We are quit satisfait with Pediatrics but in Urgent room is awful waiting. Unfortunately we had a bad experience. Arriving at 12h30 we had to wait 4 hours to get a doctor to check out our child 1.5 year old who has breathing problems.. After we saw the doctor. she prescribed the medication in the ID card. But we we went to the pharmacy there was nothing prescribed in the card. We called to the hospital and the next day still nothing. Very poor organisation! disappointed experience.

I went there for a gynaecology related surgery and I cannot emphasize enough how lovely my experience was. My surgeon, Dr. Kovacs, was extremely proficient and I made a very swift recovery thanks to him. The nursing staff is kind, loving and accommodating. I had a very comfortable stay and I'm grateful that they restored my health.

À real shame in terms of organization. I came to the covid test center. It is not well marked I had to wonder around. In order to pay for the parking one has to actually enter the hospital and use the machine. Is not anywhere written that parking is free if you stay for less than 30 minutes. I am so so disappointed with my experience in this hospital

I've been to this hospital several times and everyone was so nice! I gave birth there in November last year and i couldn't have had a better experience, every nurse, every doctor, every staff member; they were nice, understanding and helpful when you needed them.

It was ok but the rooms are not singles and you could share. My daughter came over here after paying a lot of money for a procedure and I was very surprised she had to share. Staff spoke good English and we're helpful.

Very unfriendly staff. I came half an hour late, because the public transportation is extremely inefficient, and I called to prevent the staff of my dealy. Once I arrived at the hospital they informed that I could no longer be treated

I don't understand the negative comments here. I've been in several hospitals so far ( Brussels, Mechelen...) and Portaels is by far my preferred one with super competent doctors and nurses.

It was an unexpected visit for me on August 29, 2016 for 3 days. I was treated with the utmost care and professionalism by Dr. Han & Dr. De Raedt and all the nurses In between. All the best to everyone that looked after me...very much appreciated.

Asking for extra fees because of a delay payment, which I had never received the first invoices!!! I could have paid directly on the hospital, ah but oups... , the invoices are only sent by post... Not even by emails. Stolen money.

Just up from my appendix operation, it was great with Doctor Ghyselen Joris. Thank you together with all the nurses hope to go home soon.

Went for the band and got great care at the hospital.

We went for Emergency room and they service and professionalism of the team was outstanding. They took us in in less than 20 minutes and all the necessary checks were done and even we were getting all the communication in French due to the patient nationality. We came back later for other appointments and we were very satisfied with the complete experience and engagement of the staff including the specialists.

Psychiatrist Olivier Verhaert is the absolute worst here. Unpolite, bossy and rude. You go for help and get immediately turned down with an appointment weeks later and then he is very rude and bossy again. Don't go there. One star is even too much.

The emergency ward is awful. Very rude staff, hours of waiting without any explanation and no sign when a doctor will come!

A general hospital. All specialties are available. Very friendly & hard working staff & doctors.
