Orthodontist service doctor who doesn't even calculate my daughter has been followed by a doctor for several years and today he tells you I couldn't be your daughter I ask why he told me that he was taking more new patients? For 3 years he has been following her and he tells me no more new zero-star patients if I could. For years I have been followed by several doctors and I have never had that.

I wanted to thank and congratulate Doctor Eabdellatin Fatima and nurse Florent Ledoux who kindly, and with great professionalism, took care of me during the night from Friday to Saturday. I thank them with all my heart. I salute the work of the guard teams and also the significant improvement of the current premises: light, spacious and very well equipped. Nothing to do with the emergencies of the past. Well done to the team!

(Translated by Google) Shame shame!!! Unfriendly emergency room staff on the phone!! I ask about my mom, she fell at home and the ambulance came to get her. I phone to get news like I couldn't go in the ambulance with the covid, and what do they tell me on the phone? We can't say anything because we don't have proof that you are his daughter???? Sorry? I invent a name and a date of birth? Bunches of idiots!!! Would like to see if it would happen to their own parents!!!!!! (Original) Honteux honteux !!!

If you have done some real sin in your past life you will end up in this hospital.pathetic services. Was taken by emergency ambulamce to this hospital, due to tachycardia fainting and fatigue. Been around 2 hours no doctor turned up. Does brussels have any good hospitals with good doctors and diagnosis skills?

Frankly the worst hospital in all of Belgium. The emergency department is pitiful. It makes customers laugh. It keeps people waiting. Everyone eats it. (That's what it's delivered to takewak. And it makes us wait before receiving it and wait for him to eat it afterwards too. I was yesterday January 19, 2024. A whole day in a room just to receive an antibiotic And take a blood test from 11:15 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. without eating or drinking. The manager on duty was as rude as possible and didn't even listen to what I said. So she passed on bad information. I was not taken seriously and above all I was caught red-handed, making fun of people and myself in passing. One of their colleagues, a gentleman, even made the remark to them. I'll let you imagine how my nerves were put to the test. Never again .

(Translated by Google) My mother came with an emergency ambulance. I came 1h30 -2h after her. Mr at the reception he tells me, you can't even come in to translate what's going on etc (she doesn't speak French, but Covid I understand) hospital has a translator. My mother leaves after 1h30 -2h saying she is fine she had a bad feeling. Nobody who brought a translator, to do detailed examinations doctor he told me to go to the general practitioner or cardiologist. As she felt her heart was going to explode. I really do not recommend.

Does not respect individual rooms the staff will kick you out of the room if you are too early for the visits Nursing staff not respectful of people forces people to extend their stay Honestly, I would rather stay on the ground than be treated in this hospital.

(Translated by Google) I went to the emergency room yesterday after an episode of syncope. Whether it is the paramedics or the stretcher-bearer, the reception is deplorable. No humanism! The diagnosis did nothing. They told me to look for the cause elsewhere. Come on, we ship quickly, well done. (Translated by Google) All my immediate family would like to salute the humanity of the person responsible for the mortuary at Molière hospital. While he is confronted with pain on a daily basis, he keeps the same empathy for everyone, with a comforting little word and tries to do everything in his power to make people feel supported. A beautiful person! -0 star DELHAYE cardiology department After a trip to the emergency room, my 84-year-old mother was seen 3 days later for a consultation by this gentleman. Disinterest as soon as we enter, the word hello is not even part of his vocabulary, he is not listening at all. Quick ultrasound, he advises us to go to a pulmonologist. I try to get more information, the answer is that we have to start everything from the beginning, my mother has no cardio record. This is a bit why we are at his consultation..... He knows 3 sentences perfectly: -I don't know -I do not have time -I'm in a hurry. When I say we're going to go to another hospital, he tells me it's a good idea! Ashamed! I myself am regularly followed by Dr Onga at Bracops hospital. It would be good for him to do a little internship to see how an excellent cardiologist behaves, listening, kindness and great professionalism.

The worst geriatrics department I have ever been to. My dad was admitted for a fracture, pain management. He is completely independent. I arrived at 3 p.m. and was told that his baxter hasn't flowed since the morning. He pointed this out twice to the nurses. I say this to a nurse, a fairly strong South African, who takes a fairly authoritarian tone. I don't say anything, after another 1 hour of waiting, I ring the bell. 40 minutes later, no one arrives. I point this out to a nurse who seems in another world, the nurse in question takes it up by raising her voice at me, taking on a haughty air, pointing out to me that if I wasn't happy I would could take him back to internal medicine where the nurses took good care of him. From there, I couldn't hold back. After a good 20 minutes, a nurse arrives asking the neighbor who rang the bell? He said not me and then she said: ah you, you are wise! Which report? Please explain to me what this red button is for? It's not a whim, we're just asking to fix this damn Baxter since 6am. Unfortunately, some take advantage of this when it comes to elderly people to highlight their wickedness, their neglect of care. They will have to be more trained on a human level.

Take appointment for a simple eye checkup, date is for 3 months later. Go there earlier than indicated on that date, still it takes 2 hours to wait and actually see a doctor. It seems like there's a single doctor and a few nurses working in the department, while there are typically 40-50 people waiting in queue. While this still costs around half the price you'd spend at a regular/private opthalmolog, you get the chance to question if this ia really worth it.

Avoid the DR at all costs. DE SMET (psychiatry) you get hit and plunged back into blood alcohol levels by self-medication. He looks you up and down…. and tells you that you deserve it…by choice. I thought it was a hidden camera. Someone who makes you wait 2 hours only to reject you with such disgust. No help, no service. Repugnant.

I gave 5 stars because I have nothing to say about the hospital, the care provided, the staff, the cleanliness and the rooms, all the staff take great care, there is a family atmosphere here. HOWEVER !!!!! How does a hospital “cafeteria” close at 4:15 p.m. on weekdays and is even CLOSED on weekends? It is simply incomprehensible, how the hospital can entrust the management of its cafeteria to lazy incompetents.

(Translated by Google) This is a very bad hospital. All the people we meet, receptionist, nurses and doctor were incompetent and not friendly. A long wait, a lot of uncertainty, no good care and afterwards a hefty bill delivered at home, because this hospital is NG (non-conventional). I would say do something about Molière Longchamp Hospital..? Read all these bad reviews and do something!

Doctor last night was nice and nurse as well but this morning team was very rude they didn’t give me simple paracetamol, I asked them to help me because I was afraid of fainting and that has happened. Once I reached home I fainted at the stairs and my neighbors found me with temperature. They did not give simple drug paracetamol to avoid that can you imagine. I am queuing now at the emergency of saint pierre hospital again. Should you die to get good medical treatment in this country? I couldn’t buy paracetamol in anywhere because all pharmacies were closed due to the national day of Belgium. I am so insecure and afraid that I will have comma due to untreated fever. 🤒 🥵

It's nice to be able to enjoy one single room. A SHAME that you can't get a bottle of water. However, the refrigerator is connected to the socket.
