A very clean and nice hotel. I was happy with the equipment of the gym and even happier that its open 24 hours. I got a workout in at my arrival and again before my morning flight. There is a grocery store just a few feet from the hotel in the airport. The front desk staff will assist you in heating anything. I love the convenience of the hotel to the airport. You could go check in your luggage then return and have breakfast before your check in. Theo at Sheraton Brussels restaurant is amazing. His smile just warms you right up :) I’ve visited twice in the past few months and he’s been very accommodating to me.

On a business trip. Stayed one night due to our team flying out early morning. Very tough to find if coming from the airport train. When you get off at the terminal you go up two escalators. And you exit the airport near the Starbucks, then you cross the street. The airport had no signs pointing to it and it was not listed in any airport guide. A lot of smokers out front. Good gym facilities. Questionable marks on the bathroom walls. :/

What disappointment for a Sheraton. Very expensive for standard accomodation and breakfast. Bad service: -Breakfast should open at 6am, but 6h05 still closed... I miss it due to my flight schedule. -The room service was not available due to a general strike, I can understand it, but I was "compensated" with a free drink. Claiming it, I was told that it was only small size drinks... Ridiculous, taking into account that I paid full price for the room. I will avoid it in the future.

I’ve been staying for a 2-4 weeks each time I am Brussels at this hotel for business due to the convenient location, close to airport and trains. The staff is nice and accommodating, but Corina, who works in the lounge a couple of days a week, is so thoughtful and nice. She is very cheerful, friendly, organized, and efficient. She always has the dinner snacks ready to go promptly at 6PM, which is nice for those of getting back from a long work day. She greets each guest with a smile and truly makes each guest feel valued and welcome, a true Marriott professional. I will definitely stay at this hotel again when in Brussels for business.

1 nights; Titanium Member; Standard King Room The Benefits: A box of chocolate or 1000 points is your welcome gift. Lounge Access with a good assortment of snacks or breakfast items in the morning. Main dinner area breakfast is also included where the quality is on par with similar hotels in Europe. Upgraded to a more spacious room. Have prior experience upgrading to suites during the off season. The Good: Standard chain hotel, relatively consistent. Won't surprise nor disappoint. Its bragging right remains the proximity to Brussel Airport - the departure hall is right across the street. Despite its closeness to the airport, airplane noise remains a non-issue. The Mediocre: Commendable efforts in upkeep, however, owing to its age, reveals signs of wear and tear that suggest a need for refurbishment. The Deal Breakers: Subpar shower experience marked by low pressure, a briefly clogged toilet that had us concerned about potential overflow, and a morning surprise of a leaky roof in our room. Overall: Solid choice for travelers that need to be close to the airport for early flights or lengthy connections. But otherwise, there are better options in Brussels city center for a similar rate.

Due to a travel delay, we received vouchers to stay at the Sheraton. While I'm uncertain if I would personally pay the nearly $300 per night without a voucher, I must say it was a very pleasant hotel experience. Its proximity to the departure terminal, just across the street from the hotel entrance/exit, was extremely convenient. I found the hotel's restaurant to be exceptionally nice.

So I literally stayed in thus hotel for 8 hours as to catch my flight... coming from the Netherlands and arriving by bus n not know the place or country it was not easy. They need better signs on how to reach the hotel through the airport or something... the check in n out was easy. Room was nice.. had a quick soup at the restaurant(expected better decor for the Sheraton) but the early morning coffee/tea bar with pastry for the guests leaving was a really nice touch.. Thanks for a great short stay..

You can walk to the airport in 5 minutes. The room and bathroom were clean. Even though it is an Airport Hotel, it was quiet and they had good breakfast.

The rooms are clean but the air conditioning does not work. Wind come from the air conditioning vents but it’s not cold. They offered a small fan to compensate which does nothing.

We missed a connection and the airline got us a voucher for the night. Actually very pleasant hotel! Nice and clean, staff was very courteous and located right in front of the airport. We didn't get to try any of the amenities, but the hotel made our night in Brussels very pleasant.

Very convenient for reaching airport. Poor breakfast. Very limited variety and quantity, i.e. the water melon cut in small pieces, is actually one portion! Just 3 slices of white cheese... Small insects flying above breakfast buffet. They are just ignored. I feel like I am the only one I can see them. Room is old fashioned but acceptable. Long alleyways from elevators to the last rooms, there are some escape stairs and some elevators for staff only. Overall, it's ok, despite poor breakfast. 5 stars because of convenience, friendly staff and overall class in connection with reasonable price.

