I
was
here
today
to
get
my
daughter
examined.
Even
though
they
made
a
mistake
with
my
booking,
I
was
left
and
neglected
without
any
apology
or
explanation
for
the
first
1
hour
in
the
waiting
room
with
my
two
little
girls
(2
and5
years
old).
I
booked
for
the
session
at
4:30
but
we
were
still
waiting
at
4:50.
I
went
to
the
info
desk
and
asked.
She
told
me
to
go
back
to
the
waiting
room.
At
5:00,
people
arrived
later
than
me
started
getting
into
the
examine
room.
I
went
back
to
info
desk.
The
woman
called
somewhere
and
checked
I'll
be
called
soon.
But
nothing
happened
for
next
30minutes.
Finally
a
nurse
came
and
called
us.
She
just
said
there
was
some
problem
with
their
booking
system.
When
I
met
the
doctor,
she
explained
there
was
another
doctor
in
charge
but
the
doctor
couldn't
work
today.
So
she
was
replacing
the
doctor
but
someone
forgot
to
block
her
agenda
and
I
got
double
booked.
When
I
came
out
of
the
room,
I
went
to
the
info
desk
to
complain
but
they
lied
to
me
that
what
doctor
said
was
not
true
and
I
was
not
double
booked.
These
people
are
working
with
incompetence
and
dishonesty.
They
could
have
put
me
in
between
other
patients
when
they
found
I
got
double
booked
but
they
just
completely
ignored
me
until
the
last
moment.
If
someone
came
to
me
and
explained
the
situation
and
apologized
when
I
was
waiting,
I
wouldn't
feel
that
bad.
They
apologized
only
after
I
complained
really
hard.
It's
far
from
professional
manner
of
communication.
