I found the hospital excellent and most staff had great English. I had a dental procedure with Dr. Oth and received great care. The hospital was well-organised, the reception and admission staff were helpful and the nurses were friendly and highly-competent. A nurse rang the Monday after my procedure to check I was recovering okay.

Technical staff ( nurses, doctors...) and infrastructure meet top international standards; the admin, especially billing section, is below the lowest developing nation standard: incompetent and unfriendly , and in top of that slow & inefficient.

I booked an appointment more than 2 weeks ago right after the first check with a Doctor because she told me to come back after 2 weeks. Today I come to see the Doctor again but reception said to me that my appointment is one month from now. I had booked holiday to come but had to come back home for nothing. They are alo not friendly, some of them only speak French, no English, no Nederlands. Poor reception.

My son had wisdom teeth surgery (day hospital) in this clinic that I didn't know about and I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the welcome and care! All the staff (nurses, stretcher bearer, anesthetist, surgeon, reception staff, etc.) were kind but also terribly efficient! Very nice room with a view of the Basilica which did not displease us :-) The operation went really well and we even got a call from the nurse the next day to see if the night at home had gone well.
