Overall we had a nice holiday. The problem however with the park is the day visitors. On the one Thursday there were so many day visitors at the water park that we no longer wanted to be there. There was food all over the floor and kids urinating in open view in the kids area.

Fantastic place to travel with a baby. We felt so relaxed the entire time because everything was so convenient. Accommodations were baby-friendly and our one-year old happily crawled about the cottage safely. The waterpark was the highlight with many fun and varied pools for all ages. The petting zoo was also a high-point for our little one. The one downside is the food, which is overpriced and not great quality. We brought our own lunches/dinners after reading bad reviews, but we took the breakfast buffet which was definitely worth it.They had great options for babies too! Overall, we would 100% recommend this for young families. We are already planning to go back next summer.

Go for the pony experience cottage if your child loves ponies/horses. They have horses for the bigger kids. Wonderful big indoor playground. There is a seating area/cafe inside for adults while the children play. Availed of the Christmas package. We got a small tree the kids could decorate inside the cottage, and a small feast we could cook with the electric cooker that came with the package.

It was a good experience, nice park with a lot of facilities. A lot of activities and entertainment for young kids, great indoor playground, tropical plants and ambiance in the swimming pool. Personnel is multilingual however kids entertainment is only in Dutch (few words/sentences in English or French wouldn't be such an effort and they would be very welcoming for those kids that do not speak Dutch). We were very happy with the renovated cottage, it was well equipped and clean. Concerning restaurants, food quality is quite low and the ratio quality/price can be improved.

We had quite an experience. We arrived at a place in the middle of a forest that was very beautiful. The cabin was very simple, there was an unpleasant smell inside. There was a feeling that everything there was not clean. And very, very simple even though it was a premium cabin. Very noisy there, many people from Germany who shout and disturb sleep even at night. One thing that was good - it's an aquapark. Restaurants are very expensive and not tasty there at all. A small, relatively isolated store, and there is a variety of foods there. Not recommend at all

We had a great time at Center Parcs. The location is easy to find and is not too far from the local shops/supermarkets like Lidl where we did our big shop for the four days. The bedrooms in the cottage are a bit smaller than expected but the cottage has everything you need, functional rather than luxury. We enjoyed the Sauna in the VIP cottage, as well as the daily bread rolls. The starter pack is a little small - so it's a good idea to bring additional toiletries and washing liquid etc. Onsite activities were great - the swimming pool is brilliant, as well as the soft play, play areas and petting zoo. We also hired bikes, did a kids safari, pony ride, bowling and hired a pedalo - all activities were great and reasonably priced - everything is booked via the app/website and then logged via your wrist band. We didn't use the on-site restaurants much but there was plenty of choice. All in all, a really memorable family holiday and I'm sure we will be back.

We visited this park because we wanted to bring our kids to a new swimming pool paradise. This was the best option available in a short time. We spend hours and hours at the Aqua Mundo 3 water slides for older children, 1 wild slide that goes outside with a wild end, 2 swimming pools outside with a wonderful surrounding, specially at night, 5 warm bubble baths, a big swimming pool that goes until 1.80 mtrs, a wave swimming pool that brings you with the flow and 3 places for the youngest 0-4 years to have fun with water and sand, besides a whole water paradise where you get a huge bucket of water on your head and run around surrounded by sprinklers. Besides you can bring your own food but you can also get a quick snack hamburger, frikandel, french fries but also ice cream or even chips. Our expectations were succeed.

Nicely kept bungalows. Everything is relatively new and perfectly clean. Beware though: towels and complimentary toiletries are not included. There's also no dishwasher fluid... The activities and accommodations are very nice and varied and the park is amazing. If you're interested in specific activities, do book them beforehand, because they fill up very quickly. It can be done pretty painlessly through the app and your account. Decent aqua park and restaurants. The food is relatively expensive, also in the little super market. Expect to spend as much there for your food as you would pay in the restaurant, so if you want to keep it relatively cheap, bring as much of your own food as you can for a short stay, and for a longer stay, take the car to a super market outside of the park.