Stay away!! Can not be trusted!! Arrived 1:20AM with an already paid hotel reservation (300€), when arriving hotel is OVERBOOKED and NO room available! Being told they have booked me at a nearby hotel and taxi will arrive in 5-10min…. NO took 20min for taxi to arrive (with 20+ cabs available one floor down). Was told new hotel was 5min away… NO hotel was 10min away. When arriving to the new hotel… NO reservation had been done by the Sheraton Brussels Airport hotel!!!! During our 20min wait I asked for a bottle of water and was told… NO you have to pay for it!!! Stay away from this hotel, they blame everything and everyone apart from them self.

This hotel is a bit lost in time. Nothing new and smells old. The food is ok but not what you would expect from it being a Sheraton hotel. Location is handy if you need to take an early flight. Otherwise I wouldn't recommend.

During the check in I have asked for additional duvet with a duvet cover. After I arrived to the room the duvet and a cover were put somewhere in the room, separate from each other, and separate from the bed. I called the front desk to find out if this is a Sheraton standard to provide duvet and cover separate from each other, and the receptionist confirmed that it was not in accordance with adopted standards. Finally I was obliged to put cover and duvet together... not a big deal, but what about the house keeping staff.... what are they doing here?

Good hotel in general, friendly staff, excellent location in relation to the airport, has a complete fitness room. However the restaurant is terrible, the food is just bad.

The rooms were great. Two things we did not like: one room did not have enough shower gel left, and the other room had the alarm go on at full volume at 6 am! My family was very unhappy about this! Alarms should be switched OFF before allowing new people in!

I had a 17 hour delay at the Brussels airport and made a call to the hotel to try to get in just so I could rest, they went above and beyond to get me a room so I could check in in the morning and not wait until three in the afternoon the room was immaculate. The bed was so comfortable. I had a nice long rest before my flight.

The rooms are old but well maintained and clean. A lot of rooms are facing internal indoor courtyard. So they're not bright no pleasant to stay in. Be sure to ask for those rooms facing exterior with airport views.

I would like to share my great experience and particularly thank Massimiliano at the reception desk who assisted me and my family during a very stressful time due to an unexpected flight re-booking for the day after while traveling from Newark to Vilnius for visiting our family after 6 years from the last trip. Massimiliano immediately picked up our disappointment and tiredness and he did everything in his power and professionalism to make my family feel (me, my wife and my little 7-year boy) completely comfortable. Massimilano, thank you for your professionalism and kindness, skills becoming very rare lately! Andrea and family.

I saw the security staring and profiling people if they belong in the hotel while walking around reception. He could be the security, but he shouldn’t be that extreme either. The hotel is falling in pieces, who else besides your customers would be walking in around the lobby? The security should stop staring continuously and making eye contact on people. It’s very disrespectful. In Asian countries staring at people is considered as crime already.

Literally in the airport - great location. Food and drinks were nice but expensive (obviously for an airport). Service wasn't amazing hence 3 stars. It was also difficult to explain that the booking was a business trip and already paid for. Took quite some time to sort out and have still ended up with some team members being out of pocket despite our repeated effort to correct the hotels mistake. Not great.

Hotel located in the immediate vicinity of the Zaventem airport. Very elegant, the rooms are large and comfortably furnished. The hotel can be accessed through level -1, which is very convenient on rainy days :)

Zeitpunkt: 31.07 Uhrzeit 03.20 Uhr. Schönen Aufenthalt.

An OK hotel, but a perfect location for an early morning flight, with departures a 1 minute walk from the door of the hotel. Restaurant menu very limited, closes at 10:30, waiter very nice and knowledgable, but restaurant supervisor aggressive and ignorant.

Pompous hotel adjacent to the airport, where you will get swindled! (But c'mon, we both knew that was gonna happen. It's an airport hotel for crying out loud. :p) Jokes aside, the accommodations were rather great! The food was tasty, well prepared, the room service... Gah.. I don't know who the gentleman was who served us, but he was unbelievably friendly, and had this aura around him that just made us smile. A few points about the rooms, although they were very clean, and the beds were rather comfortable, the showerhead in our room was leaking in multiple locations, and the power sockets as well as the included LAN cable were out of order. That being said, if you've got money to burn, and you need to stay overnight at the airport, there's probably no better place to go, would recommend!

