Ga maar terug naar school want blijkbaar is het Hollandse Niveau te laag om in België te komen werken

    I was here today to get my daughter examined. Even though they made a mistake with my booking, I was left and neglected without any apology or explanation for the first 1 hour in the waiting room with my two little girls (2 and5 years old). I booked for the session at 4:30 but we were still waiting at 4:50. I went to the info desk and asked. She told me to go back to the waiting room. At 5:00, people arrived later than me started getting into the examine room. I went back to info desk. The woman called somewhere and checked I'll be called soon. But nothing happened for next 30minutes. Finally a nurse came and called us. She just said there was some problem with their booking system. When I met the doctor, she explained there was another doctor in charge but the doctor couldn't work today. So she was replacing the doctor but someone forgot to block her agenda and I got double booked. When I came out of the room, I went to the info desk to complain but they lied to me that what doctor said was not true and I was not double booked. These people are working with incompetence and dishonesty. They could have put me in between other patients when they found I got double booked but they just completely ignored me until the last moment. If someone came to me and explained the situation and apologized when I was waiting, I wouldn't feel that bad. They apologized only after I complained really hard. It's far from professional manner of communication.

    Disgusting service. Two hours waiting for an appointment. No apology. Just a nurse came along rambling some nonsense. How can a doctor be so late. This is the second time, last time an hour late. I dread to think what will happen on a third appointment. Useless.

    A medial centre with modern equipment but the reception staff is unfriendly and based on my experiences, the MCH's Administration is chaotic and bureaucratic. The doctors that I met were impersonal and not interested. Don't think I will go back there.

    Received invoice of 194 euro at my charge, but on the paper for the insurance i received stated it was at insurance’s charge. MCH told me I had to pay and then my insurance (ziekenfonds) would pay it back. Insurance refuses, I am sure MCH made a mistake on the invoice but refuses to correct it and insurance is now refusing to pay it back.. very expensive visit, if I would have gone elsewhere I would have gotten everything reimbursed :( dr’s are nice but the admin (accounts receivables) is not helpful at all...

    It is the second time we do a pcr test there and we dont get the result on time. This put twice a lot of trouble on our travelling

    My son needs an injection rapidly and they did not want to help, despite having nurses on site. I am furious. They are not willing at all to help

    I had a blood test last Friday 12 of november and the experience was bad: the receptionst was unpolite, I went up and down the stairs looking for the nurse, the appointment was 30min late, and I have a hematome in my elbow for 4 days now...

    Unfortunately very unpolite doctors. Used the services twice, one with cardiologist and one with orthopaedic doctor (both male starting with V). They treat patients like unwanted disturbance and with lots of disrespect. Also usually long waiting time .

    Friendly doctors and medical staff, no surcharges but disastrous admin. We needed 4 appointments: one turned out to be on another date than they indicated on their own document, we got sent away. At another appointment we got double booked and waited 1,5h (but at least they helpen us)

    Radiologist guy does not know how to make a sub clavicula echodoppler. I had to pay again with a real pro at Delta hosp. Clean place, welcoming lady at check in desk.