Not the best experience to be honest. Ad said that parking will be available, just didn't say that it will be 20 minutes away from the cabin... after a looong day (12 hours on my feet, walking wasn't on my list after that time) they wouldn't let me in the car whilst there were others parked just beside my cabin for few days. Gestapo staff didn't care that I am in pain and tired, they were okay with me walking to car park at 6AM for next day... oh, and one needs to book towels, that is really unheard of...

Our first CenterParc on holiday with our children. Absolutely loved the experience. Amazing amount of things to do included, and lots of add-ons to choose from to fit your budget. We brought our own food and were grateful, as the park food is expensive and very bland. Our only problem was that our cottage had an ant problem 🐜 They were all over the bathroom and kitchen. We moved all of our pantry items to the fridge even, but the ants remained. Even still, we'd like to definitely come again. It was lovely.

Just know that if you aren't going to swim but your kids want to...still take a bathing suit or they kick you out of the pool area. My wife and I were just going to sit and watch our kids play in the water (they are 11 and 13) but they made us leave. Was super frustrating as there was nothing listed anywhere that said this. My kids were very disappointed. Overall everything else was pretty nice.

The park itself is very nice. Place very clean and the house we have is up to code. One big thing that strikes me the wrong way is price. The booking itself was not too bad, but prices on the park itself are insane. A small baguette? ~€3, or anything in the mall is super expensive. A small beer? ~€5. If you go to the play area, you NEED to buy a card for €1,50 to use when you want to play. Where the minimum money you need to put on the card is €15... Playing on the pinball machine? 3 credits which equals €1.50.. the tickets you win and can spend on something in the shop are pretty much useless as the products you can select from are so insanely inflated you can get a lollypop if you're lucky. I have no use for the card when I leave the parc, so have to throw it away. Due to the feeling of being squeezed for every penny I have, probably this will lead us to go book somewhere else next time. For potential visitors reading this, do grocery shopping for the entire week at one of the close-by supermarkets and save yourself a lot of money.

We'd never even to a center parks before so it was a difference experience. We were over for a competition in genk. The place was easy to find and the swimming pools were beautiful. The house was lovely and the fresh bread was a nice tough each day. We will deff try out other center park in the UK.

Erperhide was our the first Center Parcs we have visited and it definitely wont be our last. The whole family had a wonderful stay here despite a little disasters happening. Our son badly injured his toe on our first day there before he had even had a chance to go in the pool but thanks to the amazing lifeguard Ludo his holiday was not ruined. Ludo tended to his injured with care all the whole making jokes to calm my son who was in a lot of pain. He made him a water proof covering so he could still swim and gave him a bottle of Coke which made my 7 year old very happy. Each day when we returned to the pool either himself or a colleague redressed his injury and made him a new waterproof covering. I am deeply grateful to Ludo and the team for looking after my son so well. The parc itself is perfect sized for those not wanting to rent bikes. We walked everywhere all working 5 minutes of our cottage. There are plenty of activities to entertain the whole family we found that four days wasn’t long enough for us to try everything out. We will definitely return to centre parcs for future family holidays as the mix of activities on site and self catering accommodation suites our family perfectly.

Rooms Rooms are good other then the garden lacks any form of privacy and security, and the bathroom tends to flood. Service Service is very good most of the staff are bilingual and always on hand to help when they can. Location Parks location is in a very good place with a Lidl 5 minutes down the road and lots of walks in the area.

Don't get me wrong. I love Center Parcs facilities but everytime we are there, the rooms/house is never clean. Dust, dirt and spiderwebs everywhere.

Our house was quite dirty, it was not cleaned regularly, there was several weeks or months worth of dirt under the beds. Also on the radiators... The bathroom radiator was too close to the toilet, which was never wiped down. The vacuum cleaner in the room was very smelly. Despite all that, the services were funny. The food is good but expensive.

