    This is the umpteenth time that I have an appointment and two hours later I am still waiting, I don't know the rest of the hospital but this is below par. And if you ask after an hour what's going on, you get a backlash and a snarl. The ophthalmology department is very disappointing. New and certainly not that fun 😳 You should try making phone calls with it 😁 After fifteen minutes finally a friendly voice, a relief after the most exciting waiting music. Fortunately, you are thanked every minute for your patience 🆒 Another few months later... no change. It makes me tired.

    It feels awkward to rate a hospital, but I had a good time in Jan Palfijn. I spent three weeks on the post-op wing in January/February after a lung collapse and lung surgery, and was treated with the best care by the staff and nurses. The room was nicely heated and the good was okay by hospital standards.

I came for a total hip replacement from Holland and I do not regret it for a second, one of the best decisions of my life! Very friendly people and first class medical staff!     At least for ultrasound they simply could not do it on time. Always a mess on reception and waiting takes about 1 hour despite I had an appointment for certain time. So, if you need to make ultrasound -- avoid it. Doctors are fine. Friendly and very helpful. Also the building is clean and nice.