We had to wait around 45 min to get our room. Than i went to my room try to open the door but what i see is there was someone else in my assigned room with pijamas. Totally amateur front desk operation. I even havent seen something like that in the poorest countries in Africa. But the fact i was in the middle of Europe.

Great location, lovely staff BUT bed bugs! We booked a triple room for my husband, son and I for an overnight stay head of a 24 hour journey back to Australia. My husband woke up the next morning covered head to toe in bed bug bites. We received a full refund however this was little compensation for what was an extremely uncomfortable flight home for my husband (on top of already being unwell) and the measures and worry of transporting these bugs back into our home in Australia in our luggage. I am quite shocked and disappointed to have this issue with such a well know brand and chain of hotel at this price point.

Great hotel to stay the night before you fly! Rooms were spacious and clean. Dinner in the hotel was okay, nothing too fancy. Great staff. When we left the hotel at 4:45 in the morning, they had fresh croissants to take with you, very nice touch.

Solid airport hotel prior to an early flight out of Brussels. 15 second walk to the departures area. Rooms are very comfortable. Restaurant can be busy and service struggles to keep up. Restaurant is rather pricy for what is it, but the airport has limited pre security dining so they fill a key niche.

Have been here often - one of the nicer airport hotels. Reception is extremely friendly, rooms are nice, checkin and checkout are fast. All in all: good when staying for a night.

  • 3/5 Ella W. 2 years ago on Google
The room was nice and big. The towels were very old. The doors of the rooms were making very laud sound while closing so you were hearing peoples leaving at 5 AM.

The reception is very amateur they can't locate your reservation. it took a lot of time until they find it and then she still wasn't sure so she calls out senior stuff then he told me we need a credit card i said room paid by the company i can give him my own credit card and he can clearly see my name on reservation but then he told me look we are a non smoking hotel , i don't know how he profiled me as a smoker and i said i am not smoker and why you think i am smoker. Rooms are okay but slightly older.

  • 5/5 Rosina C. 2 years ago on Google
Super clean and can't beat the convenience to the airport and the covid testing area. Love the vending machines that work with a room key. The parking should have more signs to indicate that validation is needed after 15 minutes.

Sheraton usually top level. Unfortunately still with corona rules

  • 4/5 Vipul B. 2 years ago on Google
Location! I mean, how cool it is that you check-out and walk across the road and you have entered airport. On the other hand, the rooms can use some work, especially the bed, it's on wheels! (Whyyy?). Gulliver's restaurant offers a good mix of cuisines, not too bad.

  • 1/5 Irina M. 2 years ago on Google
Do not stay here! Hotel customer service didn't even try to get me the best rate but pretended it was the only one available. The breakfast wasn't included like it promised online. The clubroom on my floor was moved to main floor but wasn't allowing any rooms unless paid extra. Very upset and felt uncared for

  • 4/5 Grace O. 2 years ago on Google
Loved all that was served in the restaurant. The staff were great. The rooms are nice and cosy but the bathroom had signs of aging. I thought the lobby could do with brighter lighting since the roof appears low. It's proximity to the airport makes it an excellent transit hotel. I think it's a good place to have a meeting.

  • 5/5 Zoran G. 2 years ago on Google
Staff is marvelous. Very helpful. They really try to please the customer. Restaurant is good, they serve tasty food. It's worth the trip to go there for a lunch or dinner with friends.

The staff here are absolutely lovely. I had problems with my room on arrival and they recognised that I would be there for a few days and upgraded me. The hotel is conveniently across the road from the airport and the train station and so it's easy not to get lost. One of the best breakfast buffets I've also had.

Very nice Place, 5 mn by car from the central station The rooms are clean, spacious and we got a room with 2 double beds ( it looks they are all similar) The employee are discreet and friendly and the people at the reception are friendly Nice breakfast, Pool in the upper floors I recommend

Ideally placed hotel right opposite the Airport Terminal. Well appointed. Clean and tastefully furnished rooms and lobby. Bar area looked a bit clinical and not very inviting. Opted for the Lounge which is only a little extra on top of the standard rate. Usually, Marriott Group hotels - of which Sheraton is part - usually have 'Happy Hours' where alcohol is free. Here - Happy Hour lasts from 1700 until 2300 which is remarkably generous and this Review wants to especially highlight and commend this. Food and drink served here was of a good standard. Breakfast was buffet style with lots of choice and good quality. Staff were smart, attentive and polite. Thoroughly recommend this hotel. Only noticeable thing was WiFi dropping off now and again which was a nuisance especially when working from my room.

