Nice and clean rooms. Reasonable pricing. Front desk staff very friendly and courtious. Specially the polish lady. Keep up the good work.

Better run campanile than some. Even though I arrived quite late the chef prepared a good meal and was helpful. Room adequate and Breakfast very basic. Overall when arriving in Brussels late I know I can relax and unwind.

Reception girl was nice! Beds and pillows uncomfortable, not hotel fault but you can hear everything people having sex in the next room ( super loud and all night) we had a random guy in our room while we were asleep not sure how he got in? Otherwise clean

The people working here we're very friendly and spoke Dutch/English/French fluently. Its close to public transport and close to the airport. The rooms are dated, but clean. Had a great night rest and it was cheap. So can not fault them for anything.

The hotel, despite belonging to a recognized network, failed my expectations. The room was neglected and I certainly would not call it cozy. It is finally a check place for an overnight stay. Hotel restaurant at a good level at least when it comes to breakfast. There are also parking spaces. On the plus side I would count it with the rooms clean and warm.

The staff were extremely friendly and the room was warm, however, these were the only redeeming features of this hotel. The paint was peeling off the walls and ceiling, the shower was broken, the room was dirty and the bed was a collection of springs contained within a stained mattress. The sad part is that a coat of paint, a good clean and some basic maintenance would make the world of difference. Shame on you Campanile for capitalising on your proximity to Brussels Airport, charging €111 per night! Without doubt this is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in - a real-life Fawlty Towers!

Clean, comfortable. Would've been nicer with a fridge and microwave. TV provided and kettle, with tea and coffee. Bed was good.

Don't chose this hotel if you want to visit the city. The locationa is perfect for the airport, but very bad for everything else. We made that mistake and it took us arond one hour and thirty minutes to reach the hotel from the center of the town. Otherwise the Place is ok. The rooms are rather small, but neat and the bathroom was good, too - clean and rather Modern.

The room is clean but the towels and blankets smell a bit. And the walls are thin so everything could be heard from next room. Since the hotel is close to road, traffic sounds disturb at night. The reception Was not bad.

I would not advise more than one night. You can hear the noise from other rooms and room 9 needs a lot of renovation. There is not enough lamps nor power plugs on the room. But it has a powerful water delivery and a kettle for tea/coffee.

The person at reception was new at the job, slow, could hardly work with the hotel's reservation system and not at all with the payment terminals so I had to pay cash. Room was cold and noisy. Bathroom was lacking a large towel and the shower could really be cleaner. Location and price great! All in all, ok for its price despite shortcomings.

Its to bad you have to give at least one star to leave a review, but this hotel is just rubbish. The radiator came of the wall when we tried to turn it on, and the wall sockets fell out when you wanted to charge something. And there was mold in the bathroom. So definitely won't go again and will advise no one to go there, only if you want to get sick or electrocute yourself.

Definitely one of the worst hotels I ever had the misfortune of visiting. Especially in winter, when the tiny heater can't get the small room up to any comfortable temperature. The WiFi is slow as a turtle. In fact, I'm sure I saw some turtles overtake it, turn around, laugh about it and speed away once more. The breakfast is a joke for the price. I'm not saying it's terrible, it was one of the past parts, but for some bread, jam and juice you would be greedy to charge 5€, but they want more than twice that. Bed and shower are the two things I need most in a hotel. The bed was uncomfortable and even with two blankets I was cold. The shower is in a bathtub too small for actual bathing, but was otherwise almost ok. Maybe if I had come in summer I would have given it two stars.
