Staff are friendly and multi lingual in this little chocolate haven. There are two parts to the shop: normal assortment of gift boxes and Large scale catering boxes. Ask if you want the bigger format. Prices are -30-50% of standard prices but expiry dates are 2-4 weeks so a good excuse to eat quickly (chocs will last a further 3 months if stored correctly). Selection varies every season. Shop is accessible and also serve coffee which you can take across to the large park.

I would highly recommend if you want to buy Godiva chocolates in Brussels as they have offers on bulk chocolate boxes which has more than 100 PCs(~1.3 - 1.8 kg) per box costs 30euros and 3 boxes for only 60euros. You can get offers on almost all the products except on New collection and limited collections. Staff also very friendly to help you to know about the products and also they speak English quite well. You can also buy many types of gift boxes with discounts.

This outlet of Godiva is just a wow place for chocolate lovers with unlimited chocolate choices and special prices. Yes you can buy here directly with discount prices due to SOLD period (July)and believe me their chocolates are delicious 😋

Nice outlet with good options. The prices seem good, a decent amount below the RRP. Make sure to check the expiry date on all the items, some are within a month of expiry. Could have had more variety, not much to choose from. The staff were very nice and helpful

Really good chocolate for very affordable prices. Best option if you are traveling with a low budget and want to take some Belgium chocolates back home.

Great spot right next to their factory to get amazing deals on their chocolate. It’s a short walk from a metro station, so easily accessible to those visiting Brussels

Cute Factory Outlet store with very friendly staff. Great to do some shopping here. Very accesible with public transportation.

Outlet wirkt so, als wäre es ein Ausverkauf der Marke. Sehr eingeschränktes Sortiment. Personal war auch eher demotiviert. Ich war schockiert und mir kam es so vor, als stünde Godiva vor dem Bankrott. Preise sind teilweise höher als vergleichsweise im Supermarkt, von einem Outlet bzw Werksverkauf ist leider nicht groß etwas zu spüren. Obwohl meine Schwester diese Schokolade liebt, werde ich so schnell nicht mehr das Outlet ansteuern, sondern eher einen normalen Laden oder Supermarkt in Belgien ansteuern. Schokolade ist teilweise keine drei Wochen mehr haltbar. Habe am 10.11. Schokolade gekauft, die im Dezember schon abläuft. So etwas geht gar nicht!!

In general, it is an expensive choice but delicious. The outlet prices were far lower than outside.

Make sure to check the expiry date when you buy chocolates. We noticed 70% discount sale, but only on the chocolates that are expiring on 3 days

The place has great prices and Johnson, the Godiva rep was excellent at explaining us all their products and sharing some samples with us.

Absolutely worth the short trek outside the centre of Brussels! They provide free samples, 30% to 70% discount on all Godiva boxes AND they gave us two free bags of chocolate as a buyers gift.

Godiva chocolates are fine, but this is no outlet. Prices are the same as in every other place, this is simply a tourist trap. Very small shop, 4 people inside are already a crowd. There are many good places in Brussels to buy chocolates but this is not one of them.

One of my favourite places in Brussels :P Worth buying those chocolates even if some of them are close to their expiry date.