  • 3/5 Dennis A. 2 years ago on Google
10.30pm and not being allowed anymore to the bar while restrictions allow till 11pm and its indicated open till 11pm, unclear instructions on how to get the meal from the cancelled flight voucher ... some hospitality to improve. Reception staff was friendly, room is nice.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Sheraton Brussels Airport Hotel during a 20-hour layover. The hotel's location within the airport was ideal, allowing me to easily access my flight and providing a seamless and stress-free experience. As someone who frequently travels for business, I was delighted to find that the Sheraton Brussels Airport Hotel was well-suited to my needs. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed, providing all the necessary amenities for a productive and restful stay. The hotel's meeting and conference facilities were also impressive, providing an excellent space for business meetings and events. One of the biggest advantages of the hotel's location was the convenience of being right in the airport, which made it easy to move around and saved me valuable time. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the train station provided quick and easy access to the city center, allowing me to explore Brussels during my downtime. I would highly recommend the Sheraton Brussels Airport Hotel to any business traveler or flight attendant looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. With its excellent location within the airport and top-notch facilities, this hotel offers an exceptional experience for anyone looking to balance work and comfort. Thank you, Sheraton Brussels Airport Hotel, for a fantastic stay!

Due to a cancelled flight, it was available quickly and nearby which is most important. I would also think it is more 3 star than 4 star to be fair. Expensive for what it is. Beds were comfortable, and we got room service as Gullivers was busy (book a table early on) We got the Belgium entrecote, but some was tough and did not taste charcoal grilled we thought.

This is a great place to stay if you have an early flight out the next day. It is literally adjacent to the Departures entrance for the Brussels Airport. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the restaurant has a good variety of meals, and the breakfast was very good.

  • 3/5 Julia C. 1 year ago on Google
Pretty standard, but poor that breakfast was extra at that price. No hot chocolate or fruit/herbal tea in the tea facilities either. Room was far too hot and the aircon didn’t cool well. Wasn’t hot outside either. Meeting room was good and AV technician was very knowledgeable and helpful

  • 5/5 Carlo C. 1 year ago on Google
The best Brussels airport hotel by proximity. All you have to do is to wake up, cross the street and you are at the departures Usually airport hotels service and rooms take a hit due to that proximity. First room had cigarette 🚬 smell. We made the front desk aware and they changed our room

  • 4/5 Michiel C. 1 year ago on Google
Hotel room had seen better days and can't say I would link the room to Sharaton. Service was great and you see planes land but don't hear a thing so sound proofing is sublime. Seeing the room I found the price on the high side but it's very convenient as the airport is just crossing the road.

One of the better airport hotels I've used. Friendly service, good rooms which were well kept and decorated, nice food and beer. Perfect location for Brussels airport.

Very comfortable place bang at the airport, you just come out and it’s opposite the road . The room is comfortable and clean. The staff are courteous and I cold keep my excess luggage and go to Helsinki which was very convenient. The staff at the desk were efficient. I would highly recommend it

The hotel is right outside departure gates. We reached early but room was already ready. Check in was fast. Room is nice and faces the airport. Lot of light. Amenities as expected are all there. I am so used to the espresso machine being present in all hotels in europe that its absence here was a tad disappointing. But rest seems quite good. The hotel is fresh smelling, bright and clean. Proximity to airport is the USP ofcourse.

  • 5/5 Jürgen-Markus D. 2 years ago on Google
Very nice hotel coming handy, if you have to be at the airport. Closer is not possible, unless you sleep in the airport. We had a club room with lounge access. For Belgium they really offered a lot in there! The hotel is very clean and the staff is at your service at all time. We enjoyed our stay.

Me and my family (2 little kids) came here early in the morning after a cancelled flight with our booking rescheduled for the next day. Staff is amazing. We were allowed to check in early without extra costs. We could all stay in one room with an extra bed and a baby bed. House keeping is super friendly. The room was clean. This was exactly what we needed since our kids were completely exhausted from the early trip to the airport and the emotions of the cancelled flight. We could calmly reorganise and take a nice and tasteful breakfast. Maybe one remark: the hotel is difficult to reach by phone. The phone number of the hotel directs you to a general (and worldwide?) call center of the hotel chain. I found this call center not so helpful, while the staff at the hotel are very helpful. This hotel was definitely our safe haven for 1 night.
