Very good food at a reasonable price (especially if you are a student, because there is a special offer). Very recommendable.

I’m not a sushi expert, but this was definitely the best sushi I’ve eaten in my life! Ordered the teriyaki chicken and fried shrimp tempura roll. Also a side of chicken gyoza. It all tasted amazing. The drinks were nice and the staff was very friendly. The place was very clean too. Extra: They have a Dutch and English menu available.

Amazing! The best sushi in my life. Honestly, I was suprised by the taste. The sushi rolls are ralely something I enjoy, but here it was the best of the best. The porsion size is definitely worth the money and we didn't wait for long as well. Simply 10/10 and i wish i could give 6 stars, because they are deserved. Reccomend to everyone!

Good sushi, we took the fusion boat and had more than enough to eat. Nice atmosphere, both inside and on the terrace. Would recommend!

The place is quite nice and food is very good. The service almost took like 45 minutes, which I found quite long. Overall, I recommend this place. Additionally, if you want to pay separately make sure you say this to the employees otherwise you might encounter problems as we had last night. One recommendation for the restaurant: if this separate payment is very important for you, please make sure that you put it on your menu as well to not get any surprises for you and your customers. Not everyone checks your website before come.

I LOvE this place. 😀 had the best sushi experience ever here. I am initially not a fish lover at all. But I jave no idea how I have eaten sushi and raw salmon here. The food is so delicious and would love to come back again. They have boats for 2 and 4 people with different types of sushi and all of them are tastey. For a starter we had the flamed shrimps sushi 🍣 and it was absolutely amazing. Drinks are fine as well. It's a bit pricy but worth every penny. Ah, there is no wifi out there 😑 what passed me off. My internet was down so asked for the WiFi ti connect, but they didn't give a heck!

I always come here for sushi! They have the best assortment of classical sushi, although I miss the Chirasi a lot. Very nice staff and simple but cozy ambiance. I can say they have improved a lot with the time.

The lady who owns the restaurant is very friendly, the Sushi is qualitative and nice student promo on the Sushi Boat :) We only noticed recently however that the student boat no longer has salad and these more varied Sushis with blueberries. The service could be improved by bringing the Sushis in two steps (we found another restaurant who does this, which is really nice) It's still a pleasure though to go eat there though! The service is great

A nice located sushi restaurant near the center of the city. The sushi boat in the picture was good, but the price was too high(28€) compared to the dimensions. Also the tea was not too good and served in a very small traditional heavy cup. It took half hour to receive the food. The writers were not friendly, using just little word to communicate.

Sushi was so delicious and very good value. The owner was very nice and offered us hot tea without a cost. It was a great experience :)

The sushi was really nice - tasty and well presented. The ambience was good. The "main" dishes though did not live up to expectations. Better stick to the sushi boat! Oh, and the service was not so good for us - slow was not a problem, we weren't in any rush. But they often seemed to forget about us. Wasn't clear who was supposed to wait over our tables or make sure our order reached the kitchen etc. It was surprising because it is so basic/fundamental to the eating out experience. Anyway, the staff was always polite and eventually got everything sorted. Hence still 4-star. I hope others are not discouraged by my experience and that the establishment gets an opportunity to improve it's game in this area

We love this place. When the tables in the front of the restaurant are full and the atmosphere is a bit crowded and loud, we always search for a tables in the back and it's always nice and calm to seat there, to eat in peace and enjoy the very good food!

Literally the best sushi place in Leuven. Super good and fresh sushi, friendly staff and great prices. I've been missing this place ever since I graduated and don't live in Leuven anymore.

We ate here last Tuesday evening, 16 August. The sushi boat was good, but nothing more. The waiter placed us at a table at the back of the restaurant. It took a while for them to get our order. And after that we waited for more than 1 hour for our food to come. We thought they forgot about us and we will end up eating in the dark, as the sun set. We were served after people that came in the same time as us and also another table that came after us. The explanation we received was we got an edamame starter (after what I counted about half an hour), so they were waiting for us to finish. But more than 1 hour of waiting for main course is too much for a restaurant that has such a good rating. Definitely not coming back given, there are plenty of sushi places in the area.

I love this place i recommend it, this is where i took my first step to sushi world and i still go now and then with friends. Very delicious food and amazing staff

High quality sushi. I had the Samurai Royal Combo on a voucher and paid 18 euros only, worth every single penny. Very filling, the sashimi is buttery smooth, non- chewy, yummy flavours. I will repeat ordering from them for sure.

It took over 45 minutes to get our order so i left a bad review, a waitress came to our table asking if everything was okay and explained that 30 minutes is the average preparation time and that this wasnt a fast food restaurant. Of course we didnt expect fresh quality sushi to be prepared in 10 minutes but they couldve at least informed us about the cooking time without being all mad at us about asking for our food. And then i come home and see a very long response from them accusing us of lying about our experience and having a grudge against them. Why would we have a grudge against a sushi restaurant that we've never been to before idk. We were very excited to try the food and it wouldnt be fair to say it wasn't good because it was delicious. But they could've handled the situation better in my opinion. Fighting with the customer through google reviews is not the way. If you are okay with waiting more than 35 minutes the food is worth a try tho.

The food was good enough, but the service is ugh. -The waitress barely speaks English and even if she does not understand she just says okay instead of trying to understand -We were not even served a soy sauce, and we had to raise our hand 3 times and got ignored constantly Atmosphere is okay, but the Mu Thai next to the Samurai is much better.
