friendly. Right before checking in time, we've got a message with clear check-in and out instructions. Absolutely recommended.

The village looks nice but the cottages are humid and musty (very telling smell as soon as you enter). Mattresses are old and soft.

We spent 1 week at the park and everything was really nice and good, the house was clean and had everything you need to relax and to spend good quality time. The park is beautiful and really quite and i defenetly recommend it if you are looking for a place to rest and relax. Alsaw the amount we paid was not expensive for what you get in return. We defenetly come back.

It was good and relaxing. Can spend nice time with family. Have indoor pool and sauna. Play area for kids. Possible fishing with own tools. Lot of greenary around.

I would strongly recommend this hotel if you have a dog!!! Amazing experience! Super dog friendly, good for dog socialization! Chalet is cozy to enjoy your r&r holiday, feel relax here!

Clean and organised. Park is maintained quiet and green. Missed a reception and shop with more products closer to the houses because it was in hot period, else it would have been a nice walk.

Beautiful park with all the necessary amenities available. The views are great and the staff is very friendly. The only recommendations I would have involve updates/renovations for the cabin interior. The road up to the restaurant/convenience store/bar can be pretty tough depending on where your cabin is located, so be prepared to take the car or bring your hiking shoes!

The place is good, the cabins could be cleaner upon check-in. The staff is very friendly, however not providing clear instructions on important matters. E.g. there is a shop and a restaurant just aside the registration desk, not obvious, and there was no clear information provided.

The park is amazing, the view is spectacular. However it takes a lot of the experience away when there is no running water at all for the duration of our stay (which is the whole weekend 19-20 June) and the problem still is'nt fixed. No shower, no toilet flushing, no hand washing... very poor hygiene overall, especially in COVID-19 times unacceptable.

It was a beautiful park and nice view! But from the moment we arrived we had no water. The next day we expected this to be fixed, but after a day of canoeing and sweating we couldn't shower, or washing our hands, flushing the toilet or just drinking water from the tap. Water is a basic necessity of life, we did not receive bottles of water from the park either. Very dissatisfied with how this affected our stay.