Perfect parc for a family with young children. We had a VIP cottage which was lovely, clean and new decor. No oven but BBQ outside, although when we visited it was heatwave time so no naked flames in nature reserves, understandable. Pool was fab, clean and large, activities are mainly for those aged below 11 really. Take bikes if you can, because Belgium is beautiful, and everyone cycles, bike tracks everywhere. Love Belgium will go back, but not to this resort only because of being too young for our kids. Lidl down the road by the way and really easy to get too.

Great place in the nature. All the facilities are really baby friendly. Almost all activities require booking in advance. I recommend downloading the app and booking them before your stay as weekend are quite full

Great escape for family with kids of all ages... First and most important- u get what u pay for, no surprises (for my experience, sometimes u get even more...). The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The facilities- waves pool, whirlpool, water slides, babies pools and slides, well thought and organized wardrobes and lockers area. Baluba- the huge kids indoor playground. Outdoor experience- ropes course, wall climbing, playgrounds, mini zoo, pony riding, carting and also a sandy lake beach. Supermarket and few restaurants in high prices but still fair... Also there are other activities and also laundry service. The only thing which felt a bit too much was the coffee price... 3.4€ for a cappuccino is too much in any standard... All in all- highly recommended. 👍

Excellent for families with little kids. Subtropical swimming paradise was superb. The children loved Baluba and the petting farm.

After 3 years we came here again. A LOT of things have been renewed, e. g. the houses and the swimming pool. Indoor playground offers a lot of possibilities. We had a very good stay.

Very nice and cozy accomodation. There is a lot to do in the park. Staff at the reception wasn't very friendly and everything in the store was really expensive. Great place for families and couples.

We had a great time at this Cp. the staff were helpful and friendly throughout and the activities generally well run and organised. The only reason it's not five stars is that the terrace bar seemed understaffed so we had a bit of a wait and the food was Ok. The pool was overall great but maybe the slides could be more "epic". Generally though it was lovely and we Would come back.

Came here with my family and friends in April weather was cold around 5-10 degrees temperature, got 2 cottages next to each other. Great view from living room . Inside is newly decorated. In kitchen had all necessary equipment including dishwasher (so handy with kids) . Plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 kids kids age 8-10 . Beds were very comfortable . They give you plastic, comfortable wrist band with metal plate inside you can use it for access your cottage, close your locker in swimming area it's like a key . You can even pay with it if you add money on your account . One day heating was broken and they send very quickly plumber to fix it. Be aware they switch of heating when you go to sleep ,thermostat has sensor so if it doesn't detect movement it's switches off. Was bit disappointed of bicycle rent €15 week days and €30 weekends (daily rent) as well if you want to play tennis, table tênis, Football for all you have to pay you can't use your rockets or ball. Would be good if it would be included in to price or at least we could bring our ball to play free of charge . Aqua park which was indoors was warm but I found it wasn't very safe ,would be nice to use some inflatable rings to sit on and slide on slides as me,my friend and my son cut feets on some of them. Fish tanks if you dive in were dirty could not see very well through glass. One thing I hated is that you have to share toilets with females and males, they don't have separate entrance for male and female that wasn't nice. Changing rooms as well look like labirints. For you to go to lockers you have to go through changing cabin first but you need to wait till it's empty. Staff is all friendly and everyone speaks English which is great. Supermarket which is inside is very handy and you can buy many things including fresh squeezed juice . In general my experience living in for 4 days was great .

Awesome holiday location with kids. Bungalows are decent and come with luxury options like private spa. Swimming pool is clean and very diverse in types of pools and glides. Recommended with even very small children. Other attractions abundant throughout the park. Big plus is the almost car-free policy, which makes walking through the park with children rather relaxed. Subtracted one star for the almost non-existing fully plant based options at the restaurants, especially given the high prices.

Overall a very good experience, family friendly place, nice staff... Our house was clean, well equipped and well located. Multi linguistic staff. Almost all activities are to be paid extra, even after booking vip service. Perhaps they could offer a couple of activities free in vip package. Restaurants are OK.
