I had an inappropriate interaction at Klinicare. I went to get a prescription for physiotherapy as I have neck problems. The doctor checked my back in general, which I think is fine but he already there gave me a strange feeling. He then also wanted me to open my jeans, which I felt weird about. I was confused and didn't do it. He then opened the button of my jeans! I said no and stepped back. This was inappropriate behavior, you do not touch your patient to open the jeans! This is unprofessional and harassment! I felt strongly uncomfortable and do not recommend this place.

Today I came to this plase to make a blood test. I came at 8 am, hungry and thirsty, didn't take any food or water since I woke up. I was the first and the only patient in the clinik. I wated during 1.30 hour and nobody came to make the test. I was too thirsty to wait any longer. So tomorrow I will go to another place, with proper management!

Avoid this place at any cost if you care about your health. Three of my appointments were cancelled as the doctors didn’t show up, and i wasn’t even informed in advance! I spent time to get to the clinic and had to leave with nothing as the doctor was not there. Such a disrespectful attitude towards patients! Moreover the diagnosis and prescribed treatment provided by the GP was totally wrong and I ended up in a hospital... Never ever go there!

The phone numbers is not accurate enough after several moths... Very difficult to contact them via phone! I have sent them an email 2 months ago and I am still waiting for an answer...

Today morning I went to this place for blood checkup after calling them, I waited there for more than 45 mins.. everytime the person at reception was telling 5 more mins.. no idea about doctors/nurses when they will be available.. In addition the planning is very poor over there, the person who came last, doctor called him first.. As per them they dont have any idea how their system works..

This worker makes fun of patients and does not deal well with children. Terrible service😡😡😡

I went there to make a pcr test for a flight, I was very stressed about what I read but I received the result the next day around 9 pm and the price was around 50€. The place is a bit scary. Workers showed good intentions but I didn’t feel good in this place. I give 5 stars because they did their job correctly the rest is a plus.

Very bad experience when booking ambulance over the phone. The ambulance never showed up at the agreed time. As this involved an appointment at a hospital for minor surgery, I had to call the hospital to push back the appointment which the doctor was nice enough to agree to. Then sometime later I got a call to inform me that the ambulance had had an accident and that therefore they were not coming at all. The person I spoke to on the phone said that they took full responsibility for the inconvenience and that in exchange for the hassle they would provide transport free of charge next time. I asked him to confirm this via email or text message, which never happened. After several phone calls to their various departments the person in charge of ambulance dispatching, flatly told me that he didn't want to do business with me because I was too difficult… But that he would be happy to provide me with names of other companies who could help me. Of course they had no intention of providing free transport after all. Very un-businesslike and offputting. Needless to say I will not be using them again.
